Planowana do wdrożenia inwestycja w Kieleckiej Fabryce Pomp „BIAŁOGON” S.A. będzie polegała na zakupie i wdrożeniu do procesu produkcyjnego nowoczesnego, sterowanego numerycznie pionowego centrum tokarskiego (tzw. tokarki karuzelowej CNC). W związku z tym powstanie innowacyjna technologia produkcji szerokiej gamy komponentów pomp, co znacząco wpłynie na jakość wyrobów i zmianę organizacji produkcji w Spółce (innowacyjność organizacyjna), oszczędność energii, płynów chłodząco-smarujących i czyściwa (innowacyjność proekologiczna). Ponadto zwiększy się możliwość pozyskiwania nowych klientów przez zastosowanie nowoczesnego marketingu oraz wykonywania skomplikowanych prototypów nowych pomp (innowacyjność produktowa), których dotychczas nie można było zrealizować ze względu na nieodpowiedni park maszynowy. Dzięki temu wzrośnie konkurencyjność Spółki na rynku krajowym i europejskim oraz poprawią się efekty ekonomiczne. Ponadto, Kielecka Fabryka Pomp planuje wykonać przy wykorzystaniu nowego centrum tokarskiego prototypową pompę wałową ze staliwa kwasoodpornego, przeznaczoną do szczególnie trudnych warunków pracy. Wszystkie te działania technologiczne sprawiają, że powstają zupełnie nowe jakościowo wyroby, które spełniają kryteria innowacyjności produktowej. Projekt Spółki będzie w pełni zgodny z celami ogólnymi i szczegółowymi wyznaczonymi dla Drugiej Osi Priorytetowej a także celem Działania 2.5 poprzez spójność celów m.in. w zakresie wdrożenia przez Projekt i firmę innowacji procesowych , innowacji nietechnologicznych, wzrost zatrudnienia i tym samym wzrost konkurencyjności firm. Firma planuje osiągnięcie wskaźników produktu i rezultatu zgodnie z wykazem i wielkościami zawartymi wskazanymi w Sekcji XIV wniosku o dofinansowanie. (Polish)

The planned investment in Kielce Pomp Factory “Białogon” S.A. will consist of the purchase and implementation of a modern, numerically controlled vertical turning centre (the so-called CNC turning machine) into the production process. As a result, an innovative technology will be created for the production of a wide range of pump components, which will significantly affect the quality of products and change the organisation of production in the Company (organisational innovation), energy saving, cooling and lubricating fluids and clean (green innovation). In addition, the possibility of attracting new customers through modern marketing and manufacturing complex prototypes of new pumps (product innovation) which could not be realised so far due to inadequate machinery park will be increased. This will increase the competitiveness of the Company on the domestic and European markets and improve the economic effects. In addition, the Kielce Pomp Factory plans to make a prototype stainless steel shaft pump with the use of a new turning centre, designed for particularly difficult working conditions. All these technological activities create completely new quality products that meet the criteria of product innovation. The project of the Company will be fully consistent with the general and specific objectives set for the Second Priority Axis as well as the objective of Action 2.5 through the coherence of objectives, among others, in terms of implementation by the Project and the company of process innovations, non-technological innovations, employment growth and thus increase the competitiveness of companies. The company plans to achieve output and result indicators in accordance with the list and volumes listed in Section XIV of the application for funding. (English)

L’investissement prévu dans l’usine Kielce Pomp «Białogon» S.A. consistera en l’achat et la mise en œuvre d’un centre de tournage vertical moderne à commande numérique (le tour carrousel CNC). Par conséquent, une technologie innovante pour la production d’une large gamme de composants de pompe sera créée, ce qui affectera considérablement la qualité des produits et modifiera l’organisation de la production dans l’entreprise (innovation organisationnelle), les économies d’énergie, les fluides de refroidissement et de lubrification et la propreté (innovation proécologique). En outre, la possibilité d’acquérir de nouveaux clients grâce à la commercialisation moderne et à des prototypes complexes de nouvelles pompes (innovation de produit) sera augmentée, ce qui n’a pas pu être réalisé jusqu’à présent en raison de l’insuffisance des machines. Cela permettra d’accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise sur les marchés nationaux et européens et d’améliorer ses effets économiques. En outre, Kielce Pomp Factory prévoit d’exécuter un prototype de pompe à arbre en acier résistant aux acides, conçu pour des conditions de travail particulièrement difficiles, en utilisant le nouveau centre de tournage. Toutes ces activités technologiques aboutissent à la création de produits de qualité totalement nouveaux qui répondent aux critères de l’innovation produit. Le projet de l’entreprise sera pleinement conforme aux objectifs généraux et spécifiques fixés pour la deuxième axe prioritaire, ainsi qu’à l’objectif de l’action 2.5 grâce à la cohérence des objectifs, entre autres, en termes de mise en œuvre par le projet et la société d’innovations de processus, d’innovations non technologiques, de croissance de l’emploi et donc d’accroître la compétitivité des entreprises. L’entreprise prévoit d’atteindre des indicateurs de rendement et de résultats conformément à la liste et aux tailles indiquées à la section XIV de la demande de financement. (French)

Die geplante Investition in die Kielce Pomp Fabrik „Białogon“ S.A. besteht in der Anschaffung und Umsetzung eines modernen, numerisch gesteuerten vertikalen Drehzentrums (der sogenannten CNC-Karusselldrehmaschine). Daher wird eine innovative Technologie für die Herstellung einer breiten Palette von Pumpenkomponenten geschaffen, die die Qualität der Produkte erheblich beeinflussen und die Organisation der Produktion im Unternehmen verändern wird (Organisationsinnovation), Energieeinsparung, Kühlung und Schmierflüssigkeit und Sauberkeit (proökologische Innovation). Darüber hinaus wird die Möglichkeit, neue Kunden durch den Einsatz moderner Marketing- und komplexer Prototypen neuer Pumpen (Produktinnovation) zu erwerben, erhöht, was aufgrund der unzureichenden Maschinen bisher nicht realisiert werden konnte. Dies wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens auf dem heimischen und europäischen Markt erhöhen und die wirtschaftlichen Auswirkungen verbessern. Darüber hinaus plant Kielce Pomp Factory, eine Prototyp-Schachtpumpe aus säurebeständigem Stahl durchzuführen, die für besonders schwierige Arbeitsbedingungen mit dem neuen Drehzentrum ausgelegt ist. All diese technologischen Aktivitäten führen zur Schaffung völlig neuer Qualitätsprodukte, die den Kriterien der Produktinnovation entsprechen. Das Projekt des Unternehmens wird voll und ganz mit den allgemeinen und spezifischen Zielen der zweiten Prioritätsachse sowie dem Ziel von Aktion 2.5 im Einklang stehen, u. a. durch Kohärenz der Ziele durch das Projekt und das Unternehmen von Prozessinnovationen, nichttechnologischen Innovationen, Wachstum der Beschäftigung und damit der Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Unternehmen. Das Unternehmen plant, Output- und Ergebnisindikatoren gemäß der in Abschnitt XIV des Förderantrags angegebenen Liste und Größen zu erreichen. (German)

De geplande investering in Kielce Pomp Factory „Białogon” S.A. zal bestaan uit de aankoop en uitvoering van een modern, numeriek bestuurd verticaal draaicentrum (de zogenaamde CNC-carrouseldraaibank). Daarom zal er een innovatieve technologie worden ontwikkeld voor de productie van een breed scala aan pompcomponenten, die de kwaliteit van de producten aanzienlijk zal beïnvloeden en de organisatie van de productie in het bedrijf zal veranderen (organisatorische innovatie), energiebesparing, koeling en smeervloeistoffen en netheid (pro-ecologische innovatie). Bovendien zal de mogelijkheid om nieuwe klanten te verwerven door gebruik te maken van moderne marketing en complexe prototypes van nieuwe pompen (productinnovatie) worden vergroot, hetgeen tot dusver niet kon worden gerealiseerd vanwege de ontoereikende machines. Dit zal het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming op de binnenlandse en Europese markten vergroten en de economische effecten verbeteren. Daarnaast is Kielce Pomp Factory van plan een prototype aspomp uit te voeren van zuurbestendig staal, ontworpen voor bijzonder moeilijke werkomstandigheden, met behulp van het nieuwe draaicentrum. Al deze technologische activiteiten leiden tot de creatie van volledig nieuwe kwaliteitsproducten die voldoen aan de criteria van productinnovatie. Het project van de onderneming zal volledig in overeenstemming zijn met de algemene en specifieke doelstellingen die zijn vastgesteld voor de tweede prioritaire as, alsook met de doelstelling van actie 2.5 door samenhang van doelstellingen, onder meer wat betreft de uitvoering door het project en het bedrijf van procesinnovaties, niet-technologische innovaties, groei van de werkgelegenheid en aldus het concurrentievermogen van bedrijven te vergroten. De onderneming is voornemens output- en resultaatindicatoren te behalen in overeenstemming met de lijst en de omvang die zijn vermeld in afdeling XIV van de financieringsaanvraag. (Dutch)
