Przedmiotem Projektu jest wykonanie prac budowlano-montażowych na obiekcie Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Lipuszu mających na celu poprawę jakości ścieków oczyszczonych kierowanych do wód, a także zmniejszenie uciążliwości odorowych spowodowanych gospodarką osadową oczyszczalni i dostosowanie obiektu do wymogów BHP. Głównym celem Projektu jest wypełnienie wymogów określonych w pozwoleniu wodnoprawnym z dnia 20.04.2015 r. nr OŚ.6341.20.3.2015 oraz dostosowanie warunków pracy oczyszczalni do Rozporządzenia MŚ z dnia 18.11.2014 r. (Dz. U. z 2014 r. poz. 1800 z późn. zm.), a także wymogów dyrektywy Rady 91/271/EWG z dnia 21.05.1991 r.. Projekt obejmuje przebudowę i rozbudowę Oczyszczalni Ścieków w Lipuszu oraz instalacji do zagospodarowania osadów ściekowych. W wyniku realizacji Projektu nastąpi zmniejszenie ilości osadów ściekowych do zagospodarowania i będzie wynosić 82,62 Mg/rok. Z ulepszonego oczyszczania ścieków będzie korzystać 2 724 osób. (Polish)

The subject of the Project is the execution of construction and assembly works at the Lipusz sewage treatment plant, aimed at improving the quality of treated waste water directed to water, as well as reducing the stench burden caused by sedimentary management of the treatment plant and adapting the facility to health and safety requirements. The main objective of the Project is to fulfil the requirements set out in the water permit of 20.04.2015 No.6341.20.3.2015 and to adapt the operating conditions of the treatment plant to the Regulation of the Ministry of Justice of 18.11.2014 (Dz. U. of 2014, item. 1800 as amended) and the requirements of Council Directive 91/271/EEC of 21.05.1991. The project includes the reconstruction and extension of the sewage treatment plant in Lipusz and sewage sludge installations. As a result of the project, the amount of sewage sludge to be developed will be reduced and will amount to 82.62 Mg/year. Improved wastewater treatment will be used by 2,724 people. (English)

Le projet a pour objet de réaliser des travaux de construction et d’assemblage à l’usine de traitement des eaux usées de Leipzig afin d’améliorer la qualité des eaux usées traitées vers les eaux, ainsi que de réduire les nuisances d’odeurs causées par la gestion des boues de la station d’épuration et d’adapter l’installation aux exigences de santé et de sécurité. L’objectif principal du projet est de respecter les exigences énoncées dans le permis d’eau du 20 avril 2015 no OŚ.6341.20.3.2015 et d’aligner les conditions de travail de la station d’épuration sur le règlement du ministère de l’environnement du 18 novembre 2014 (Journal des lois). Ziel des Projekts ist die Durchführung von Bau- und Montagearbeiten in der Kläranlage Leipzig, um die Qualität des auf die Gewässer ausgerichteten Abwassers zu verbessern sowie Geruchsbelästigungen durch die Schlammbewirtschaftung der Kläranlage zu verringern und die Anlage an die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen anzupassen. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Anforderungen der Wassergenehmigung vom 20. April 2015 Nr. OŚ.6341.20.3.2015 zu erfüllen und die Arbeitsbedingungen der Kläranlage an die Verordnung des Umweltministeriums vom 18. November 2014 anzupassen (Gesetzblatt U. von 2014, Punkt. 1800 in der geänderten Fassung) sowie die Anforderungen der Richtlinie 91/271/EWG des Rates vom 21. Mai 1991. Das Projekt umfasst den Wiederaufbau und den Ausbau der Leipziger Abwasseraufbereitungsanlage und Klärschlammbewirtschaftungsanlagen. Infolge des Projekts wird die zu bewirtschaftende Klärschlammmenge auf 82,62 Mg/Jahr reduziert. 2 724 Menschen profitieren von einer verbesserten Abwasserbehandlung. (German)

Het doel van het project is de bouw- en assemblagewerkzaamheden in de afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie van Leipzig uit te voeren om de kwaliteit van gezuiverd afvalwater dat naar het water wordt geleid te verbeteren, de geurhinder als gevolg van het slibbeheer van de zuiveringsinstallatie te verminderen en de installatie aan te passen aan de gezondheids- en veiligheidseisen. Het hoofddoel van het project is te voldoen aan de eisen van de watervergunning van 20 april 2015 nr. OŚ.6341.20.3.2015 en de arbeidsomstandigheden van de zuiveringsinstallatie af te stemmen op de Regeling van het ministerie van Milieu van 18 november 2014 (Wetboek). U. van 2014, punt. 1800, zoals gewijzigd), alsmede de voorschriften van Richtlijn 91/271/EEG van de Raad van 21 mei 1991. Het project omvat de wederopbouw en uitbreiding van de afvalwaterzuiveringsinstallatie van Leipzig en installaties voor het beheer van zuiveringsslib. Als gevolg van het project zal de hoeveelheid te beheren zuiveringsslib worden teruggebracht tot 82,62 Mg/jaar. 2 724 mensen zullen profiteren van een betere afvalwaterbehandeling. (Dutch)
