Uczestnikami projektu będzie 26 osób starszych w wieku 50 lat i więcej, zam. w rozumieniu Kodeksu cywilnego w subregionie ełckim (powiaty: ełcki, giżycki, gołdapski, olecki, piski, węgorzewski), bez zatrudnienia. Struktura gr docelowej: -14 kobiet, 12 mężczyzn -16 osób biernych zawodowo, 10 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP -co najmniej 15% UP to mieszkańcy miast średnich. Celem projektu jest wzrost potencjału zawodowego 26 osób (14K, 12M) w wieku 50 lat i więcej, pozostających bez zatrudnienia (bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w PUP oraz biernych zawodowo) zam. w subregionie ełckim, w drodze indywidualnej i kompleksowej aktywizacji zawodowej (szkolenia, staże, poradnictwo zawodowe, poradnictwo psychologiczne, pośrednictwo pracy) zdefiniowanej w oparciu o Indywidualny Plan Działania w terminie 1.1.2019-30.9.2019. Działania projektu: -identyfikacja potrzeb, diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, opracowanie Indywidualnego Planu Działania; -pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe; -poradnictwo psychologiczne; -szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia kompetencji i/lub uzyskania kwalifikacji; -staże. Wskaźniki projektu: Liczba osób pracujących, łącznie z prowadzącymi działalność na własny rachunek, po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób w najtrudniejszej sytuacji ( w tym imigranci, reemigranci, osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3 )) – 42% Liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu - 12 Liczba osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, objętych wsparciem w programie - 10 Liczba osób biernych zawodowo objętych wsparciem w programie - 16 Liczba osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej objętych wsparciem w programie – 26. The participants of the project will be 26 elderly people aged 50 years and over, as defined in the Civil Code in the Ełckie subregion (written by: Ełcki, Gyżycki, Gołdapski, olecki, squeaky, eelgorzewski), without employment. Structure of the target game: —14 women, 12 men -16 inactive persons, 10 unemployed persons not registered in the PUP – at least 15 % of UP are residents of medium-sized cities. The aim of the project is to increase the professional capacity of 26 people (14K, 12M) aged 50 and over, who remain unemployed (unemployed persons not registered in PUP and inactive) in the ełcki subregion, through individual and comprehensive professional activation (training, traineeships, vocational guidance, psychological counselling, job intermediation) defined on the basis of the Individual Action Plan of 1.1.2019-30.9.2019. Project activities: — identification of needs, diagnosis of opportunities in the field of professional improvement, identification of the degree of distance from the labour market, development of an Individual Action Plan; —work intermediation and/or career guidance; —psychological advice; —training leading to the acquisition of competence and/or qualification; —internship. Les participants au projet seront de 26 personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus, au sens du Code civil de la sous-région Ełc (powiaty: Elcki, Giżycki, Gołdapski, olecki, squeaky, anguille), sans emploi. Structure cible gr: —14 femmes, 12 hommes -16 personnes inactives, 10 chômeurs non inscrits à l’OLP — au moins 15 % des UP sont des résidents de villes de taille moyenne. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître le potentiel professionnel de 26 personnes (14 000, 12 millions) âgées de 50 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi (chômeurs non inscrits à l’OLP et économiquement inactifs) dans la sous-région Ełc, grâce à une activation professionnelle individuelle et complète (formation, stages, orientation professionnelle, orientation psychologique, placement professionnel) définie sur la base du plan d’action individuel du 1.1.2019 au 30.9.2019. Activités du projet: —identification des besoins, diagnostic des possibilités de perfectionnement professionnel, détermination du degré de distance par rapport au marché du travail, élaboration d’un plan d’action individuel; —la médiation professionnelle et/ou l’orientation professionnelle; conseils psychologiques; —formation conduisant à l’acquisition de compétences et/ou de qualifications; des stages. Die Teilnehmer des Projekts werden 26 ältere Menschen ab 50 Jahren im Sinne des Zivilgesetzbuches in der Unterregion Ełc (powiaty: Elcki, Giżycki, Gołdapski, olecki, squeaky, Aal), ohne Beschäftigung. Ziel-G-Struktur: —14 Frauen, 12 Männer -16 Nichterwerbstätige, 10 Arbeitslose, die nicht in der PLO registriert sind – mindestens 15 % der Bevölkerung sind in mittelgroßen Städten ansässig. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das berufliche Potenzial von 26 Personen (14K, 12M) ab 50 Jahren, die arbeitslos sind (nicht im PLO registriert und wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätig) in der Teilregion Ełc, durch individuelle und umfassende berufliche Aktivierung (Ausbildung, Praktika, Berufsberatung, psychologische Beratung, Arbeitsvermittlung) zu erhöhen, die auf der Grundlage des individuellen Aktionsplans vom 1.1.2019 bis 30.9.2019 festgelegt wurden. Projektaktivitäten: Ermittlung des Bedarfs, Diagnose beruflicher Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, Ermittlung des Abstands zum Arbeitsmarkt, Entwicklung eines individuellen Aktionsplans; —Arbeitsvermittlung und/oder Berufsberatung; —psychologische Beratung; —Ausbildung, die zum Erwerb von Kompetenzen und/oder Qualifikationen führt; Praktika. Het doel van het project is het vergroten van het beroepspotentieel van 26 personen (14K, 12 miljoen) van 50 jaar en ouder die werkloos zijn (niet in de PLO ingeschreven en economisch inactief) in de subregio Ełc, door middel van individuele en uitgebreide beroepsactivering (opleiding, stages, beroepskeuzebegeleiding, psychologische begeleiding, arbeidsbemiddeling) die zijn vastgesteld op basis van het individuele actieplan van 1.1.2019-30.9.2019.
