Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sokołowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez minimum 44% osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym: osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3) oraz minimum 59,5 % pozostałych osób nienależących do ww. grup. W ramach projektu dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to the age of 29 who are unemployed in the Sokołów County. The main outcome of the project will be to employ a minimum of 44 % of the most vulnerable (including: persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED 3) and a minimum of 59.5 % of other non-members. As part of the project for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le comté de Sokołów. Le principal résultat du projet sera d’employer au moins 44 % des personnes les plus vulnérables (y compris: les personnes handicapées, les chômeurs de longue durée, les personnes peu qualifiées (jusqu’à la CITE 3) et un minimum de 59,5 % des autres non-membres. Dans le cadre du projet pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr zu erhöhen, die im Kreis Sokołów arbeitslos sind. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird darin bestehen, mindestens 44 % der am stärksten gefährdeten Personen zu beschäftigen (einschließlich: Menschen mit Behinderungen, Langzeitarbeitslose, Personen mit geringer Qualifikation (bis ISCED 3) und mindestens 59,5 % der übrigen Nichtmitglieder. Im Rahmen des Projekts für jeden Teilnehmer wird eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des Teilnehmers mit einem spezifischen Angebot der beruflichen Aktivierung vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren tot 29 jaar die werkloos zijn in de provincie Sokołów. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is dat ten minste 44 % van de meest kwetsbaren in dienst wordt genomen (waaronder: personen met een handicap, langdurig werklozen, mensen met lage kwalificaties (tot ISCED 3) en minimaal 59,5 % van de overige niet-leden. Als onderdeel van het project voor elke deelnemer wordt het presenteren van een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, bekwaamheid en professionele problemen van de deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt.
