Radioterapia śródoperacyjna, gdzie stosowane jest napromienianie odsłoniętej podczas zabiegu chirurgicznego tkanki otaczającej uprzednio usunięty guz nowotworowy lub napromienianie bezpośrednio zmienionego nowotworowo narządu jest nową technologią rutynowej radioterapii. Wysoka dawka promieniowania może być podana precyzyjnie a narządy zdrowe są odpowiednio osłonięte lub pozostają odsunięte poza wiązkę promieniowania.Przedmiotem projektu jest stworzenie w Wielkopolskim Centrum Onkologii pracowni umożliwiającej przeprowadzenie napromieniowania śródoperacyjnego w oparciu o opracowany, zaprojektowany i wykonany w ramach projektu akcelerator. Projekt obejmuje wszystkie prace B+R związane z analizą warunków zastosowania akceleratora w sali operacyjnej, przygotowaniem tego pomieszczenia oraz opracowaniem i zbudowaniem akceleratora. Należy podkreślić, że budowany aparat będzie urządzeniem medycznym, więc cały proces prowadzenia prac badawczo-rozwojowych, opracowanie konstrukcji, technologii oraz sposobu wykonania winien spełniać wymogi dyrektywy medycznej UE. Główny cel bezpośredni projektu ma zrealizować potrzeby społeczeństwa Wielkopolski do szybkiej i skutecznej terapii nowotworów. Oddanie w ręce społeczności Wielkopolski wspomnianej pracowni zwiększy dostępność do nowoczesnej terapii i w ten sposób zaspokoi ciągle rosnące potrzeby społeczne wynikające ze wzrostu liczby zachorowań na nowotwory złośliwe.Współpraca dwóch jednostek naukowych (NCBJ, WCO) z przedsiębiorstwem (HITEC Świerk), które co prawda wniesie do projektu swój wkład finansowy, ale również otrzyma dotacje/wsparcie przeznaczone też na realizację prac B+R (patrz. pkt. 4.1. - Efekty rzeczowe uzyskane w wyniku realizacji projektu) spowoduje rozwój przedsiębiorstwa - beneficjenta projektu. Projekt wpłynie również na rozwój Wielkopolskiego Centrum Onkologii w zakresie rozszerzenia zakresu świadczonych usług oraz zdobycia przez personel WCO dodatkowych kwalifikacji. (Polish)

Intraoperative radiotherapy, where irradiation of exposed tissue that surrounds the previously removed tumour or radiation of a directly altered organ is a new technology of routine radiotherapy. The high dose of radiation can be given precisely and the healthy organs are adequately shielded or remain removed from the radiation beam.The object of the project is to create a laboratory in Wielkopolska Oncology Centre to perform intraoperative radiation based on an accelerator developed, designed and constructed as part of the project. The project covers all R & D works related to the analysis of the conditions of application of the accelerator in the operating room, preparation of this room and the development and construction of the accelerator. It should be emphasised that the apparatus being built will be a medical device, so the whole process of research and development, design, technology and method of execution should meet the requirements of the EU Medical Directive. The main direct objective of the project is to meet the needs of the Greater Poland society for rapid and effective cancer therapy. The transfer to the Wielkopolska community of the above-mentioned workshop will increase the availability of modern therapy and thus satisfy ever-growing social needs resulting from the increase in the number of malignancies.Cooperation of two scientific units (NCBJ, WCO) with the company (HITEC Świerk), which will contribute its financial contribution to the project, but will also receive grants/support for the implementation of R & D works (see paragraph). IT’S 4.1. — The material effects obtained as a result of the implementation of the project) will result in the development of the enterprise – the beneficiary of the project. The project will also affect the development of the Wielkopolska Oncology Centre in the scope of extending the range of services provided and gaining additional qualifications by WCO staff. (English)

La radiothérapie intraopératoire, où l’irradiation de tissus exposés pendant la chirurgie entourant des tumeurs préalablement enlevées ou l’irradiation d’un organe directement modifié est une nouvelle technologie de radiothérapie de routine. L’objet du projet est la création d’un atelier d’oncologie au centre d’oncologie de Wielkopolska, qui permet d’effectuer une irradiation intra-opératoire à partir d’un accélérateur développé, conçu et réalisé dans le cadre du projet. Le projet couvre tous les travaux de R & D liés à l’analyse des conditions d’utilisation de l’accélérateur dans la salle d’opération, à la préparation de cette salle et au développement et à la construction de l’accélérateur. Il convient de souligner que l’appareil construit sera un dispositif médical, de sorte que l’ensemble du processus de recherche et de développement, le développement de la construction, la technologie et le mode de mise en œuvre devraient être conformes aux exigences de la directive médicale de l’UE. Le principal objectif direct du projet est de répondre aux besoins de la société Wielkopolska en matière de traitement rapide et efficace du cancer. Mettre la communauté Wielkopolska à la disposition de la communauté Wielkopolska augmentera la disponibilité de la thérapie moderne et ainsi répondre aux besoins sociaux toujours croissants résultant de l’augmentation des cancers malignes.La coopération de deux unités scientifiques (NCBJ, WCO) avec la société (HITEC Świerk), qui apportera une contribution financière au projet, mais recevra également des subventions/soutien pour des travaux de R & D (voir paragraphe. 4.1. — Les effets matériels obtenus à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet) entraîneront le développement de l’entreprise, bénéficiaire du projet. Le projet aura également une incidence sur le développement du centre d’oncologie de Wielkopolska en ce qui concerne l’élargissement de la gamme des services fournis et l’obtention de qualifications supplémentaires par le personnel de l’OMD. Intraoperative Strahlentherapie, bei der die Bestrahlung von Geweben, die während einer Operation in der Umgebung zuvor entfernter Tumore oder Bestrahlung eines direkt veränderten Organs exponiert wurden, eine neue Technologie für die routinemäßige Strahlentherapie ist. Ziel des Projekts ist die Einrichtung einer Onkologie-Werkstatt am Wielkopolska Zentrum für Onkologie, die die intraoperative Bestrahlung auf Basis eines im Projekt entwickelten, konstruierten und hergestellten Beschleunigers ermöglicht. Das Projekt umfasst alle F & E-Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Analyse der Nutzungsbedingungen des Beschleunigers im Operationssaal, der Vorbereitung dieses Raumes und der Entwicklung und Konstruktion des Beschleunigers. Es sollte betont werden, dass das Gerät ein Medizinprodukt sein wird, so dass der gesamte Prozess der Forschung und Entwicklung, die Entwicklung von Bau, Technologie und die Art der Umsetzung den Anforderungen der EU-Medizinrichtlinie entsprechen sollten. Das Hauptziel des Projekts besteht darin, den Bedürfnissen der Wielkopolska-Gesellschaft nach einer schnellen und wirksamen Krebstherapie gerecht zu werden. Die Bereitstellung der Wielkopolska-Gemeinschaft zur Verfügung der Wielkopolska-Gemeinschaft wird die Verfügbarkeit moderner Therapien erhöhen und damit den wachsenden sozialen Bedürfnissen infolge der Zunahme bösartiger Krebserkrankungen gerecht werden.Die Zusammenarbeit zweier wissenschaftlicher Einheiten (NCBJ, WCO) mit dem Unternehmen (HITEC Świerk), das einen finanziellen Beitrag zum Projekt leistet, wird aber auch Zuschüsse/Unterstützung für FuE-Arbeiten erhalten (siehe Ziffer). 4.1. — Die wesentlichen Auswirkungen, die durch die Durchführung des Projekts erzielt werden) werden zur Entwicklung des Unternehmens, des Begünstigten des Projekts, führen. Intraoperatieve radiotherapie, waarbij bestraling van weefsel blootgesteld tijdens een operatie rond eerder verwijderde tumoren of bestraling van een direct veranderd orgaan een nieuwe technologie is voor routineradiotherapie. Een hoge dosis straling kan precies worden gegeven en gezonde organen zijn voldoende afgeschermd of blijven uit de straal van straling. Het doel van het project is de oprichting van een oncologie workshop in Wielkopolska Centre for Oncology, die het mogelijk maakt om intraoperatieve bestraling uit te voeren op basis van een versneller ontwikkeld, ontworpen en gemaakt binnen het project. Het project heeft betrekking op alle O & O-werkzaamheden in verband met de analyse van de gebruiksvoorwaarden van de versneller in de operatiekamer, de voorbereiding van deze ruimte en de ontwikkeling en bouw van het gaspedaal. Benadrukt moet worden dat het gebouwde apparaat een medisch hulpmiddel zal zijn, zodat het hele proces van onderzoek en ontwikkeling, de ontwikkeling van de bouw, de technologie en de wijze van uitvoering moeten voldoen aan de eisen van de medische richtlijn van de EU. De belangrijkste directe doelstelling van het project is om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de Wielkopolska samenleving aan snelle en effectieve kankertherapie. Door de Wielkopolska-gemeenschap ter beschikking te stellen van de Wielkopolska-gemeenschap zal de beschikbaarheid van moderne therapie toenemen en daarmee tegemoetkomen aan de steeds groeiende sociale behoeften als gevolg van de toename van kwaadaardige kankers.De samenwerking van twee wetenschappelijke eenheden (NCBJ, WCO) met het bedrijf (HITEC Świerk), dat een financiële bijdrage aan het project zal leveren, maar ook subsidies/steun voor O & O-werkzaamheden zal ontvangen (zie paragraaf. 4.1. — De materiële effecten die voortvloeien uit de uitvoering van het project) zullen resulteren in de ontwikkeling van de onderneming, de begunstigde van het project.
