Przedmiotem wniosku jest projekt pn. Budowa ścieżki rowerowej Zalew – Lipy w Lubawie. Na realizację projektu składają się następujące działania: - Budowa ścieżki rowerowej Zalew-Lipy wraz z obiektami małej architektury i obiektami inżynierskimi, zewnętrzną instalacją elektryczną oświetleniową i jej przyłączem do sieci elektroenergetycznej oraz przyłączem wodociągowym i kanalizacyjnym do sezonowej toalety. - Działania informacyjne dotyczące nowej ścieżki: opracowanie treści informacji na stronę internetową miasta oraz treści tablic informacyjnych i treści zakodowanych kodem QR (bezkosztowe), montaż na początku i końcu ścieżki rowerowej tablic z informacją na temat ścieżki oraz z kodem QR do aplikacji „Mobilny Przewodnik po Lubawie”. - Działania nieinwestycyjne umożliwiające rozwijanie oferty turystycznej W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie ścieżka rowerowa o długości 2 670 m (w tym 310 m ścieżki rowerowej z dopuszczonym ruchem pojazdów i pieszych). Działania planowane w ramach projektu zgodnie z zapisami SZOP służyć mają: utrzymaniu przewagi konkurencyjnej Warmii i Mazur nad innymi regionami w oparciu o zasoby dziedzictwa naturalnego. Realizacja celów bezpośrednich projektu: zwiększenie liczby użytkowników ścieżek rowerowych w Lubawie o 1540 osób; zwiększenie wiedzy turystów i mieszkańców na temat możliwości turystyki rowerowej w Lubawie oraz celu długofalowego: zwiększenie konkurencyjności Lubawy w zakresie długości sieci ścieżek rowerowych, z wykorzystaniem walorów (zasobów) naturalnych oraz zasobów kulturowych miasta, wpłyną bezpośrednio na osiągnięcie celu szczegółowego działania 6.2.3. The subject of the proposal is Project Mon. Construction of the cycle path Zalew – Lipy in Lubawa. The implementation of the project shall consist of the following activities: — Construction of the Lagoon-Lipy cycle path with small architecture and engineering facilities, external lighting installation and its connection to the power grid and water and sewage connection to the seasonal toilet. — Information actions concerning the new path: development of information content on the city’s website as well as information boards and content encoded with QR code (cost-free), installation at the beginning and end of the cycle path with information about the path and QR code for the application “Mobile Guide to Lubawa”. — Non-investment activities enabling the development of tourist offer As a result of the project, a cycle path with a length of 2670 m (including 310 m of bicycle path with authorised traffic of vehicles and pedestrians) will be created. The activities planned under the project in accordance with the provisions of the SZOP shall serve as follows: maintaining the competitive advantage of Warmia and Mazury over other regions based on natural heritage resources. Implementation of the project’s direct objectives: increase the number of users of bicycle paths in Lubawa by 1540 people; increasing the knowledge of tourists and residents about cycling opportunities in Lubawa and the long-term goal: increasing Lubawa’s competitiveness in terms of the length of the cycle path network, using natural assets and cultural resources of the city, will directly contribute to achieving the specific objective of action 6.2.3. L’objet de la proposition est un projet intitulé Construction de la piste cyclable Zalew — Lipa à Lubawa. La mise en œuvre du projet comprend les activités suivantes: — Construction de la piste cyclable Zalew-Lipa avec de petites installations d’architecture et d’ingénierie, une installation d’éclairage électrique externe et sa connexion au réseau électrique et le raccordement de l’eau et des égouts aux toilettes saisonnières. — Sensibilisation sur la nouvelle voie: préparation du contenu d’information pour le site web de la ville et des tableaux d’information et contenu encodé avec le code QR (gratuit), installation au début et à la fin des cartes de piste cyclable avec des informations sur le chemin et avec le code QR pour l’application «Guide mobile de Lubawa». À la suite du projet, une piste cyclable de 2 670 m (y compris une piste cyclable de 310 m avec circulation autorisée et circulation piétonne) sera créée. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet conformément aux dispositions du SZOP sont destinées à: maintenir l’avantage concurrentiel de Warmia et Mazury par rapport à d’autres régions en fonction des ressources patrimoniales naturelles. Gegenstand des Vorschlags ist ein Projekt mit dem Titel Bau des Radweges Zalew – Lipa in Lubawa. Die Durchführung des Projekts umfasst folgende Maßnahmen: — Bau des Radweges Zalew-Lipa zusammen mit kleinen Architektur- und Engineering-Anlagen, externer elektrischer Beleuchtungsanlage und deren Anbindung an das Stromnetz sowie Wasser- und Kanalanschluss an die saisonale Toilette. — Outreach auf dem neuen Weg: Erstellung von Informationsinhalten für die Website der Stadt, Informationstafeln und Inhalte mit QR-Code (kostenfrei), Installation am Anfang und Ende der Radwegtafeln mit Informationen über den Pfad und mit dem QR-Code für die Anwendung „Mobile Guide to Lubawa“. Als Ergebnis des Projekts wird ein 2 670 m langer Radweg (einschließlich eines 310 m langen Radwegs mit genehmigtem Verkehr und Fußgängerverkehr) geschaffen. Die im Rahmen des Projekts gemäß den Bestimmungen des SZOP geplanten Maßnahmen sollen Aufrechterhaltung des Wettbewerbsvorteils von Warmia und Mazury gegenüber anderen Regionen auf der Grundlage von Naturerberessourcen. Het onderwerp van het voorstel is een project met de titel Bouw van het fietspad Zalew — Lipa in Lubawa. De uitvoering van het project bestaat uit de volgende activiteiten: — Bouw van het fietspad Zalew-Lipa samen met kleine architectuur en technische faciliteiten, externe elektrische verlichtingsinstallatie en zijn aansluiting op het elektriciteitsnet en het water en rioolaansluiting op het seizoensgebonden toilet. — Voorlichting over het nieuwe pad: voorbereiding van informatie-inhoud voor de website van de stad en informatieborden en inhoud gecodeerd met QR-code (gratis), installatie aan het begin en einde van de fietspadborden met informatie over het pad en met de QR-code voor de toepassing „Mobile Guide to Lubawa”. Als gevolg van het project zal een 2 670 m lange fietspad (inclusief een 310 m fietspad met toegestaan verkeer en voetgangersverkeer) worden aangelegd. De in het kader van het project geplande activiteiten overeenkomstig de bepalingen van de SZOP zijn bedoeld om: behoud van het concurrentievoordeel van Warmia en Mazury ten opzichte van andere regio’s op basis van natuurlijke erfgoedbronnen.
