Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i wdrożenie nowoczesnych rozwiązań TIK – środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych, które składają się na infrastrukturę informatyczną służącą do automatyzacji i usprawnienia realizowanych procesów biznesowych: awizacji, zarządzania przyjęciem/wydaniem towaru, zarządzania stanami magazynowymi, zamówieniami, reklamacjami. W projekcie zostanie zakupiony system ZOM, system do rozpoznawania tablic rejestracyjnych samochodów, moduły EDI systemu ERP, wdrożony będzie interfejs API. Aby powyższe systemy i programy mogły działać, konieczne jest ich zainstalowanie na zakupionej w tym celu infrastrukturze informatycznej: serwery do systemu ZOM i modułów ERP, UPS. Systemy obsługiwane będą przy użyciu następujących urządzeń: laptopy, komputery stacjonarne z monitorem, monitory i stacje dokujące współpracujące z laptopami, terminale i urządzenia mobilne. The subject of the project is the purchase and implementation of modern ICT solutions – fixed assets and intangible assets, which make up the IT infrastructure used to automate and improve the implemented business processes: avisation, reception/issue management, stock management, orders, complaints. In the project will be purchased the ZOM system, a system for recognition of car registration plates, EDI modules of ERP system, API will be implemented. In order for these systems and programmes to operate, it is necessary to install them on the IT infrastructure purchased for this purpose: servers for ZOM system and ERP modules, UPS. The systems will be supported using the following devices: laptops, desktop computers with monitors, monitors and docking stations working with laptops, terminals and mobile devices. (English)

Le projet a pour objet l’achat et la mise en œuvre de solutions informatiques modernes — immobilisations et immobilisations incorporelles — qui consistent en une infrastructure informatique utilisée pour automatiser et rationaliser les processus opérationnels mis en œuvre: avation, réception/gestion des émissions, gestion des stocks, commandes, plaintes. Le projet achètera un système ZOM, un système de reconnaissance des plaques d’immatriculation des véhicules, des modules EDI du système ERP et une API sera mise en œuvre. Pour que ces systèmes et programmes puissent fonctionner, ils doivent être installés sur l’infrastructure informatique achetée à cet effet: serveurs pour le système ZOM et les modules ERP, UPS. Les systèmes seront exploités à l’aide des dispositifs suivants: ordinateurs portables, ordinateurs de bureau avec moniteurs, moniteurs et stations d’accueil qui fonctionnent avec des ordinateurs portables, des terminaux et des appareils mobiles. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Umsetzung moderner IKT-Lösungen – Anlagevermögen und immaterielle Vermögenswerte, die aus einer IT-Infrastruktur bestehen, die zur Automatisierung und Straffung der umgesetzten Geschäftsprozesse verwendet wird: avation, Empfang/Ausgabenmanagement, Lagerverwaltung, Bestellungen, Beschwerden. Das Projekt wird ein ZOM-System, ein Fahrzeugkennzeichenerkennungssystem, EDI-Module des ERP-Systems erwerben und eine API implementieren. Damit diese Systeme und Programme funktionieren, müssen sie auf der zu diesem Zweck erworbenen IT-Infrastruktur installiert werden: Server für ZOM-System- und ERP-Module, UPS. Die Systeme werden mit folgenden Geräten betrieben: Laptops, Desktops mit Monitoren, Monitoren und Docking-Stationen, die mit Laptops, Terminals und mobilen Geräten arbeiten. (German)

Het onderwerp van het project is de aankoop en implementatie van moderne ICT-oplossingen — vaste activa en immateriële activa, die bestaan uit IT-infrastructuur die wordt gebruikt om de geïmplementeerde bedrijfsprocessen te automatiseren en te stroomlijnen: avation, receptie/issue management, voorraadbeheer, bestellingen, klachten. Het project zal een ZOM-systeem aanschaffen, een voertuigkentekenherkenningssysteem, EDI-modules van het ERP-systeem en een API worden geïmplementeerd. Om deze systemen en programma’s te laten functioneren, moeten zij worden geïnstalleerd op de daartoe aangekochte IT-infrastructuur: servers voor ZOM-systeem- en ERP-modules, UPS. De systemen worden bediend met de volgende apparaten: laptops, desktops met monitors, monitoren en docking stations die werken met laptops, terminals en mobiele apparaten. (Dutch)
