Projekt dotyczy rozpoczęcia produkcji wolnostojącego pieca kominkowego opalanego peletem ze sterowaniem i pełna automatyka. Wyróżniać go będzie przede wszystkim innowacyjny system rekuperacji spalin, który sprawia, że jego wydajność będzie dużo lepsza od pieców obecnie spotykanych na rynku. Będzie to innowacyjny produkt o zasięgu europejskim, ponieważ tego typu piece z rozwiązaniami zastosowanymi w naszym piecu (rekuperacja spalin) nie są produkowane w Europie. Od 2 lat obserwujemy bardzo szybko rozwijamy się rynek, który wymaga coraz to bardziej zaawansowanych technologii przy sterowaniu tego typu kominkiem (tak jak w kominkach gazowych). W kominkach opalanych drewnem nie da się zastosować pełnej automatyki i sterowania. Tego typu rozwiązania można zastosować tylko w piecach, którym można na bieżąco automatycznie dostarczać paliwo. Pracują nad nowymi rozwiązaniami i modelami firma opracowała i przetestowała piec kominkowy opalany peletem z pełna automatyką i sterowaniem. Model tego pieca jest w całości rozwiązaniem technicznym firmy, posiada innowacyjny na skalę europejską system rekuperacji spalin. Będzie to flagowy nowy typ pieca produkowany przez firmę, dla które praktycznie brak jest konkurencji na rynku europejskim ze względu na system rekuperacji. Aby to osiągnąć firma zaplanowała zakup wycinarki laserowej i pionowego centrum obróbczego. Ogólny koszt inwestycji wyniesie 1.075.195,41 zł, w tym koszty kwalifikowane 874.142,61 zł. W wyniku projektu zostanie wsparte jedno małe przedsiębiorstwo, które uzyska dotację, wprowadzony na rynek będzie innowacyjny produkt o zasięgu europejskim oraz powstanie w firmie 4 nowe miejsca pracy dla mężczyzn. Projekt jest zgodny z celami Oś 2 Konkurencyjna gospodarka oraz Działanie 2.5 Wsparcie inwestycyjne sektora MŚP w zakresie zwiększonego zastosowania innowacji w przedsiębiorstwach sektora MŚP, ponieważ dzięki niemu zostanie wprowadzony na rynek i w przedsiębiorstwie innowacyjny produkt (Polish)

The project concerns the start of production of a freestanding stove fired with pellet with control and full automation. It will be distinguished primarily by an innovative exhaust gas recuperation system, which makes its efficiency much better than the kilns currently found on the market. It will be an innovative European product, because such furnaces with solutions used in our furnace (exhaust recuperation) are not manufactured in Europe. For 2 years we have been seeing a market that requires increasingly advanced technologies to control this type of fireplace (as in gas fireplaces). Full automation and control cannot be used in wood-burning fireplaces. Such solutions can only be used in kilns, which can be automatically supplied automatically. They are working on new solutions and models, the company has developed and tested a pellet fireplace with full automation and control. The model of this furnace is entirely a technical solution of the company, has an innovative European-scale exhaust gas recuperation system. It will be the flagship new type of kiln produced by the company, for which there is virtually no competition on the European market due to the recuperation system. To achieve this, the company planned to purchase a laser cutting machine and a vertical machining center. The total cost of the investment will be PLN 1,075,195.41, including eligible costs PLN 874.142,61. As a result of the project, one small enterprise that receives a grant will be launched, an innovative European product and 4 new jobs for men will be created in the company. Le projet concerne le début de la production d’un poêle à granulés autoportant avec contrôle et automatisation complète. Il se distinguera principalement par un système innovant de récupération des gaz d’échappement, ce qui rend ses performances beaucoup meilleures que les fours actuellement présents sur le marché. Il s’agira d’un produit innovant de portée européenne, car ces fours avec des solutions utilisées dans notre four (récupération d’échappement) ne sont pas fabriqués en Europe. Depuis 2 ans, nous assistons à un développement très rapide du marché, qui nécessite des technologies de plus en plus avancées lors du contrôle de ce type de foyer (comme dans les foyers à gaz). L’automatisation et le contrôle complets ne peuvent pas être utilisés dans les foyers à bois. Ce type de solution ne peut être utilisé que dans les fours qui peuvent être fournis automatiquement sur une base continue. Travaillant sur de nouvelles solutions et modèles, l’entreprise a développé et testé une cheminée à granulés avec une automatisation et un contrôle complets. Le modèle de ce four est entièrement une solution technique de l’entreprise, il dispose d’un système innovant de récupération des gaz d’échappement à l’échelle européenne. Ce sera le nouveau type de four phare produit par l’entreprise, pour lequel il n’y a pratiquement aucune concurrence sur le marché européen en raison du système de récupération. Pour ce faire, l’entreprise a prévu d’acheter une machine de découpe laser et un centre d’usinage vertical. Le coût total de l’investissement s’élèvera à 1,075.195,41 PLN, y compris les coûts éligibles 874,142,61 PLN. Grâce au projet, une petite entreprise qui recevra une subvention sera soutenue, un produit européen innovant sera mis sur le marché et 4 nouveaux emplois pour les hommes seront créés dans l’entreprise. Das Projekt betrifft den Beginn der Produktion eines freistehenden Pelletsofens mit Steuerung und Vollautomatisierung. Es zeichnet sich in erster Linie durch ein innovatives Abgasrückgewinnungssystem aus, das seine Leistung wesentlich besser macht als die derzeit auf dem Markt befindlichen Öfen. Dies wird ein innovatives Produkt mit europäischem Anwendungsbereich sein, denn solche Öfen mit Lösungen in unserem Ofen (Abgasrückgewinnung) werden in Europa nicht hergestellt. Seit 2 Jahren haben wir eine sehr schnelle Entwicklung des Marktes gesehen, die immer fortschrittlichere Technologien bei der Steuerung dieser Art von Kamin (wie in Gaskaminen) erfordert. Volle Automatisierung und Steuerung kann nicht in holzbefeuerten Kaminen verwendet werden. Diese Art von Lösung kann nur in Öfen verwendet werden, die kontinuierlich automatisch geliefert werden können. Mit neuen Lösungen und Modellen hat das Unternehmen einen Pelletkamin mit vollständiger Automatisierung und Steuerung entwickelt und getestet. Das Modell dieses Ofens ist eine völlig technische Lösung des Unternehmens, er verfügt über ein innovatives Abgasrückgewinnungssystem im europäischen Maßstab. Es wird das Flaggschiff des neuen Ofens des Unternehmens sein, für den es aufgrund des Rückgewinnungssystems praktisch keinen Wettbewerb auf dem europäischen Markt gibt. Um dies zu erreichen, plante das Unternehmen, eine Laserschneidmaschine und ein vertikales Bearbeitungszentrum zu kaufen. Die Gesamtkosten der Investition belaufen sich auf 1.075.195,41 PLN, einschließlich förderfähiger Kosten 874.142,61 PLN. Het project betreft de start van de productie van een vrijstaand pelletgestookte kachel met controle en volledige automatisering. Het zal in de eerste plaats worden onderscheiden door een innovatief systeem voor de recuperatie van uitlaatgassen, dat de prestaties ervan veel beter maakt dan de ovens die momenteel op de markt worden aangetroffen. Dit zal een innovatief product met een Europese dimensie zijn, omdat dergelijke ovens met oplossingen die in onze oven worden gebruikt (uitlaatregeneratie) niet in Europa worden vervaardigd. Al 2 jaar zien we een zeer snelle ontwikkeling van de markt, die meer en meer geavanceerde technologieën vereist bij het besturen van dit type open haard (zoals in gashaarden). Volledige automatisering en controle kunnen niet worden gebruikt in houtgestookte open haarden. Dit type oplossing kan alleen worden gebruikt in ovens die automatisch op continue basis kunnen worden geleverd. Het bedrijf werkt aan nieuwe oplossingen en modellen en heeft een pelletgestookte open haard ontwikkeld en getest met volledige automatisering en controle. Het model van deze oven is volledig een technische oplossing van het bedrijf, het heeft een innovatief op Europese schaal uitlaatgasterugwinningssysteem. Het zal het vlaggenschip zijn van het nieuwe type oven dat door de onderneming wordt geproduceerd, waarvoor door het recuperatiesysteem vrijwel geen concurrentie op de Europese markt bestaat. Om dit te bereiken, was het bedrijf van plan om een lasersnijmachine en een verticaal bewerkingscentrum te kopen. De totale kosten van de investering zullen 1.075.195,41 PLN bedragen, inclusief de in aanmerking komende kosten 8474.142,61 PLN. Als gevolg van het project zal een klein bedrijf dat een subsidie ontvangt, worden ondersteund, zal een innovatief Europees product op de markt worden gebracht en zullen 4 nieuwe banen voor mannen worden gecreëerd in het bedrijf.
