Projekt realizowany od 01.02.2018 do 30.06.2019 ma na CELU zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia oraz aktywnego udziału w życiu społeczno-zawodowym 100(60K/40M) osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ., w wieku 18 lat i więcej, które uczą się lub zamieszkują w rozumieniu KC w woj.świętokrzyskim wyłącznie na obszarach wiejskich położonych na terenach gmin OSI z obszaru realizacji proj., pozostających w 100% osobami biernymi zawodowo, spośród których: -min.15(9K/6M) to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, -min.90 (54K/36) to osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami. CEL zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 4 ZADAŃ: 1.identyfikacja potrzeb UP wraz z opracowaniem IŚR i treningi kompetencji społ. 2.innowacyjny jobcoaching oraz indywidualne poradnictwo prawno-obywatelskie i psychologiczne 3.szkolenia zawodowe 4.staże i pośrednictwo pracy REZULTATY PROJ.: Do 4 tyg.po opuszczeniu programu: *uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawod. przez min.50% UP *praca(w tym na własny rachunek) przez min.20% UP *poszukiwanie pracy przez min.60% UP Oraz EFEKTYWNOŚĆ SPOŁECZNA I ZATRUDNIENIOWA do 3 m-cy po ukończeniu udziału w proj.: *w odniesieniu do osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.poziom efektywności społecznej- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min.30% *w odniesieniu do osób o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności, osób z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną oraz osób z niepełnosprawnościami sprzężonymi poziom efektywności społ.- min. 34%, efektywności zatrudnieniowej–min. 12% KWOTA DOFINANSOWANIA: 1 621 257,84 zł, WKŁAD WŁASNY: 85 329,36 zł (Polish)

The project implemented from 01.02.2018 to 30.06.2019 aims at CELU to increase employability and active participation in the socio-occupational life of 100(60K/40M) people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, aged 18 and over, who learn or reside within the meaning of the KC in the Swietokrzyskie voivodship only in rural areas located in the OSI communes from the project area, who remain inactive in 100 % of them: —min.15(9K/6M) are people with disabilities, -min.90 (54K/36) are people with low qualifications. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of 4 APPROVEMENTS: 1.Identification of the needs of UP together with the elaboration of IAC and competence training of the community. 2.Innovative Jobcoaching and individual legal, civil and psychological counselling 3. Le projet mis en œuvre du 01.02.2018 au 30.6.2019 vise à accroître l’employabilité et la participation active à la vie socioprofessionnelle de 100(60K/40M) personnes menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 ans et plus, qui apprennent ou vivent au sens du CC dans la voïvodie de Swietokrzyskie uniquement dans les zones rurales situées dans les zones des municipalités OSI de la zone du projet, qui sont 100 % économiquement inactives, dont: —min.15(9K/6M) sont des personnes handicapées, -min.90 (54K/36) sont des personnes peu qualifiées. L’objectif sera atteint grâce à la mise en œuvre de 4 exigences: 1.Identification des besoins de l’UP ainsi que développement du SGI et de la formation des compétences communautaires. 2.Innovative Jobcoaching et counseling individuel juridique, civique et psychologique 3.formation professionnelle 4. stages et stages PROJE DE RÉSULTAT: Jusqu’à 4 semaines après avoir quitté le programme: *obtention de qualifications professionnelles pour un minimum de 50 % UP *travail (y compris indépendant) de min.20 % UP *recherche pour un minimum de 60 % UP et efficacité sociale et emploi jusqu’à 3 mois après la fin de la participation au projet: *pour les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion socialeniveau d’efficacité sociale — au moins 34 %, efficacité de l’emploi-min.30 % *pour les personnes gravement handicapées, les personnes ayant un handicap intellectuel et les personnes handicapées associées, niveau de performance sociale — min. 34 %, efficacité de l’emploi — min. 12 % DISPONIBLE: 1 621 257,84 PLN, INDUSTRIE PROPRE: PLN 85 329,36 (French)

Das vom 01.02.2018 bis zum 30.06.2019 durchgeführte Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und aktive Beteiligung von 100 (60K/40M) Menschen, die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, ab 18 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Sinne des ZK in der Woiwodschaft Swietokrzyskie nur in ländlichen Gebieten in den Gebieten der OSI-Gemeinden aus dem Projektgebiet lernen oder leben, die zu 100 % wirtschaftlich nicht aktiv sind, davon: —min.15(9K/6M) sind Menschen mit Behinderungen, -min.90 (54K/36) sind Personen mit geringer Qualifikation. Das Ziel wird durch die Umsetzung von 4 ANFORDERUNGEN erreicht: 1.Identifizierung des Bedarfs an UP zusammen mit der Entwicklung von IMS und Community-Kompetenztraining. 2.Innovative Jobcoaching und individuelle juristische, staatsbürgerliche und psychologische Beratung 3.berufliche Ausbildung 4. Het project dat van 1 februari 2018 tot en met 30.6.2019 is uitgevoerd, heeft tot doel de inzetbaarheid en actieve deelname aan het sociaal-professionele leven te vergroten van 100(60K/40M) mensen die risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluiting van 18 jaar en ouder, die in de zin van de CC in het woiwodschap Swietokrzyskie leren of wonen, alleen in plattelandsgebieden in de gebieden van OSI-gemeenten uit het projectgebied, die 100 % economisch inactief zijn, van wie: —min.15(9K/6M) zijn personen met een handicap, -min.90 (54K/36) zijn mensen met lage kwalificaties. De doelstelling zal worden bereikt door de tenuitvoerlegging van vier vereisten: 1.Identificatie van UP behoeften samen met de ontwikkeling van IMS en gemeenschapscompetentie opleiding. 2.Innovative Jobcoaching en individuele juridische, burgerlijke en psychologische counseling 3.beroepsopleiding 4.stages en arbeidsbemiddeling RESULTATY PROJ.: Tot 4 weken na het verlaten van het programma: *verkrijgen van beroepskwalificaties voor minimaal 50 % UP *werken (inclusief zelfstandigen) met min.20 % UP *zoeken naar minimaal 60 % UP en sociale doeltreffendheid en werkgelegenheid tot 3 maanden na voltooiing van de deelname aan het project: *voor mensen die het risico lopen op armoede of sociale uitsluitingniveau van sociale efficiëntie — ten minste 34 %, werkgelegenheidsefficiëntie-min.30 % *voor personen met een ernstige handicap, personen met een verstandelijke handicap en personen met geassocieerde handicaps, sociale prestaties — min. 34 %, werkgelegenheidsefficiëntie — min. 12 % DOFINANING BESCHIKBAAR: PLN 1 621 257,84, EIGEN INDUSTRIE: PLN 85 329,36 (Dutch)
