Projekt zakłada reintegrację społeczno-zawodową w Centrum Integracji Społecznej 64 osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub zagrożeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Poraj w okresie 02.01.2011-31.12.2018 r. Zaplanowano realizację następujących działań: reintegrację społeczno-zawodowa w 4 pracowniach: artystycznej, budowlanej, stolarskiej oraz ogrodniczej. Reintegracja zawodowa przyczyni się do odbudowy i podtrzymana zdolności do samodzielnego świadczenia pracy na rynku pracy i będzie odbywać się poprzez zajęcia w pracowniach oraz kwalifikacyjne kursy zawodowe. Reintegracja społeczna przyczyni się do odbudowania i podtrzymania umiejętności uczestniczenia w życiu w społeczności lokalnej i pełnienia ról społecznych w miejscu pracy i życiu rodzinnym i będzie się odbywać poprzez m.in. zajęcia z komunikacji, budowania relacji, współdziałania w społeczności lokalnej. Dodatkowo zaplanowano spotkania edukacyjne, konsultacje z doradca, prawnikiem oraz aktywnym pośrednikiem. (Polish)

The project involves socio-occupational reintegration into the Centre for Social Integration of 64 people at risk of poverty or social risk from the municipality of Poraj in the period 02.01.2011-31.12.2018. The following actions are planned: socio-occupational reintegration in 4 workshops: artistic, construction, carpentry and gardening. Reintegration will contribute to the reconstruction and maintenance of the capacity to provide work independently on the labour market and will take place through workshops and vocational training courses. Social reintegration will contribute to rebuilding and maintaining the ability to participate in the local community and perform social roles in the workplace and family life and will take place through, inter alia, communication, relationship building, cooperation in the local community. In addition, educational meetings, consultations with counsellor, lawyer and active intermediary were planned. (English)

Le projet concerne la réinsertion socioprofessionnelle au Centre d’intégration sociale de 64 personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou de risque social sur le territoire de la municipalité de Poraj au cours de la période du 02.01.2011-31.12.2018. réinsertion socioprofessionnelle dans 4 ateliers: artistique, construction, menuiserie et jardinage. La réinsertion sur le marché du travail contribuera à la reconstruction et au maintien de la capacité de travailler de manière autonome sur le marché du travail et se fera par le biais de classes dans des ateliers et des cours professionnels de qualification. La réinsertion sociale aidera à reconstruire et à maintenir la capacité de participer à la vie communautaire et à remplir des rôles sociaux sur le lieu de travail et la vie familiale, notamment par des activités de communication, l’établissement de relations et la collaboration au sein de la communauté locale. En outre, des réunions éducatives, des consultations avec un conseiller, un avocat et un intermédiaire actif sont prévues. (French)

Das Projekt umfasst sozial-berufliche Wiedereingliederung in das Zentrum für soziale Integration von 64 von Armut oder sozialem Risiko bedrohten Personen aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Poraj im Zeitraum 02.01.2011-31.12.2018. Folgende Maßnahmen waren geplant: sozial-berufliche Wiedereingliederung in 4 Workshops: Kunst, Bau, Zimmerei und Gartenarbeit. Die Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt wird dazu beitragen, die Fähigkeit, selbständig auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu arbeiten, wieder aufzubauen und zu erhalten, und wird durch Klassen in Workshops und beruflichen Qualifizierungskursen durchgeführt. Die soziale Wiedereingliederung wird dazu beitragen, die Fähigkeit zur Teilhabe am Gemeinschaftsleben wieder aufzubauen und zu erhalten und soziale Rollen am Arbeitsplatz und im Familienleben zu erfüllen, u. a. durch Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, den Aufbau von Beziehungen und die Zusammenarbeit in der lokalen Gemeinschaft. Darüber hinaus sind Bildungstreffen, Konsultationen mit einem Berater, einem Rechtsanwalt und einem aktiven Vermittler geplant. (German)

Het project omvat de reïntegratie van 64 personen in het Centrum voor Sociale Integratie vanuit het grondgebied van de gemeente Poraj in de periode 02.01.2011-31.12.2018. De volgende acties waren gepland: reïntegratie op sociaal en beroepsgebied in 4 workshops: kunst, bouw, timmerwerk en tuinieren. Reïntegratie op de arbeidsmarkt zal bijdragen tot het herstel en de instandhouding van het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken op de arbeidsmarkt en zal worden uitgevoerd door middel van klassen in workshops en kwalificatieberoepscursussen. Sociale reïntegratie zal bijdragen tot het herstel en de instandhouding van het vermogen om deel te nemen aan het gemeenschapsleven en om een maatschappelijke rol te vervullen op het werk en in het gezinsleven, onder meer door communicatieactiviteiten, het opbouwen van relaties en het samenwerken in de lokale gemeenschap. Daarnaast zijn er onderwijsbijeenkomsten, overleg met een adviseur, een advocaat en een actieve tussenpersoon gepland. (Dutch)
