Projekt został przygotowany w odpowiedzi na zdiagnozowane potrzeby Mieszkańców/nek Gminy Goleniów woj.zachodniopomorskiego. CEL GŁÓWNY:aktywizacja społeczno-zawodowa 48 niepracujących, niepełnosprawnych Mieszkańców i Mieszkanek Gminy Goleniów woj.zach-pom (25-K,23-M)w wieku od 18 do 64 lat,zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym,z których min.65% podejmie pracę po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie tj.po 30.06.2019r.w nowo utworzonym Zakładzie Aktywności Zawodowej w Goleniowskim Parku Przemysłowym lub na otwartym rynku pracy,a min.16 UP/8K,8M/utrzyma zatrudnienie przez okres min.3 miesięcy.Uczestnikami/czkami będzie 48 niepracujących i niepełnosprawnych Mieszkańców/nek Gm.Goleniów (min.50% z obszarów wiejskich)w wieku od 18 do 64 lat,zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym,w tym bezrobotnych/profil III/,z których min.50% doświadcza wykluczenia wielokrotnego,a min.70% ogółu Uczestników/czek będą stanowić os.o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności,os.z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi,z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną,zaburzeniami psychicznymi.Kompleksowa ścieżka wsparcia Uczestników/czek: 1/Wypracowanie IPD-Indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji Społecznej i Zawodowej;2/Aktywna integracja-spotkania indywidualne i grupowe oraz imprezy organizowane w Pracowni Wspierania Rozwoju i Aktywności Społeczno-Zawodowej;3/ Warsztaty Kompetencji Społecznych; 4/Poradnictwo specjalistyczne:psychologiczne,psychospołeczne, prawne, zawodowe;5/Indywidualne usł.społeczne/Asystent Osobisty Os.Niepełnosprawnej;6/Przygotowanie do zatrudnienia-szkolenia i kursy zawodowe-uzyskanie kompetencji lub/i kwalifikacji zawodowych; 7/Zatrudnienie okresowe w Zakładzie Aktywności Zawodowej. Główny rezultat:min.32 niepełnosprawnych Uczestników/Uczestniczek Projektu zagrożonych ubóstwem lub/i wykluczeniem społecznym podejmie pracę po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie w nowo utworzonym ZAZ lub na otwartym rynku przez co uzyska poprawę sytuacji życiowej. The project was prepared in response to the diagnosed needs of the inhabitants of Goleniów commune woj. Zachodniopomorskie. 8 % of the non-working, non-working persons and residents of the municipality of Goleniów (25-K,23-M) at the age of 18 to 64 years, of which at least 65 % of those who have completed their participation in the project, i.e. after 30.06.2019 in the newly created Department of Vocational Activity in Goleniowski’s Industrial Park or on the open labour market, will be 06 %. 1/Development of IPD-Individual Social and Vocational Reintegration Paths;2/Active integration-inclusive and group meetings and events organised in the Development and Social Activity Support Laboratory;3/Social Competence Workshops; 4/Specialised advice:psychological, psychosocial, legal, professional;5/Individual social services/Assistant Personally Disabled;6/Preparation for employment-training and vocational courses-obtaining competences or/and professional qualifications; 7/Periodic employment in the Department of Vocational Activity. Main result:min.32 disabled Participants/Participants at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion will take up work after completing the project in a newly created ZAZ or on an open market, thereby improving the situation of life. Le projet a été élaboré en réponse aux besoins diagnostiqués des habitants de la municipalité de Goleniów Zachodniopomorskie Voïvodie. Objectif: socioprofessionnel: 48 résidents non salariés, handicapés et résidents de la commune de Goleniów woj.zach-pom (25-K,23-M) âgés de 18 à 64 ans, exposés au risque d’exclusion sociale, dont au moins 65 % prendront un emploi après la fin du projet, c’est-à-dire après le 30 juin 2019 dans le nouveau département de l’activité professionnelle du parc industriel de Goleniowski ou sur le marché du travail ouvert, un minimum 16 UP/8K,8M/maintenir un emploi pour un minimum de 3 mois.Les participants seront 48 résidents sans emploi et handicapés de la municipalité de Goleniów (min.50 % des zones rurales) âgés de 18 à 64 ans, exposés au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, y compris les chômeurs/Profile III/, dont au moins 50 % souffrent d’exclusion multiple, un minimum de 70 % du total des Participants/chèques seront des personnes présentant un degré significatif ou modéré d’incapacité, des personnes handicapées associées, des déficiences intellectuelles, des troubles mentaux. 1/Élaboration de parcours individuels pour la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle;2/Intégration active — réunions et manifestations individuelles et de groupe organisées dans le cadre de l’Atelier de soutien au développement et à l’activité sociale et sociale3/ateliers de compétences sociales; 4/Advisoire specjalistyczne:psychologiczne,psychospołeczne, juridique, professionnel;5/Services sociaux individuels/Assistant Personnel Assistant handicapé;6/Préparation à l’emploi-formation et aux cours professionnels — Compétences et/ou qualifications professionnelles; 7/Emploi permanent au Département de l’activité professionnelle. Ziel: Sozioprofessionell: 48 nicht erwerbstätige, behinderte Bewohner und Einwohner der Gemeinde Goleniów woj.zach-pom (25-K,23-M)von 18 bis 64 Jahren, gefährdet von sozialer Ausgrenzung, von denen mindestens 65 % nach dem Ende des Projekts, d. h. nach dem 30.06.2019 in der neu geschaffenen Abteilung für Berufsbildung im Industriepark Goleniowski oder auf dem freien Arbeitsmarkt, arbeiten werden, a min.16 UP/8K,8M/Beschäftigung für mindestens 3 Monate.Die Teilnehmer werden 48 arbeitslose und behinderte Bewohner der Gemeinde Goleniów sein (mindestens 50 % aus ländlichen Gebieten) im Alter zwischen 18 und 64 Jahren, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, einschließlich der Arbeitslosen/Profil III/, von denen mindestens 50 % mehrfach ausgeschlossen sind, mindestens 70 % der Gesamtteilnehmer/Schäcker werden Personen mit einem erheblichen oder mittleren Grad an Behinderung, Menschen mit assoziierten Behinderungen, geistige Behinderungen, psychische Störungen sein. 1/Entwicklung von IPD-Individuellen Wegen für die soziale und berufliche Wiedereingliederung;2/Aktive Integration-individuelle und Gruppentreffen und Veranstaltungen im Workshop zur Förderung von Entwicklung und sozialer und sozialer Aktivität;3/Workshops für soziale Kompetenzen; 4/Advisory specjalistyczne:psychologiczne,psychospołeczne, legal, professional;5/Individuelle Sozialdienste/Assistent Persönlicher Assistent Behinderter;6/Vorbereitung auf die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung und berufliche Weiterbildung – Kompetenzen und/oder berufliche Qualifikationen; 7/Ständige Beschäftigung in der Abteilung für berufliche Tätigkeit.
