Projekt obejmuje utworzenie bazy kształcenia praktycznego dla zawodów z obszaru kształcenia mechanicznego dostosowujące kształcenie do potrzeb rynku pracy. Projekt stanowi samodzielną jednostkę analizy i obejmuje wszystkie zadania niezbędne do zapewnienia funkcjonalności i operacyjności infrastruktury po zakończeniu zakresu rzeczowego. Dla uruchomienia produktów projektu nie jest wymagana realizacja dodatkowych zadań inwestycyjnych. ZSR CKP dysponuje doświadczoną kadrą pedagogiczną posiadającą wiedzę w zakresie użytkowania produktów projektu, która uczestniczyła m.in. w opracowaniu założeń projektu i która będzie odpowiedzialna za wykorzystanie produktów projektu zgodnie z ich technicznym i edukacyjnym przeznaczeniem. Placówka dysponuje zapleczem technicznym (sprzęt, procedury organizacyjne, pracownicy techniczni) pozwalającym na sprawne wykorzystanie produktów projektu bezpośrednio po zakończeniu inwestycji. Wnioskodawca posiada kompletną dokumentację techniczną: dokumentacja została opracowana ostatecznie z końcem IV kw. 2016 r. Wnioskodawca planuje pozyskać ostateczne pozwolenie na budowę w I kw. 2017 r. Projekt obejmuje: Zadanie nr 1: Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dotyczącej adaptacji hal do praktycznej nauki zawodu przy ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 2: Remont i przebudowa budynku hali, budowa urządzeń budowlanych oraz zmiana sposobu użytkowania części hali, na halę warsztatowo-edukacyjną, na potrzeby ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 3: Remont i przebudowa budynku warsztatowego ZSR CKP; Zadanie nr 4: Wyposażenie pracowni maszyn rolniczych i pracowni agrotroniki; Zadanie nr 5: Nadzór inwestorski; Zadanie nr 6: Promocja projektu. Projekt obejmuje zastosowanie TIK i dostosowanie obiektu do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Wnioskodawcą, Inwestorem, Beneficjentem inwestycji będzie Powiat Świdwiński, który posiada odpowiedni potencjał kadrowy. Projekt jest zarządzany metodyką PCM w formie partycypacyjnej. The project involves the establishment of a practical training base for professions in the field of mechanical training adapting education to the needs of the labour market. The project is a stand-alone unit of analysis and shall cover all the tasks necessary to ensure the functionality and interoperability of the infrastructure after the completion of the material scope. No additional investment tasks are required to launch the project’s products. The ZSR CKP has experienced pedagogical staff with knowledge of the use of the project products, who participated in the development of project assumptions and who will be responsible for the use of the project products according to their technical and educational purpose. The facility has technical facilities (equipment, organisational procedures, technical staff) allowing efficient use of the project’s products immediately after completion of the investment. The applicant shall have complete technical documentation: the documentation was finalised at the end of the fourth quarter. 2016. The applicant plans to obtain the final construction permit in the first quarter. 2017 The project covers: Task 1: Development of design documentation concerning the adaptation of halls to practical apprenticeships at the CKP; Task 2: Renovation and conversion of the hall building, construction of construction equipment and change of use of part of the hall, into a workshop and education hall, for the purposes of the CKP ZSR; Task 3: Renovation and reconstruction of the workshop building of the ZSR CKP; Task 4: Equipment for agricultural machinery and agrotronics workshop; Task 5: Investor supervision; Task 6: Promotion of the project. The project includes the use of ICT and the adaptation of the facility to the needs of people with disabilities. The applicant, Investor, Beneficiary of the investment will be the District of Świdwiński, which has adequate human resources. The project is managed by PCM methodologies in participatory form. Le projet comprend la création d’une base de formation pratique pour les professions dans le domaine de l’éducation mécanique adaptant l’éducation aux besoins du marché du travail. Le projet est une unité d’analyse autonome qui couvre toutes les tâches nécessaires pour assurer la fonctionnalité et l’exploitation de l’infrastructure après l’achèvement du champ d’application matériel. Aucune tâche d’investissement supplémentaire n’est requise pour lancer les produits du projet. ZSR CKP a expérimenté le personnel pédagogique ayant une connaissance de l’utilisation des produits du projet, qui a participé, entre autres, à l’élaboration des objectifs du projet et qui sera responsable de l’utilisation des produits du projet en fonction de leurs finalités techniques et éducatives. L’installation dispose d’installations techniques (équipement, procédures organisationnelles, personnel technique) permettant une utilisation efficace des produits du projet immédiatement après l’achèvement de l’investissement. Le demandeur doit disposer d’une documentation technique complète: la documentation a été finalisée à la fin du quatrième trimestre. 2016 Le demandeur envisage d’obtenir le permis de construire final au premier trimestre 2017 Le projet comprend: Activité 1: Élaboration de la documentation du projet sur l’adaptation des salles à la formation professionnelle pratique au ZSR du CKP; Activité 2: La rénovation et la reconstruction du bâtiment du hall, la construction d’équipements de construction et le changement d’utilisation de parties de la salle, en un atelier et une salle éducative, aux fins de ZSR CKP; Activité 3: Rénovation et reconstruction du bâtiment de l’atelier ZSR CKP; Activité 4: Équipements pour machines agricoles et laboratoires agrotroniques; Tâche 5: La surveillance des investisseurs; Activité 6: Promotion du projet. Das Projekt umfasst die Schaffung einer praktischen Ausbildungsbasis für Berufe im Bereich der mechanischen Bildung, die die Ausbildung an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes anpasst. Das Projekt ist eine eigenständige Analyseeinheit und deckt alle Aufgaben ab, die erforderlich sind, um die Funktionalität und Bedienbarkeit der Infrastruktur nach Abschluss des Materialumfangs zu gewährleisten. Für die Markteinführung von Projektprodukten sind keine zusätzlichen Investitionsaufgaben erforderlich. ZSR CKP verfügt über pädagogisches Personal mit Kenntnissen über den Einsatz von Projektprodukten, die u. a. an der Entwicklung der Projektziele beteiligt waren und die für den Einsatz der Projektprodukte gemäß ihren technischen und pädagogischen Zwecken verantwortlich sind. Die Anlage verfügt über technische Einrichtungen (Ausrüstung, Organisationsverfahren, technisches Personal), die eine effiziente Nutzung von Projektprodukten unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Investition ermöglichen. Der Antragsteller muss über vollständige technische Unterlagen verfügen: die Dokumentation wurde am Ende des vierten Quartals fertiggestellt. 2016 Der Antragsteller plant, die endgültige Baugenehmigung im ersten Quartal zu erhalten. 2017 Das Projekt umfasst: Aktivität 1: Entwicklung der Projektdokumentation zur Anpassung der Hallen an die praktische Berufsausbildung am ZSR des CKP; Aktivität 2: Renovierung und Umbau des Hallengebäudes, Bau von Baumaschinen und Änderung der Nutzung von Teilen der Halle in eine Werkstatt und Bildungshalle für die Zwecke des ZSR CKP; Aktivität 3: Renovierung und Umbau des Werkstattgebäudes ZSR CKP; Aktivität 4: Ausrüstung für landwirtschaftliche Maschinen und agrotronische Labore; Aufgabe 5: Aufsicht der Anleger; Aktivität 6: Förderung des Projekts. Het project omvat de oprichting van een praktische opleidingsbasis voor beroepen op het gebied van mechanisch onderwijs die het onderwijs aanpassen aan de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt. Het project is een op zichzelf staande analyse-eenheid en omvat alle taken die nodig zijn om de functionaliteit en de bruikbaarheid van de infrastructuur te waarborgen nadat het materiële toepassingsgebied is voltooid. Er zijn geen extra investeringstaken nodig om projectproducten te lanceren. ZSR CKP heeft ervaren pedagogisch personeel met kennis van het gebruik van projectproducten, die onder meer hebben deelgenomen aan de ontwikkeling van de doelstellingen van het project en die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het gebruik van de projectproducten in overeenstemming met hun technische en educatieve doeleinden. De faciliteit beschikt over technische faciliteiten (apparatuur, organisatorische procedures, technisch personeel) die een efficiënt gebruik van projectproducten onmiddellijk na voltooiing van de investering mogelijk maken. De aanvrager moet over volledige technische documentatie beschikken: de documentatie werd aan het einde van het vierde kwartaal afgerond. 2016 Verzoekster is van plan de definitieve bouwvergunning in het eerste kwartaal te verkrijgen 2017 Het project omvat: Activiteit 1: Ontwikkeling van projectdocumentatie over de aanpassing van de zalen aan de praktische beroepsopleiding bij de ZSR van het CKP; Activiteit 2: Renovatie en wederopbouw van het halgebouw, bouw van bouwmateriaal en verandering van het gebruik van delen van de hal, in een werkplaats en onderwijszaal, ten behoeve van ZSR CKP; Activiteit 3: Renovatie en wederopbouw van het werkplaatsgebouw ZSR CKP; Activiteit 4: Apparatuur voor landbouwmachines en agrotronicslaboratoria; Taak 5: Toezicht op beleggers; Activiteit 6: Bevordering van het project.
