Projekt realizuje Miejsko Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Nowym Dworze Gdańskim w partnerstwie ze Stowarzyszeniem dla Europy. Termin realizacji: 01.01.2017 - 31.12.2018. Uczestnicy: 60 os.,40 kobiet i 20 mężczyzn zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, klientów MGOPS zamieszkujących obszar miasta i gminy Nowy Dwór Gdański, w tym min. 12 os. (7 mężczyzn i 5 kobiet) z niepełnosprawnościami. Projekt wdraża produkt finalny projektu innowacyjnego: "Wybierz przyszłość - innowacyjne narzędzia wspomagające interwencję socjalną" Dobre praktyki EFS. Spośród 290 projektów zgłoszonych z Europy (10 z Polski) projekt Wybierz Przyszłość uzyskał najwyższe oceny ekspertów i został zaprezentowany w Brukseli jako jeden z siedmiu najlepszych podczas wydarzenia pt.:„Active Inclusion Learning Network- Troubled Families Transnational Peer Review Event”. Zadania: 1. Usługi aktywnej integracji (praca socjalna, pogłębiona diagnoza zasobów i deficytów w obszarze społecznym, zawodowym - Zbudowanie Indywidualnych Ścieżek Reintegracji, poradnictwo psychologiczne),2. Aktywizacja zawodowa (poradnictwo zawodowe i pośrednictwo w oparciu o Indywidualną Ścieżkę Reintegracji, IPD, kursy zawodowe, staże zawodowe). 3. PAI (prace społecznie użyteczne, działania o charakterze integracyjnym). 4. Działania edukacyjne - Aflatoun (Wdrożenie 5 modułów, klub) 5. Wsparcie dochodowe(zasiłki celowe). Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na barierę równości płci segregację poziomą rynku pracy oraz stereotypy związane z rolami społecznymi kobiet i mężczyzn - przewiduje większy udział kobiet. Ze wsparcia skorzysta min. 20% osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej - minimum 25%. Wskaźnik efektywności społeczno-zatrudnieniowej - minimum 60%. (Polish)

The project is carried out by the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Nowy Dwór Gdański in partnership with the Association for Europe. Deadline for completion: 01.01.2017-31.12.2018. Participants: 60 people, 40 women and 20 men at risk of poverty or social exclusion, MGOPS clients living in the city area and the municipality of Nowy Dwór Gdański, including at least 12 people. (7 men and 5 women) with disabilities. The project implements the final product of an innovative project: “Select the future – innovative tools to support social intervention” Good practices of the ESF. Of the 290 projects submitted from Europe (10 from Poland), the project Choose the Future received the highest expert ratings and was presented in Brussels as one of the top seven during the “Active Inclusion Learning Network- Troubled Families Transnational Peer Review Event”. Tasks: 1. Active inclusion services (social work, in-depth diagnosis of resources and deficits in social and occupational areas – Building Individual Reintegration Paths, psychological counselling),2. Professional activation (vocational counselling and intermediation based on the Individual Reintegration Path, IPD, vocational courses, internships). 3. Pai (socially useful work, activities of an inclusive nature). 4. Educational activities – Aflatoun (Implementation of 5 modules, club) 5. Income support(special benefits). The project responds to the barriers to gender segregation of the labour market level and stereotypes related to the social roles of women and men, with greater participation of women. At least 20 % of people with disabilities will benefit from the support. Employment efficiency ratio – at least 25 %. Socio-employment efficiency ratio – at least 60 %. (English)

Participants: 60 personnes, 40 femmes et 20 hommes menacés de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale, clients de MGOPS vivant dans la ville et la municipalité de Nowy Dwór Gdański, dont au moins 12 personnes. Sur les 290 projets soumis par l’Europe (10 de Pologne), Select the Future a reçu les plus hautes notes d’experts et a été présenté à Bruxelles comme l’un des sept meilleurs lors de l’événement: «Active Inclusion Learning Network — Troubled Families Transnational Peer Review Event». Tâches: 1. Services d’inclusion active (travail social, diagnostic renforcé des ressources et déficits dans les domaines social et professionnel — construction de parcours individuels de réinsertion, conseil psychologique),2. Activation professionnelle (orientation professionnelle et médiation basée sur la voie individuelle de réintégration, IPD, cours professionnels, stages). 3. PAI (travail utile sur le plan social, activités inclusives). 4. Activités éducatives — Aflatoun (Mise en œuvre de 5 modules, club) 5. Aide au revenu (allocations à des fins spéciales). Le projet répond à l’obstacle à l’égalité entre les hommes et les femmes qui entrave la ségrégation horizontale du marché du travail et aux stéréotypes liés aux rôles sociaux des femmes et des hommes — il prévoit une participation accrue des femmes. Das Projekt setzt das Endprodukt des innovativen Projekts um: „Die Zukunft wählen – innovative Instrumente zur Unterstützung sozialer Interventionen“ bewährte Verfahren des ESF. Von den 290 eingereichten Projekten aus Europa (10 aus Polen) erhielt Select the Future die höchsten Experten-Bewertungen und wurde in Brüssel als eines der sieben besten während der Veranstaltung präsentiert: „Active Inclusion Learning Network – Troubled Familys Transnational Peer Review Event“. Aufgaben: 1. Aktive Eingliederungsdienste (soziale Arbeit, verstärkte Diagnose von Ressourcen und Defiziten im sozialen und beruflichen Bereich – Aufbau individueller Wiedereingliederungswege, psychologische Beratung)2. Berufliche Aktivierung (Berufsberatung und Vermittlung auf der Grundlage des individuellen Wiedereingliederungspfades, IPD, Berufskurse, Praktika). 3. Pai (sozial sinnvolle Arbeit, inklusive Aktivitäten). 4. Bildungsaktivitäten – Aflatoun (Umsetzung von 5 Modulen, Verein) 5. Einkommensstützung (Sonderzulagen). Das Projekt reagiert auf das Hindernis für die Gleichstellung der Geschlechter bei der horizontalen Segregation des Arbeitsmarktes und Stereotypen im Zusammenhang mit der sozialen Rolle von Frauen und Männern – es sieht eine höhere Beteiligung von Frauen vor. Pai (sociaal nuttig werk, inclusieve activiteiten). 4. Educatieve activiteiten — Aflatoun (Uitvoering van 5 modules, club) 5. Inkomenssteun (bijzondere bestemmingstoelagen). Het project beantwoordt aan de gendergelijkheidsbelemmering voor horizontale segregatie van de arbeidsmarkt en stereotypen met betrekking tot de sociale rollen van vrouwen en mannen — het voorziet in een grotere participatie van vrouwen.
