Przedsięwzięcie "Mobilny i aktywny kapitał ludzki w powiatach malborskim i sztumskim – aktywizacja zawodowa" składane jest zgodnie z założeniami ZPT dla MOF Malbork-Sztum. Jego celem jest zwiększenie do 31.10.18 r. szans na zatrudnienie 538 osób bezrobotnych po 30 r.ż. z terenu MOF Malbork-Sztum (322K, 216M), dla których ustalony został I lub II profil pomocy, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (spełniających co najmniej jedno z n/w kryteriów: kobieta, osoba po 50 r.ż., osoba długotrwale bezrobotna, osoba niepełnosprawna, osoba o niskich kwalifikacjach), w tym do co najmniej 10% osób niepełnosprawnych. Każdej osobie biorącej udział w projekcie zapewnione zostanie kompleksowe zindywidualizowane wsparcie wynikające z opracowanego na początkowym etapie uczestnictwa w projekcie Indywidualnego Planu Działania, które uwzględniać będzie: indywidualne poradnictwo zawodowe, w tym identyfikację potrzeb uczestników i stopnia ich oddalenia od rynku pracy, poradnictwo grupowe w tym warsztaty: "ABC poszukiwania pracy", "Pokonywanie trudności w poszukiwaniu pracy", szkolenia i kursy, prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełniania lub zmiany kwalifikacji zaw., staże służące nabywaniu lub uzupełnianiu doświadczenia zawodowego oraz rozwojowi praktycznych umiejętności w zakresie wykonywania danego zawodu, pokrycie kosztów subsydiowanego zatrudnienia - prace interwencyjne, przyznanie środków na uruchomienie działalności gospodarczej. W celu wspierania mobilności przestrzennej uczestnicy będą mogli skorzystać z możliwości zwrotu kosztów dojazdu w przypadku podejmowania działań poza miejscem zamieszkania. Zakłada się, że w wyniku realizacji projektu 35% uczestników podniesienie kwalifikacje zawodowe, a 55% znajdzie zatrudnienie. Założenia projektu są zgodne z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, prawodawstwem krajowym i unijnym oraz wpisują się w Strategię Rozwoju MOF Malbork - Sztum. (Polish)

The project “Mobile and active human capital in Malbork and Schumskie counties – professional activation” is submitted in accordance with the assumptions of the ZPT for the MOF Malbork-Sztum. Its objective is to increase by 31.10.18 the employability of 538 unemployed people after 30 from the area of the IMF Malbork-Sztum (322K, 216M), for whom the most vulnerable aid profile has been established (which meet at least one of the criteria: woman, person after 50 years of age, long-term unemployed, disabled person, low-skilled person), including at least 10 % of people with disabilities. Each person participating in the project will be provided with comprehensive personalised support resulting from the initial participation in the Individual Action Plan, which will include: individual career guidance, including identification of the needs of participants and their degree of distance from the labour market, group guidance including workshops: ‘ABC job search’, ‘Covering job-search difficulties’, training and courses leading to the upgrading, supplementing or retraining of qualifications, traineeships for the acquisition or complementing of professional experience and the development of practical skills in the pursuit of the profession concerned, covering the costs of subsidised employment – intervention work, allocation of funds for the start-up of an economic activity. In order to promote spatial mobility, participants will be able to reimburse travel expenses in the event of activities outside their residence. As a result of the project, it is assumed that 35 % of participants will increase their professional qualifications and 55 % will find employment. The project’s objectives are in accordance with the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, national and EU legislation and are in line with the IMF Malbork – Sztum Development Strategy. Le projet «Capital humain mobile et actif dans les districts de Malborskie et de Szumskie — activation professionnelle» est soumis conformément au ZPT pour le MOF Malbork-Sztum. L’objectif est d’accroître l’employabilité de 538 chômeurs au bout de 30 ans du MOF Malbork-Sztum (322K, 216 M), pour lesquels un premier ou un deuxième profil d’aide a été établi, qui sont les plus vulnérables sur le marché du travail (qui répondent à au moins l’un des critères suivants: femmes de 50 ans, chômeurs de longue durée, handicapés, peu qualifiés), y compris jusqu’à 10 % au moins des personnes handicapées. Chaque personne participant au projet bénéficiera d’un soutien personnalisé complet résultant de la phase initiale de participation au plan d’action individuel, qui comprendra: L’orientation professionnelle individuelle, y compris l’identification des besoins des participants et de l’éloignement du marché du travail, l’orientation de groupe, y compris les ateliers: «Recherche d’emploi ABC», «Réalisation des difficultés de recherche d’emploi», formation et cours conduisant à la mise à niveau, au complément ou à la reconversion des compétences, stages visant à acquérir ou à compléter une expérience professionnelle et développement de compétences pratiques dans l’exercice de la profession, couvrant les coûts de l’emploi subventionné — travail d’intervention, allocation des fonds pour la création d’une entreprise. Afin de promouvoir la mobilité spatiale, les participants pourront profiter de la possibilité de remboursement des frais de voyage lorsqu’ils effectuent des activités en dehors de leur lieu de résidence. Grâce au projet, 35 % des participants devraient améliorer leurs qualifications professionnelles et 55 % trouveront un emploi. Les objectifs du projet sont conformes à la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail, à la législation nationale et à la législation de l’UE et font partie de la stratégie de développement du Ministère de l’emploi de Malbork — Sztum. Das Projekt „Mobiles und aktives Humankapital in den Landkreisen Malborskie und Szumskie – professionelle Aktivierung“ wird gemäß dem ZPT für MOF Malbork-Sztum eingereicht. Ziel ist es, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 538 Arbeitslosen nach 30 Jahren aus dem MOF Malbork-Sztum (322K, 216M), für die ein erstes oder zweites Hilfsprofil festgelegt wurde, zu erhöhen, die am stärksten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt gefährdet sind (die mindestens eines der folgenden Kriterien erfüllen: Frauen, 50 Jahre alt, Langzeitarbeitslose, Behinderte, Geringqualifizierte), darunter bis zu 10 % der Menschen mit Behinderungen. Jede an dem Projekt beteiligte Person erhält eine umfassende personalisierte Unterstützung, die sich aus der Anfangsphase der Teilnahme am individuellen Aktionsplan ergibt, die Folgendes umfasst: individuelle Berufsberatung, einschließlich Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer und des Abstands vom Arbeitsmarkt, Gruppenberatung einschließlich Workshops: „ABC-Arbeitssuche“, „Vervollständigung von Schwierigkeiten bei der Arbeitssuche“, Schulungen und Kurse, die zu Weiterbildung, Ergänzung oder Umschulung führen, Praktika zum Erwerb oder zur Ergänzung von Berufserfahrung und die Entwicklung praktischer Fähigkeiten bei der Ausübung des Berufs, die Kosten für subventionierte Beschäftigung – Interventionsarbeit, Zuweisung von Mitteln für die Gründung eines Unternehmens decken. Het project „Mobile and active human capital in Malborskie and Szumskie districts — professionele activatie” wordt ingediend in overeenstemming met het ZPT voor MOF Malbork-Sztum. Het doel is de inzetbaarheid te vergroten van 538 werklozen na 30 jaar van het MOF Malbork-Sztum (322K, 216M), voor wie een eerste of tweede steunprofiel is vastgesteld, die het kwetsbaarst zijn op de arbeidsmarkt (die aan ten minste een van de volgende criteria voldoen: vrouwen, 50 jaar oud, langdurig werklozen, gehandicapten, laaggeschoolden), waaronder ten minste 10 % van de personen met een handicap. Elke persoon die aan het project deelneemt, krijgt uitgebreide individuele steun die voortvloeit uit de eerste fase van deelname aan het individuele actieplan, waaronder: individuele loopbaanbegeleiding, met inbegrip van de identificatie van de behoeften van de deelnemers en de afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt, groepsbegeleiding, met inbegrip van workshops: „ABC-werkzoeking”, „voltooiing van moeilijkheden bij het zoeken van een baan”, opleiding en cursussen die leiden tot bijscholing, aanvulling of omscholing, stages om beroepservaring te verwerven of aan te vullen en de ontwikkeling van praktische vaardigheden bij de uitoefening van het beroep, ter dekking van de kosten van gesubsidieerde werkgelegenheid — interventiewerkzaamheden, toewijzing van middelen voor de oprichting van een bedrijf. Om de ruimtelijke mobiliteit te bevorderen, kunnen deelnemers gebruik maken van de mogelijkheid om reiskosten te vergoeden wanneer zij activiteiten buiten hun woonplaats uitvoeren. Als gevolg van het project zal naar verwachting 35 % van de deelnemers hun beroepskwalificaties verbeteren en zal 55 % werk vinden. De doelstellingen van het project zijn in overeenstemming met de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt, nationale en EU-wetgeving en maken deel uit van de ontwikkelingsstrategie van het MOF Malbork — Sztum.
