Celem projektu jest stworzenie narzędzi pozwalających na automatyzację procesu tworzenia i udostępniania aktów jednolitych aktów prawnych w ramach oferty Grupy Infor - Inforlex. Wnioskodawca dąży do optymalizacji czasowej oraz kosztowej procesu identyfikacji oraz pobierania nowo publikowanych dokumentów aktów prawnych. Dzięki realizacji Projektu proces pobierania dokumentów źródłowych, niezbędnych do opublikowania i udostępnienia odbiorcom dokumentu “Aktu Prawnego”, zostanie całkowicie zautomatyzowany. System samodzielnie będzie śledził publikowane przez Ustawodawcę dokumenty i automatycznie je pobierał oraz przetwarzał. Wdrożone rozwiązania pozwolą na dzięki implementacji algorytmów na samodzielne i zautomatyzowane przygotowanie dokumentu w odpowiedniej strukturze i z odpowiednim formatowaniem. Kolejną wartością dodaną wynikającą z wdrożenia rezultatów projektu będzie maksymalne skrócenie czasu udostępniania informacji w serwisie, zaraz po jej udostępnieniu przez organ publikujący. Następnym rezultatem istotnym z punktu widzenia jakości generowanej oferty jest publikowanie dokumentu o granularności na poziomie każdego paragrafu, co będzie skutkowało możliwością dostarczenia treści o co najmniej 10-krotnym zwiększeniu precyzyjności. Projekt obejmuje badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe. W poszczególnych etapach wykonane będzie badanie wykonalności oraz użyteczności narzędzi; opracowany zostanie prototyp; przeprowadzone będą testy prototypu oraz potwierdzenie jego parametrów w warunkach rzeczywistych. Rezultaty projektu są dedykowane odbiorcom krajowym, klientom serwisu Inforlex. Grupa docelowa to odbiorcy z sektora publicznego oraz przedsiębiorcy (w tym biura rachunkowe). The aim of the project is to create tools to automate the process of creating and making available single legal acts as part of the Infor Group’s offer. The applicant shall seek to optimise the temporal and cost-effective process of identifying and downloading newly published legal acts. Thanks to the implementation of the Project, the process of downloading the source documents necessary to publish and make available to the recipients of the “Legal Act” document will be completely automated. The system will independently track the documents published by the Legislator and automatically download and process them. Implemented solutions will allow thanks to the implementation of algorithms for independent and automated preparation of the document in the appropriate structure and with appropriate formatting. Another added value resulting from the implementation of the results of the project will be to reduce as much as possible the time of making the information available on the website, as soon as it is made available by the publishing authority. The next result relevant from the point of view of the quality of the bid generated is the publication of a granularity document at the level of each paragraph, which will result in the possibility of providing content that is at least 10 times more precise. The project covers industrial research and development. The feasibility and usability of the tools will be tested in the various stages; a prototype will be developed; tests of the prototype and confirmation of its parameters in real-world conditions will be carried out. The results of the project are dedicated to national customers, Inforlex customers. The target group is public sector recipients and entrepreneurs (including accounting offices). L’objectif du projet est de créer des outils permettant d’automatiser le processus de création et de mise à disposition d’actes juridiques uniques dans le cadre de l’offre du groupe Infor. Le demandeur s’efforce d’optimiser le processus temporel et rentable d’identification et de téléchargement des actes juridiques nouvellement publiés. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, le processus de téléchargement des documents sources nécessaires à la publication et à la mise à la disposition des destinataires du document «Loi légale» sera entièrement automatisé. Le système assurera un suivi indépendant des documents publiés par le législateur et les téléchargera et les traitera automatiquement. Les solutions mises en œuvre permettront grâce à la mise en œuvre d’algorithmes pour la préparation indépendante et automatisée du document dans la structure appropriée et avec un formatage approprié. Une autre valeur ajoutée résultant de la mise en œuvre des résultats du projet sera de réduire autant que possible le temps de mise à disposition des informations sur le site web, dès qu’elles seront mises à disposition par l’autorité de publication. Le résultat suivant pertinent du point de vue de la qualité de l’offre générée est la publication d’un document de granularité au niveau de chaque paragraphe, ce qui permettra de fournir un contenu au moins dix fois plus précis. Le projet couvre la recherche et le développement industriels. La faisabilité et l’utilisabilité des outils seront testées aux différentes étapes; un prototype sera mis au point; des essais du prototype et la confirmation de ses paramètres en conditions réelles seront effectués. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Werkzeuge zu schaffen, um den Prozess der Erstellung und Bereitstellung einzelner Rechtsakte im Rahmen des Angebots der Infor-Gruppe zu automatisieren. Der Antragsteller bemüht sich, den zeitlichen und kostengünstigen Prozess der Identifizierung und des Herunterladens neu veröffentlichter Rechtsakte zu optimieren. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird der Prozess des Herunterladens der Quelldokumente, die für die Veröffentlichung und Bereitstellung des Dokuments „Rechtsakt“ erforderlich sind, vollständig automatisiert. Das System wird die vom Gesetzgeber veröffentlichten Dokumente unabhängig verfolgen und sie automatisch herunterladen und verarbeiten. Implementierte Lösungen ermöglichen dank der Implementierung von Algorithmen für die unabhängige und automatisierte Vorbereitung des Dokuments in der entsprechenden Struktur und mit entsprechender Formatierung. Ein weiterer Mehrwert, der sich aus der Umsetzung der Projektergebnisse ergibt, besteht darin, den Zeitpunkt der Bereitstellung der Informationen auf der Website so weit wie möglich zu verkürzen, sobald sie von der Veröffentlichungsbehörde zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das nächste im Hinblick auf die Qualität des Angebots relevante Ergebnis ist die Veröffentlichung eines Granularitätsdokuments auf der Ebene jedes Absatzes, was die Möglichkeit zur Bereitstellung von mindestens zehnfach genaueren Inhalten zur Folge hat. Das Projekt umfasst industrielle Forschung und Entwicklung. Die Machbarkeit und Verwendbarkeit der Instrumente werden in den verschiedenen Phasen geprüft; es wird ein Prototyp entwickelt; Tests des Prototyps und Bestätigung seiner Parameter unter realen Bedingungen werden durchgeführt. Die Ergebnisse des Projekts sind nationalen Kunden, Inforlex Kunden gewidmet. Zielgruppe sind Empfänger des öffentlichen Sektors und Unternehmer (einschließlich Rechnungswesen). Het doel van het project is instrumenten te creëren voor het automatiseren van het proces van het maken en beschikbaar stellen van afzonderlijke rechtshandelingen in het kader van het aanbod van de Infor Group. De aanvrager streeft ernaar het temporele en kosteneffectieve proces voor het identificeren en downloaden van nieuw bekendgemaakte rechtshandelingen te optimaliseren. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project zal het proces van het downloaden van de brondocumenten die nodig zijn voor het publiceren en ter beschikking stellen van de ontvangers van het juridisch document volledig worden geautomatiseerd. Het systeem zal onafhankelijk de door de wetgever gepubliceerde documenten bijhouden en deze automatisch downloaden en verwerken. Geïmplementeerde oplossingen zullen dankzij de implementatie van algoritmen voor een onafhankelijke en geautomatiseerde voorbereiding van het document in de passende structuur en met een passende opmaak mogelijk zijn. Een andere toegevoegde waarde die voortvloeit uit de uitvoering van de resultaten van het project zal erin bestaan de tijd die nodig is om de informatie op de website beschikbaar te stellen, zo veel mogelijk te verkorten zodra deze door de uitgeversdienst beschikbaar is gesteld. Het volgende resultaat dat relevant is voor de kwaliteit van de gegenereerde offerte is de publicatie van een document over de granulariteit op het niveau van elk lid, wat zal resulteren in de mogelijkheid om inhoud te verstrekken die ten minste tien keer nauwkeuriger is. Het project heeft betrekking op industrieel onderzoek en industriële ontwikkeling. De haalbaarheid en bruikbaarheid van de instrumenten zullen in de verschillende fasen worden getest; er zal een prototype worden ontwikkeld; tests van het prototype en bevestiging van de parameters ervan in reële omstandigheden zullen worden uitgevoerd. De resultaten van het project zijn gewijd aan nationale klanten, Inforlex klanten. De doelgroep is overheidsontvangers en ondernemers (inclusief boekhoudkantoren).
