Projekt ma na celu opracowanie prototypu innowacyjnej hybrydowej instalacji służącej do zagospodarowania niskiej jakości paliw węglowych oraz odpadów górniczych umożliwiającej wytwarzanie produktów o zastosowaniu gospodarczym. Hybrydowa instalacja będzie umożliwiała produkcję ekogroszku węglowego, ekogroszku biowęglowego, kostki węglowej, kostki biowęglowej, cegły pełnej, bloczków fundamentowych oraz pustaków ściennych o parametrach przewyższających dostępnie na rynku alternatywne produkty. Realizacja niniejszego projektu przyniesie wymierne korzyści dla środowiska naturalnego, a przy tym podniesie konkurencyjność firmy i jest zgodna z celami „Unii innowacji”. Realizacja prac badawczo-rozwojowych związanych z przetwarzaniem opadów spowoduje dalszy rozwój branży, a tym samym zmniejszenie obciążenia dla środowiska naturalnego. (Polish)

The project aims to develop a prototype of an innovative hybrid installation for the management of low-quality coal fuels and mining waste enabling the production of products with economic use. The hybrid installation will enable the production of carbon ecotreat, biocarbon ecogrosz, carbon cube, biocarbon cube, full brick, foundation blocks and wall blocks with parameters exceeding the available alternative products. The implementation of this project will bring tangible environmental benefits, while increasing the competitiveness of the company and being in line with the objectives of the Innovation Union. The implementation of research and development related to the treatment of precipitation will result in further development of the industry, thereby reducing the burden on the environment. (English)

Le projet vise à développer un prototype d’une installation hybride innovante pour la gestion de combustibles charbonniers de faible qualité et de déchets miniers pour la production de produits à usage économique. L’installation hybride permettra la production d’écopea carbone, de pois biocarbones, de cube de carbone, de cube de biocarbone, de briques pleines, de blocs de fondation et de blocs muraux avec des paramètres dépassant la disponibilité de produits alternatifs sur le marché. La mise en œuvre de ce projet apportera des avantages tangibles pour l’environnement, tout en améliorant la compétitivité de l’entreprise et conformément aux objectifs de l’Union de l’innovation. La mise en œuvre de la recherche-développement liée au traitement des précipitations entraînera le développement de l’industrie, réduisant ainsi la charge pesant sur l’environnement. (French)

Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, einen Prototyp einer innovativen Hybridanlage für die Bewirtschaftung von minderwertigen Kohle- und Bergbauabfällen für die Produktion von Produkten mit wirtschaftlicher Nutzung zu entwickeln. Die Hybridanlage ermöglicht die Herstellung von Kohlenstoffökopes, Biokohlenstofferbsen, Kohlenstoffwürfel, Biokohlenstoffwürfel, Vollstein, Fundamentblöcken und Wandblöcken mit Parametern, die die Verfügbarkeit alternativer Produkte auf dem Markt übersteigen. Die Durchführung dieses Projekts wird spürbare Umweltvorteile mit sich bringen und gleichzeitig die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens verbessern und mit den Zielen der Innovationsunion in Einklang stehen. Die Durchführung von Forschung und Entwicklung im Zusammenhang mit der Verarbeitung von Niederschlag wird zur weiteren Entwicklung der Industrie führen und somit die Umweltbelastung verringern. Het project heeft tot doel een prototype te ontwikkelen van een innovatieve hybride installatie voor het beheer van steenkoolbrandstoffen van lage kwaliteit en mijnbouwafval voor de productie van producten voor economisch gebruik. De hybride installatie zal de productie van koolstofecopee, biocarbon erwt, koolstofkubus, biocarbon cube, vol baksteen, funderingsblokken en muurblokken mogelijk maken met parameters die de beschikbaarheid van alternatieve producten op de markt overschrijden. De uitvoering van dit project zal tastbare milieuvoordelen opleveren en tegelijkertijd het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming verbeteren en in overeenstemming zijn met de doelstellingen van de Innovatie-Unie. De uitvoering van onderzoek en ontwikkeling in verband met de verwerking van neerslag zal leiden tot verdere ontwikkeling van de industrie, waardoor de last voor het milieu zal worden verminderd.
