Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i wyposażenie budynku po byłej szkoły w Goląszy Górnej ze zmianą sposobu użytkowania oraz zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynku. Celem projektu jest nadanie nowych funkcji zdegradowanemu budynkowi oraz rozwój społeczno-gospodarczego obszaru rewitalizacji. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone prace budowlane wewnątrz i na zewnątrz budynku, w tym: wymiana, remont instalacji elektrycznej, okablowania, włączników i gniazd, instalacja kanalizacji, remont sanitariatów, prace dotyczące zagospodarowania terenu przy budynku, wykonanie przyłączy wody oraz kanalizacji, a także wyposażenie budynku w niezbędne środki trwałe. Dzięki realizacji projektu możliwa będzie zmiana sposobu użytkowania budynku na cele społeczno-gospodarcze, w tym utworzenie klubu aktywnego mieszkańca, w ramach którego będzie działał klub seniora oraz bawialnia dla dzieci. The subject of the project is the renovation and equipment of the building after the former school in Goląsza Górna with a change of use and development of the area around the building. The aim of the project is to give new functions to the degraded building and to develop the socio-economic revitalisation area. Within the framework of the project, construction works will be carried out inside and outside the building, including: replacement, renovation of electrical installations, wiring, switches and sockets, plumbing installation, renovation of sanitary facilities, works concerning land management of the building, construction of water connections and sewage systems, as well as equipping the building with the necessary fixed assets. Thanks to the project, it will be possible to change the way the building is used for socio-economic purposes, including the creation of an active citizen club, within which the senior club and children’s playroom will operate. L’objet du projet est de rénover et d’équiper le bâtiment après l’ancienne école de Goląsza Górna d’un changement d’utilisation et d’aménagement du terrain autour du bâtiment. L’objectif du projet est de donner de nouvelles fonctions à un bâtiment dégradé et de développer un espace socio-économique de régénération. Le projet réalisera des travaux de construction à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur du bâtiment, notamment: remplacement, rénovation des installations électriques, câblage, interrupteurs et prises, plomberie, rénovation des installations sanitaires, travaux d’aménagement du terrain dans le bâtiment, construction de raccordements d’eau et d’égouts, ainsi que l’équipement du bâtiment avec les immobilisations nécessaires. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, il sera possible de modifier l’utilisation du bâtiment à des fins socio-économiques, y compris la création d’un club résident actif, au sein duquel fonctionneront le club senior et la salle de jeux pour enfants. Ziel des Projekts ist es, das Gebäude nach der ehemaligen Schule in Goląsza Górna mit einer Änderung der Nutzung und der Landentwicklung rund um das Gebäude zu renovieren und auszustatten. Ziel des Projekts ist es, einem degradierten Gebäude neue Funktionen zu verleihen und einen sozioökonomischen Bereich der Regeneration zu entwickeln. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Bauarbeiten innerhalb und außerhalb des Gebäudes durchgeführt, darunter: Austausch, Renovierung von elektrischen Anlagen, Leitungen, Schalter und Steckdosen, Sanitäranlagen, Sanierung von sanitären Anlagen, Bau von Grundstücken am Gebäude, Bau von Wasseranschlüssen und Kanalisation sowie Ausstattung des Gebäudes mit den notwendigen Anlagegütern. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird es möglich sein, die Art und Weise zu ändern, wie das Gebäude für sozioökonomische Zwecke genutzt wird, einschließlich der Schaffung eines aktiven Resident Clubs, in dem der Seniorclub und der Kinderspielraum funktionieren. Het doel van het project is het renoveren en uitrusten van het gebouw na de voormalige school in Goląsza Górna met een verandering van gebruik en grondontwikkeling rond het gebouw. Het doel van het project is om nieuwe functies te geven aan een gedegradeerd gebouw en om een sociaal-economisch gebied van regeneratie te ontwikkelen. Het project zal bouwwerkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen en buiten het gebouw, waaronder: vervanging, renovatie van elektrische installaties, bedrading, schakelaars en stopcontacten, sanitair, renovatie van sanitaire voorzieningen, grondontwikkeling in het gebouw, aanleg van wateraansluitingen en riolering, alsmede het uitrusten van het gebouw met de nodige vaste activa. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project zal het mogelijk zijn om de manier waarop het gebouw wordt gebruikt voor sociaal-economische doeleinden te veranderen, met inbegrip van de oprichting van een actieve resident club, waarin de senior club en kinderspeelkamer zullen opereren.
