Wewnętrzna analiza potrzeb firmy Masters Sp. z o.o. skłoniła jego Właścicieli do podjęcia decyzji o wprowadzeniu do użytku platformy sprzedażowo- projektowej oraz Centrum Transferu Technologii z platformą szkoleniową. Wpływ na taką decyzję miała sytuacja, w której na rynku obecnie nie ma w pełni gotowych rozwiązań z zakresu platform projektowych dla branży elektronicznej, jak i chęć rozwoju Firmy poprzez wprowadzenie na rynek nowych wysokiej jakości usług (chęć realizacji zleceń na szerszą skalę w kraju i zagranicą). Mając to wszystko na względzie, Wnioskodawca postanowił zaproponować rynkowi całkowicie nowe rozwiązanie polegające na udostępnieniu platformy dzięki której użytkownik będzie mógł samodzielnie projektować rozwiązania elektroniczne, a także nabyć wiedzę z zakresu prawidłowego ich projektowania. Głównym celem realizacji projektu przez Masters jest rozwój prowadzonej działalności poprzez innowacyjność i kompleksowość oferowanych usług oraz wzmocnienie pozycji konkurencyjnej. (Polish)

Internal analysis of the needs of Masters Sp. z o.o. prompted its Owners to decide to introduce a sales and design platform and the Technology Transfer Centre with a training platform. This decision was influenced by the situation in which there are currently not fully prepared solutions in the field of project platforms for the electronics industry, as well as the willingness to develop the Company through the introduction of new high-quality services (the desire to carry out orders on a wider scale at home and abroad). With this in mind, the applicant decided to propose a completely new solution to the market by providing a platform through which the user will be able to design electronic solutions himself, as well as acquire knowledge of their design. The main objective of the project’s implementation by Masters is to develop its business through innovation and comprehensiveness of the services offered and to strengthen its competitive position. L’analyse interne des besoins de Masters Sp. z o.o. a incité ses propriétaires à décider de mettre en place une plateforme de vente et de conception et un centre de transfert de technologie doté d’une plate-forme de formation. Cette décision a été influencée par la situation dans laquelle le marché ne dispose pas actuellement de solutions entièrement prêtes à l’emploi dans le domaine des plateformes de conception pour l’industrie électronique, ainsi que par la volonté de développer l’entreprise par l’introduction de nouveaux services de haute qualité sur le marché (la volonté d’exécuter des commandes à plus grande échelle au pays et à l’étranger). Dans cet esprit, la requérante a décidé de proposer au marché une solution entièrement nouvelle consistant à fournir une plate-forme par laquelle l’utilisateur sera en mesure de concevoir des solutions électroniques de manière indépendante, ainsi que d’acquérir des connaissances sur la conception correcte de ces solutions. L’objectif principal du projet de Masters est de développer son activité par l’innovation et l’exhaustivité des services offerts et de renforcer sa position concurrentielle. (French)

Die interne Analyse der Bedürfnisse von Masters Sp. z o.o. veranlasste seine Eigentümer, eine Vertriebs- und Designplattform und ein Technologietransferzentrum mit einer Trainingsplattform einzuführen. Diese Entscheidung wurde durch die Situation beeinflusst, in der der Markt derzeit keine komplett fertigen Lösungen im Bereich der Designplattformen für die Elektronikindustrie hat, sowie der Wunsch, das Unternehmen durch die Einführung neuer qualitativ hochwertiger Dienstleistungen auf den Markt zu entwickeln (der Wunsch, Aufträge in größerem Umfang im In- und Ausland auszuführen). Vor diesem Hintergrund hat sich der Antragsteller entschieden, dem Markt eine völlig neue Lösung vorzuschlagen, die darin besteht, eine Plattform zur Verfügung zu stellen, über die der Nutzer in der Lage sein wird, elektronische Lösungen unabhängig zu gestalten und Kenntnisse über die korrekte Gestaltung dieser Lösungen zu erwerben. Hauptziel des Projekts von Masters ist es, sein Geschäft durch Innovation und Vollständigkeit der angebotenen Dienstleistungen zu entwickeln und seine Wettbewerbsposition zu stärken. (German)

Interne analyse van de behoeften van Masters Sp. z o.o. bracht haar eigenaren ertoe te besluiten om een verkoop- en ontwerpplatform en een Technology Transfer Centre met een trainingsplatform te introduceren. Deze beslissing werd beïnvloed door de situatie waarin de markt momenteel niet beschikt over volledig kant-en-klare oplossingen op het gebied van ontwerpplatforms voor de elektronische industrie, alsook door de wens om de onderneming te ontwikkelen door de invoering van nieuwe hoogwaardige diensten op de markt (de wens om bestellingen op grotere schaal in binnen- en buitenland uit te voeren). Tegen deze achtergrond heeft verzoekster besloten een volledig nieuwe oplossing op de markt voor te stellen die erin bestaat een platform aan te bieden waarmee de gebruiker zelfstandig elektronische oplossingen kan ontwerpen en kennis kan verwerven van het juiste ontwerp ervan. Het belangrijkste doel van het project van Masters is om zijn bedrijf te ontwikkelen door middel van innovatie en volledigheid van de aangeboden diensten en om zijn concurrentiepositie te versterken.
