Planowana inwestycja polegać będzie na zakupie i montażu 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,6 kW każda na ujęciu wody przy ul. Gdańskiej w Reszlu przez Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. w Reszlu z wykorzystaniem 132 paneli fotowoltaicznych (każda instalacja) o mocy 300 W każdy panel. Do realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji nie są wymagane pozwolenie na budowę, ani uzyskanie decyzji środowiskowej. Uzyskana energia będzie wykorzystywana na potrzeby własne przedsiębiorstwa a nadwyżka energii sprzedawana będzie do ogólnopolskiego operatora energii elektrycznej. Realizacja projektu jest uzasadniona zarówno ekonomicznie, środowiskowo, społecznie i gospodarczo oraz przyczyni się do osiągania założonych przez Unię Europejską wytycznych. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie udziału odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym gminy Reszel poprzez budowę mikroelektrowni fotowoltaicznych o mocy 39,6 kWp w oczyszczalni ścieków przy ul. Rataja oraz na ujęciu wody przy ul. Gdański w Reszlu przez Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. w Reszlu do września 2018 roku. Etapy realizacji: 1. Etap przygotowań – wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z zasadą konkurencyjności 2. Etap Wdrożenia- zakup i montaż 2 instalacji Projekt jest zgodny ze Strategią rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego województwa warmińsko- mazurskiego do roku 2025 oraz wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 gdyż przyczynia się do realizacji zaplanowanych ww. dokumentach celów, wskaźników i rezultatów, jest zgodny z możliwymi do dofinansowania formami wsparcia oraz typem beneficjentów . Projekt realizuje cel Działania 4.1 zwiększony udział odnawialnych źródeł energii w ogólnym bilansie energetycznym regionu poprzez zakup i montaż 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 39,6 kW. The planned investment will consist of the purchase and installation of 2 photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 39.6 kW each on water capture at ul. Gdańska w Reszlu by Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszl using 132 photovoltaic panels (each installation) with a capacity of 300 W each panel. The resulting energy will be used for the own needs of the company and the excess energy will be sold to a nationwide electricity operator. The implementation of the project is justified both economically, environmentally, socially and economically and will contribute to achieving the guidelines established by the European Union. The main objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the municipality of Reszel through the construction of photovoltaic microelectric plants with a capacity of 39.6 kWp in the sewage treatment plant at ul. Rataja and on the angle of water at ul. Gdański w Reszlu by Wielobranżowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszl until September 2018. Stages of implementation: 1. Preparation phase – selection of the contractor in accordance with the principle of competitiveness 2. Implementation stage – purchase and assembly of 2 installations The project is consistent with the strategy of socio-economic development of the Warmia-Mazury voivodship until 2025 and is in line with SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 as it contributes to the realisation of the objectives, indicators and results planned above, is compatible with co-financed forms of support and type of beneficiaries. The project fulfils the objective of Measure 4.1 increased share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of the region through the purchase and assembly of 2 photovoltaic installations with a capacity of 39.6 kW. L’investissement prévu consistera en l’achat et l’installation de 2 installations photovoltaïques d’une capacité de 39,6 kW chacune sur la prise d’eau à ul. Gdański à Reszl par Wielobranzowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. à Reszl utilisant 132 panneaux photovoltaïques (chaque installation) de 300 W chaque panneau. Aucun permis de construire ou décision environnementale n’est requis pour la mise en œuvre de l’investissement. L’énergie obtenue sera utilisée pour les besoins propres de l’entreprise et l’excédent d’énergie sera vendu à l’opérateur électrique national. Die geplante Investition umfasst den Kauf und die Installation von 2 Photovoltaikanlagen mit einer Kapazität von jeweils 39,6 kW an Wasseraufnahmen in ul. Gdański in Reszl von Wielobranzowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszl mit 132 Photovoltaik-Panels (jeweils Installation) von je 300 W. Für die Durchführung der Investition ist keine Baugenehmigung oder Umweltentscheidung erforderlich. Die gewonnene Energie wird für den eigenen Bedarf des Unternehmens verwendet und die überschüssige Energie wird an den bundesweiten Strombetreiber verkauft. Die Durchführung des Projekts ist wirtschaftlich, ökologisch, sozial und wirtschaftlich gerechtfertigt und wird zur Verwirklichung der von der Europäischen Union festgelegten Leitlinien beitragen. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Erhöhung des Anteils erneuerbarer Energiequellen an der Gesamtenergiebilanz der Gemeinde Reszel durch den Bau eines Photovoltaik-Mikrokraftwerks mit einer Leistung von 39,6 kWp in einer Kläranlage in ul. Rataja und Wasseraufnahme bei ul. Gdański in Reszl von Wielobranzowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszl bis September 2018. Durchführungsphasen: 1. Vorbereitungsphase – Auswahl des Auftragnehmers nach dem Grundsatz der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit 2. De geplande investering zal bestaan uit de aankoop en installatie van 2 fotovoltaïsche installaties met een capaciteit van elk 39,6 kW op de wateropname in ul. Gdański in Reszl van Wielobranzowe Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Reszl met 132 fotovoltaïsche panelen (elke installatie) van 300 W per paneel. Voor de uitvoering van de investering is geen bouwvergunning of milieubesluit vereist. De verkregen energie zal worden gebruikt voor de eigen behoeften van het bedrijf en de overtollige energie zal worden verkocht aan de nationale elektriciteitsexploitant.
