Projekt zakłada kompleksową przebudowę oraz adaptację zdegradowanego budynku przy ul.Krakowskiej 34 w celu utworzenia Centrum Aktywności Obywatelskiej (CAO), w którym prowadzony będzie hostel, świetlica środowiskowa, punkt konsultacyjno-informacyjny oraz magazyn ubrań, jako elementu rozbudowy infrastruktury usług społecznych świadczonych na terenie miasta Częstochowy. Uzupełnieniem dla projektu będą działania realizowane oraz planowane do realizacji w ramach projektów dofinansowanych w ramach Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego. Potrzeba realizacji projektu wynika z analizy problemów społecznych zdiagnozowanych w Strategii Regionalnych Inwestycji Terytorialnych dla Subregionu Północnego Województwa Śląskiego. Projekt wpisuje się m. in. w Strategię Rozwiązywania Problemów Społecznych Miasta Częstochowy na lata 2014-2020 oraz program osłony na rzecz osób bezdomnych i zagrożonych bezdomnością na terenie m. The project involves a comprehensive reconstruction and adaptation of the degraded building at ul.Krakowska 34 in order to create the Centre for Citizen Activity (CAO), which will host the hostel, the environmental common room, the consultative and information point and the clothing store, as part of the expansion of the infrastructure of social services provided in the city of Częstochowa. The project will be complemented by actions implemented and planned to be implemented as part of projects co-financed under the European Social Fund. The need for the project results from the analysis of social problems diagnosed in the Regional Territorial Investment Strategy for the Northern Silesian Subregion. The project fits in, among others, in the Strategy for Solving Social Problems of the City of Częstochowa for the years 2014-2020 and a cover programme for homeless people and threatened with homelessness in the area of Częstochowa in the years 2014-2020. Le projet prévoit la reconstruction et l’adaptation d’un bâtiment dégradé à ul.Krakowska 34 afin de créer un centre d’activités civiques (CAO), qui accueillera une auberge, un centre communautaire, un point de consultation et d’information et un magasin de vêtements dans le cadre de l’expansion de l’infrastructure des services sociaux fournis dans la ville de Czestochowa. Le projet sera complété par des activités mises en œuvre et prévues dans le cadre de projets cofinancés au titre du Fonds social européen. La nécessité du projet résulte de l’analyse des problèmes sociaux diagnostiqués dans la Stratégie régionale d’investissements territoriaux pour la sous-région de la voïvodie de Silésie septentrionale. Le projet s’inscrit, entre autres, dans la stratégie de résolution des problèmes sociaux de la ville de Częstochowa pour la période 2014-2020 et avec le programme de couverture des sans-abri dans la région de Czestochowa pour la période 2014-2020. Das Projekt umfasst einen umfassenden Umbau und die Anpassung eines degradierten Gebäudes in ul.Krakowska 34, um ein Zentrum für Bürgerliche Aktivitäten (CAO) zu schaffen, in dem ein Hostel, ein Gemeindezentrum, eine Beratungs- und Informationsstelle und ein Bekleidungsgeschäft im Rahmen des Ausbaus der sozialen Dienstleistungen in der Stadt Czestochowa untergebracht werden. Das Projekt wird durch Maßnahmen ergänzt, die im Rahmen der im Rahmen des Europäischen Sozialfonds kofinanzierten Projekte durchgeführt und durchgeführt werden sollen. Die Notwendigkeit des Projekts ergibt sich aus der Analyse sozialer Probleme, die in der regionalen territorialen Investitionsstrategie für die Teilregion Nordschlesien diagnostiziert wurden. Das Projekt fügt sich unter anderem mit der Strategie zur Lösung sozialer Probleme der Stadt Częstochowa für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 und dem von Obdachlosigkeit bedrohten Obdachlosenprogramm im Bereich Czestochowa im Zeitraum 2014-2020 ein. Het project omvat een uitgebreide reconstructie en aanpassing van een gedegradeerd gebouw aan ul.Krakowska 34 met het oog op de oprichting van een Civic Activity Centre (CAO), waar een hostel, een gemeenschapscentrum, een consultatie- en informatiepunt en een kledingwinkel zullen worden ondergebracht in het kader van de uitbreiding van de infrastructuur van sociale diensten in de stad Czestochowa. Het project zal worden aangevuld met activiteiten die worden uitgevoerd en gepland voor de uitvoering in het kader van projecten die worden medegefinancierd in het kader van het Europees Sociaal Fonds. De noodzaak van het project vloeit voort uit de analyse van sociale problemen die zijn gediagnosticeerd in de regionale territoriale investeringsstrategie voor het subregio Noord-Silezië. Het project sluit aan bij onder meer de Strategie voor het oplossen van sociale problemen van de stad Częstochowa voor 2014-2020 en het programma voor daklozen die risico lopen op dakloosheid in de regio Czestochowa in 2014-2020.
