Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie 01.02.2019-30.11.2019. Został przygotowany przez IKS Atak z Elbląga działający od 20 lat aktywnie w ramach aktywizacji społecznej osób niepełnosprawnych. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja i integracja społeczna 20 ON(10K, 10 M), w wieku 15-64 lat zagrożonych ubóstwem lub/i wykluczeniem społecznym z Elbląga i powiatu elbląskiego Projekt zakłada udzia ucz. w następujących formach wsparcia: 1.usługi wspierające prawidłowe funkcjonowanie rodziny i przyczyniające się do podniesienia ja-kości codziennego życia (m.in. wsparcie rodziny) + dodatkowo zajęcia – przygotowywanie terenu pod imprezy 2.realizacja usług wspierających integrację rodzin ze środowiskiem lokalnym (m.in. organizacja mistrzostw Polski w siatkówce plażowej). 3.Poradnictwo specjalistyczne (psycholog, doradca zawodowy) 4.Finansowanie pobytu w mieszkaniach treningowych na okres procesu usamodzielniania Zaplanowano instrumenty aktywnej integracji społ., zawod. i edukacyjnej korzystając z wypracowanych w ramach PIW EQUAL model aktywiz. osob zagroż wyklucz społecznym tj indyw podejścia,zajęcia motywujące,doradztwo zawodowe oraz zajęcia uzupełniające kompeten zawodowe. W celu powrotu do życia społecznego zaplanowano działania mające na celu kształtowanie umiejętności życiowych, samodzielne funkcjonowanie, radzenia sobie z wyzwaniami dnia codziennego i samoobsługą- zaplanowano trening mieszkaniowy dla uczestników. Uczestnicy będą mogli rozwijać umiejętności decydowania, rozwiązywania problemów ,wiary w siebie, brania odpowiedzialności, pracy w grupie, radzenia sobie z wyzwaniami dnia codziennego, pełnienia różnych ról społecznych. Działania przewidziane w pr. Zapewniają kompleksowe wykorzystanie usług/instrum aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, zawodowym, edukacyjnym i zdrowotnym. Rodzaj wsparcia i jego zakres określony został w odpowiedzi na potrzeby. W ramach proj. zostaną doposażone mieszkania. Projekt jest zgodny z zasadą zrównoważonego rozwoju. (Polish)

The project will be implemented in the period 01.02.2019-30.11.2019. It was prepared by IKS Attack from Elbląg, which has been active for 20 years as part of the social activation of people with disabilities. The aim of the project is to activate and integrate 20 ON(10K, 10 M), aged 15-64 years at risk of poverty or/or social exclusion from Elbląg and Elbląg County The project involves a student participation in the following forms of support: 1.services supporting the proper functioning of the family and contributing to the improvement of everyday life (e.g. family support) + additional activities – preparation of the site for events 2.realisation of services supporting the integration of families into the local environment (e.g. organisation of Polish championships in beach volleyball). 3.Specialised advice (psychologist, professional advisor) 4.Finance of stay in training apartments for the period of self-employment The instruments of active social inclusion, occupation and education are planned using the model developed under PIW EQUAL, persons at risk of social exclusion i.e. individual approaches, motivating activities, professional advice and activities complementary to professional competence. In order to return to social life, activities aimed at shaping life skills, independent functioning, coping with everyday challenges and self-service – housing training was planned for participants. Participants will be able to develop their ability to decide, solve problems, believe in themselves, take responsibility, work in a group, cope with the challenges of everyday life, perform various social roles. Actions foreseen in p. Ensure the comprehensive use of social, professional, educational and health active inclusion services/instruments. The type of support and its scope has been defined in response to needs. As part of the project, the apartments will be retrofitted. Le projet sera mis en œuvre au cours de la période allant du 1er février 2019 au 30 novembre 2019. Il a été préparé par IKS Attack d’Elbląg, actif pendant 20 ans dans le cadre de l’activation sociale des personnes handicapées. L’objectif du projet est l’activation et l’intégration sociale de 20 ON(10K, 10 M), âgés de 15 à 64 ans exposés au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale de Elbląg et du district d’Elbląg. Le projet suppose la participation d’un enseignant aux formes de soutien suivantes: 1.services soutenant le bon fonctionnement de la famille et contribuant à l’amélioration de la qualité de la vie quotidienne (y compris le soutien familial) + activités supplémentaires — préparation de la zone pour les événements 2. Fournir des services favorisant l’intégration des familles dans l’environnement local (par exemple, organisation de championnats polonais de beach volley). 3. Conseil spécialisé (psychologue, conseiller professionnel) 4. Financement des séjours dans des appartements de formation pour la période du processus de travail indépendant Les instruments de l’inclusion sociale active, de la profession et de l’éducation ont été prévus à l’aide du modèle d’activisme développé dans le cadre de l’EQUAL PIW. Les personnes sont exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale, c’est-à-dire d’approches indiennes, d’activités motivantes, de conseils professionnels et d’activités complémentaires aux compétences professionnelles. Afin de réintégrer la société, des actions sont prévues pour développer les aptitudes à la vie quotidienne, l’auto-fonctionnement, faire face aux défis quotidiens et le libre-service — une formation en résidence pour les participants est prévue. Les participants seront en mesure de développer la capacité de décider, de résoudre des problèmes, de croire en eux-mêmes, de prendre des responsabilités, de travailler en groupe, de faire face aux défis de la vie quotidienne, d’assumer divers rôles sociaux. Actions prévues en pr. Veiller à ce que les services/instruments sociaux, professionnels, éducatifs et de santé soient largement utilisés pour l’inclusion active. Le type de soutien et sa portée sont définis en fonction des besoins. Dans le cadre du projet, les appartements seront rénovés. Le projet est durable. (French)

Das Projekt wird im Zeitraum 01.02.2019-30.11.2019 umgesetzt. Er wurde von IKS Attack aus Elbląg vorbereitet, die 20 Jahre lang im Rahmen der sozialen Aktivierung von Menschen mit Behinderungen aktiv war. Ziel des Projekts ist die Aktivierung und soziale Integration von 20 ON(10K, 10 M), im Alter von 15 bis 64 Jahren, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus Elbląg und dem Bezirk Elbląg bedroht sind. 1.Dienstleistungen, die das reibungslose Funktionieren der Familie unterstützen und zur Verbesserung der Qualität des Alltags beitragen (einschließlich Familienunterstützung) + zusätzliche Aktivitäten – Vorbereitung des Bereichs für Veranstaltungen 2. Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung der Integration von Familien in das lokale Umfeld (z. B. Organisation der polnischen Beachvolleyball-Meisterschaften). 3. Fachberatung (Psychologe, Berufsberater) 4. Finanzierungsaufenthalte in Ausbildungswohnungen für die Dauer des Prozesses der Selbstständigkeit Die Instrumente der aktiven sozialen Eingliederung, des Berufs und der Bildung sind nach dem im Rahmen des EQUAL PIW entwickelten Aktivismusmodell geplant. Personen sind von sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht, d. h. indische Ansätze, motivierende Tätigkeiten, berufliche Beratung und Tätigkeiten, die die berufliche Kompetenz ergänzen. Um wieder in die Gesellschaft zu kommen, sind Maßnahmen zur Entwicklung von Lebenskompetenzen, zur Selbstfunktionierung, zur Bewältigung alltäglicher Herausforderungen und zur Selbstbedienung geplant – Wohntraining für die Teilnehmer ist geplant. Die Teilnehmer werden in der Lage sein, die Fähigkeit zu entwickeln, zu entscheiden, Probleme zu lösen, an sich zu glauben, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, in einer Gruppe zu arbeiten, die Herausforderungen des Alltags zu bewältigen, verschiedene gesellschaftliche Rollen zu erfüllen. In pr vorgesehene Maßnahmen. Gewährleistung einer umfassenden Nutzung von Sozial-, Berufs-, Bildungs- und Gesundheitsdiensten/Instrumenten zur aktiven Eingliederung. Die Art der Unterstützung und deren Umfang werden als Reaktion auf den Bedarf definiert. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die Wohnungen nachgerüstet. Das Projekt ist nachhaltig. (German)

Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de periode 01.02.2019-30.11.2019. Hij werd voorbereid door IKS Attack van Elbląg, actief gedurende 20 jaar als onderdeel van de sociale activering van mensen met een handicap. Het doel van het project is de activering en sociale integratie van 20 ON(10K, 10 M), 15-64 jaar met een risico op armoede en/of sociale uitsluiting uit Elbląg en het district Elbląg.
