Przedmiotem projektu jest prowadzenie prac B+R przez Wnioskodawcę. Planowany zakres prac obejmuje opracowanie elementów technologii prewencyjnego utrzymania obiektów infrastruktury elektroenergetycznej przy wykorzystaniu nowoczesnych metod pozyskania przestrzennych danych cyfrowych i tworzenia wirtualnych, również trójwymiarowych, modeli obiektów elektroenergetycznych z możliwością symulacji dowolnych stanów pracy w odniesieniu do linii napowietrznych i stacji elektroenergetycznych WN i NN. Projekt B+R zakłada realizację 2 zadań: 1.Badania przemysłowe –obejmują opracowanie możliwości wykorzystania technologii scanningu 3D oraz termowizji do gromadzenia danych na temat stanu technicznego obiektów elektroenergetycznych, analiza dostępnych technologii, analiza koncepcji łączenia technologii, weryfikacja pomiarów w warunkach zbliżonych rzeczywistych. Zadanie to obejmuje także szkolenia pracowników. 2.Prace rozwojowe - obejmujące opracowanie prototypowych instrukcji prowadzenia analizy stanu technicznego, testową analizę prowadzenia inwentaryzacji prototypu modelu systemu/podsystemu w warunkach operacyjnych, demonstrację ostatecznych metod prowadzenia prac inwentaryzacyjnych Projekt będzie realizowany przy wykorzystaniu narzędzi laboratoryjnych CBR oraz poligonu badawczego Spółki. W ramach realizacji projektu planowane jest poniesienie kosztów związanych z wynagrodzeniami pracowników zaangażowanych do projektu oraz koszt amortyzacji stanowisk komputerowych. Wyniki prac B+R będące rezultatem projektu zostaną wdrożone przez Wnioskodawcę w ramach prowadzonej przez niego działalności gospodarczej. Po ich zatwierdzeniu będą one wykorzystywane do realizacji projektów w zakresie projektowania i eksploatacji sieci. Projekt realizuje założenia SzOOP RPO WiM dla I osi. Poprawia konkurencyjność wnioskodawcy i podnosi poziom jego innowacyjności w obszarze wspomagającej Inteligentne Specjalizacje regionu. The subject of the project is conducting R & D works by the Applicant. The planned scope of work includes the development of elements of preventive technology for the maintenance of electricity infrastructure facilities using modern methods of obtaining digital spatial data and creating virtual, also three-dimensional, models of electricity objects with the possibility to simulate any working conditions in relation to overhead lines and power stations of WN and NN. The R & D project assumes 2 tasks: 1.Industrial research – includes the development of possibilities of using 3D scanning technology and thermal imaging to collect data on the technical condition of electricity facilities, analysis of available technologies, analysis of the concept of combining technologies, verification of measurements under similar real conditions. This task also includes the training of workers. 2.Development work – including the development of prototype instructions for conducting technical analysis, testing analysis of carrying out inventory of a prototype of a system/subsystem model under operational conditions, demonstration of final methods of carrying out inventory work The project will be implemented using CBR laboratory tools and the Company’s research field. As part of the project, it is planned to incur costs related to salaries of employees involved in the project and the cost of depreciation of computer jobs. The results of R & D as a result of the project will be implemented by the Applicant as part of his business activity. Once approved, they will be used to implement network design and operation projects. The project implements the assumptions of SzOOP RPO WiM for the first axis. Improves the applicant’s competitiveness and improves the level of innovation in the area supporting Intelligent Specialisations in the region. Le projet a pour objet la réalisation de travaux de R & D par la requérante. Les travaux prévus comprennent le développement d’éléments de maintenance préventive des objets d’infrastructure électrique en utilisant des méthodes modernes d’acquisition de données numériques spatiales et la création de modèles virtuels tridimensionnels d’objets électriques avec la possibilité de simuler tous les états d’exploitation en relation avec les lignes aériennes et les centrales électriques WN et NN. Le projet de R & D suppose la réalisation de deux tâches: 1.La recherche industrielle — comprend le développement de la possibilité d’utiliser les technologies de balayage 3D et d’imagerie thermique pour recueillir des données sur l’état technique des installations électriques, l’analyse des technologies disponibles, l’analyse du concept de combinaison de technologies, la vérification des mesures dans des conditions réelles similaires. Cette tâche comprend également la formation du personnel. 2.Travaux de développement — y compris l’élaboration de prototypes d’instructions pour la réalisation d’analyses techniques, une analyse d’essai des inventaires du modèle prototype du système/sous-système dans des conditions opérationnelles, la démonstration des méthodes finales de réalisation des travaux d’inventaire Le projet sera réalisé à l’aide d’outils de laboratoire CBR et du terrain d’essai de l’entreprise. Dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet, il est prévu de prendre en charge les coûts liés aux salaires du personnel participant au projet et le coût de l’amortissement des postes de travail informatiques. Les résultats des travaux de R & D résultant du projet seront mis en œuvre par le requérant dans le cadre de son activité commerciale. Une fois approuvés, ils seront utilisés pour des projets de conception et d’exploitation du réseau. Le projet met en œuvre les hypothèses du SzOOP ROP WiM pour l’axe I. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Durchführung von FuE-Arbeiten durch den Antragsteller. Der geplante Arbeitsumfang umfasst die Entwicklung von Elementen der vorbeugenden Instandhaltung von Elektrizitätsinfrastrukturobjekten mit modernen Methoden zur Erfassung räumlicher digitaler Daten und zur Erstellung virtueller, dreidimensionaler Modelle von Leistungsobjekten mit der Möglichkeit, alle Betriebszustände in Bezug auf Freileitungen und Kraftwerke WN und NN zu simulieren. Das FuE-Projekt übernimmt die Durchführung von zwei Aufgaben: 1.Industrial Research – umfasst die Entwicklung der Möglichkeit der Verwendung von 3D-Scan- und Wärmebildgebungstechnologien zur Erfassung von Daten über den technischen Zustand von Elektrizitätsanlagen, Analyse verfügbarer Technologien, Analyse des Konzepts der Kombination von Technologien, Überprüfung von Messungen unter ähnlichen realen Bedingungen. Zu dieser Aufgabe gehört auch die Schulung des Personals. 2.Entwicklungsarbeiten – einschließlich der Entwicklung von Prototypen-Anweisungen für die Durchführung der technischen Analyse, einer Testanalyse der Durchführung von Inventaren des Prototypmodells des Systems/Teilsystems unter Betriebsbedingungen, Demonstration der endgültigen Methoden zur Durchführung von Inventararbeiten Das Projekt wird mit Hilfe von CBR-Laborwerkzeugen und dem Prüfgelände des Unternehmens durchgeführt. Im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung sind die Kosten im Zusammenhang mit den Gehältern des an dem Projekt beteiligten Personals und den Abschreibungskosten für die Computerarbeitsplätze zu tragen. Die Ergebnisse der FuE-Arbeiten, die sich aus dem Projekt ergeben, werden vom Antragsteller im Rahmen seiner Geschäftstätigkeit umgesetzt. Nach ihrer Genehmigung werden sie für Netzentwicklungs- und -betriebsprojekte verwendet. Das Projekt setzt die Annahmen des SzOOP ROP WiM für Axis I um. Sie verbessert die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Antragstellers und verbessert das Innovationsniveau im Bereich der intelligenten Spezialisierung der Region. Het voorwerp van het project is de uitvoering van O & O-werkzaamheden door de aanvrager. Het geplande werkterrein omvat de ontwikkeling van elementen van preventief onderhoud van elektriciteitsinfrastructuurobjecten met behulp van moderne methoden voor het verwerven van ruimtelijke digitale gegevens en het creëren van virtuele, driedimensionale modellen van vermogensobjecten met de mogelijkheid om alle operationele staten te simuleren met betrekking tot bovengrondse leidingen en elektriciteitscentrales WN en NN. Het O & O-project gaat uit van de uitvoering van twee taken: 1.Industrisch onderzoek — omvat de ontwikkeling van de mogelijkheid om 3D-scannings- en thermische beeldvormingstechnologieën te gebruiken om gegevens te verzamelen over de technische toestand van elektriciteitsfaciliteiten, analyse van beschikbare technologieën, analyse van het concept van het combineren van technologieën, verificatie van metingen in vergelijkbare reële omstandigheden. Deze taak omvat ook de opleiding van het personeel. 2.Ontwikkelingswerken — inclusief de ontwikkeling van prototype-instructies voor het uitvoeren van technische analyse, een testanalyse van het uitvoeren van inventarissen van het prototypemodel van het systeem/subsysteem in operationele omstandigheden, demonstratie van de definitieve methoden voor het uitvoeren van inventariswerkzaamheden Het project zal worden uitgevoerd met behulp van CBR-laboratoriumtools en de testgrond van het bedrijf.
