Głównym celem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja 2 budynków użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Opatów tj. budynku Urzędu Miasta i Gminy i Samorządowego Zespołu Szkół nr 2. Projekt zakłada m.in. wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, termoizolację budynków, prace wewnątrz budynku związane z instalacją urządzeń odzysku ciepła, modernizacja instalacji c.o., montaż pompy ciepła, montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych, itp. L’objectif principal du projet est la thermomodernisation profonde de 2 bâtiments publics dans la municipalité d’Opatów, à savoir la construction de la municipalité et de la municipalité et du complexe scolaire de l’administration locale no 2.
