Głównym celem projektu Triathlon II będzie zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i prozatrudnieniowej mieszkańców i mieszkanek Siemianowic Śląskich, w wieku 20-65 lat, najbardziej oddalonych od rynku pracy, obciążonych strukturalnym dziedziczeniem ubóstwa oraz długotrwałym bezrobociem i niepełnosprawnością. Jego realizacja zaplanowana jest na okres od 01.04.2019 do 31.12.2020 roku. W ramach działań projektowych przewiduje się udział uczestników we wsparciu psychologicznym, indywidualnym coachingu zawodowym, mentoringu prozatrudnieniowym oraz szkoleniach aktywizacyjnych. Osoby z niepełnosprawnościami będą mogły dodatkowo skorzystać z rehabilitacji w miejscu zamieszkania, udziale w grupie wsparcia o charakterze terapeutyczno - aktywizacyjnym oraz wyjazdowych zajęciach usprawniających ruchowo. Na koniec przewidziano aktywizację zawodową, która przewiduje staże u pracodawców, certyfikowane kursy zawodowe oraz wsparcie pośrednika pracy, którego zadaniem będzie pomoc w uzyskaniu zatrudnienia. The main objective of the Triathlon II project will be to increase the social and pro-employment activity of the inhabitants and residents of Siemianowice Śląskie, between the ages of 20-65 years, the most distant from the labour market, burdened with structural inheritance of poverty and long-term unemployment and disability. Its implementation is planned for the period from 01.04.2019 to 31.12.2020. The project activities include participation of participants in psychological support, individual professional coaching, pro-employment mentoring and activation training. People with disabilities will also be able to benefit from rehabilitation in the place of residence, participation in the group of support of therapeutic and activation character and away activities improving mobility. Finally, professional activation is foreseen, which provides for placements with employers, certified vocational courses and the support of a labour intermediary to assist in obtaining employment. L’objectif principal du projet Triathlon II sera d’accroître l’activité sociale et pro-emploi des résidents et résidents de Siemianowice Śląskie, âgés de 20 à 65 ans, les plus éloignés du marché du travail, touchés par l’héritage structurel de la pauvreté et du chômage de longue durée et du handicap. Hauptziel des Triathlon-II-Projekts ist es, die soziale und Erwerbstätigkeit von Bewohnern und Bewohnern von Siemianowice Śląskie im Alter von 20 bis 65 Jahren zu erhöhen, die am weitesten vom Arbeitsmarkt entfernt sind und von strukturellem Erbe der Armut, Langzeitarbeitslosigkeit und Behinderung betroffen sind. Seine Umsetzung ist für den Zeitraum vom 01.04.2019 bis zum 31.12.2020 geplant. Im Rahmen der Projektaktivitäten wird erwartet, dass die Teilnehmer an psychologischer Unterstützung, individuellem professionellem Coaching, erwerbstätigem Mentoring und Aktivierungstraining teilnehmen. Auch Menschen mit Behinderungen können von der Rehabilitation am Wohnort, der Teilnahme an einer Gruppe therapeutischer und Aktivierungsunterstützung und ausgehender motorischer Maßnahmen profitieren. Schließlich ist eine Aktivierung vorgesehen, die Praktika bei Arbeitgebern, zertifizierte berufliche Kurse und Unterstützung eines Stellenvermittlers vorsieht, um bei der Erlangung einer Beschäftigung zu helfen. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het Triathlon II-project is het vergroten van de sociale en arbeidsbevorderende activiteit van inwoners en inwoners van Siemianowice Śląskie, tussen 20 en 65 jaar, die het verst van de arbeidsmarkt verwijderd zijn en die worden getroffen door structurele erfenissen van armoede en langdurige werkloosheid en handicaps. De uitvoering ervan is gepland voor de periode van 1.4.2019 tot en met 31.12.2020. Als onderdeel van de projectactiviteiten wordt van de deelnemers verwacht dat zij deelnemen aan psychologische ondersteuning, individuele professionele coaching, pro-werkgelegenheidsbegeleiding en activeringstraining. Personen met een handicap zullen ook kunnen profiteren van revalidatie in hun woonplaats, deelname aan een groep therapeutische en activeringsondersteuning en uitgaande motorische verbeteringsactiviteiten.
