Przedmiotem realizowanego projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja dwóch budynków oświatowych należących do Gminy i Miasta Nisko. Zakres prac został ustalony na podstawie wcześniej przygotowanych audytów energetycznych. Projekt stanowi element podejścia strategicznego gminy do działania w ramach opracowanego Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej dla Gminy i Miasta Nisko.Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku sali gimnastycznej przy Publicznej Szkole Podstawowej Nr 4 w Nisku – Podwolinie oraz budynku Zespołu Szkół Nr 3 w Nisku. Zakres termomodernizacji obejmuje:Budynek Sali gimnastycznej przy PSP Nr 4: wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; docieplenie ścian powyżej gruntu; docieplenie stropu granulatem; docieplenie dachu; opracowanie audytu powykonawczego; modernizację instalacji sanitarnej, w tym: roboty demontażowe c.o., montaż grzejników, izolacji, rurociągów z rur stalowych, roboty budowlane i montaż instalacji solarnej.Budynek ZS Nr 3 w Nisku: wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej; docieplenie ścian poniżej i powyżej gruntu; docieplenie ścian cokołu szkoły; docieplenie stropu nad ostatnią kondygnacją budynku szkoły; docieplenie dachu sali gimnastycznej; remont instalacji odgromowej; opracowanie audytu powykonawczego; modernizację instalacji sanitarnej, w tym: roboty demontażowe c.o., montaż grzejników, izolacji, rurociągów z rur stalowych, roboty budowlane i montaż instalacji solarnej.Celem nadrzędnym projektu jest podniesienie efektywności energetycznej dwóch budynków oświatowych, budynku sali gimnastycznej przy PSP Nr 4w Nisku – Podwolinie oraz budynku ZS Nr 3 w Nisku. Do celów bezpośrednich projektu należy:- zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania budynków na energię;- ograniczenie zużycia energii cieplnej;- ograniczenie emisji CO2;- wzrost produkcji energii cieplnej w oparciu o instalacje OZE (kolektory słoneczne);- obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania budynków;- rozwój gospodarki niskoemisyjnej na terenie gminy i miasta Nisko. The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of two educational buildings belonging to the Municipality and the City of Nisko. The project is an element of the municipality’s strategic approach to the operation of the Low-Emission Economy Plan developed for the municipality and the Low Town.The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of the gym building at the Public Primary School No. 4 in Nisko – Podwolin and the School Complex No. 3 in Nisko. The scope of the thermal modernisation includes:The gymnasium building at PSP No. 4: replacement of window and door carpentry; warming of walls above the ground; granulate warming of the ceiling; roof warming; the development of post-executive audits; modernisation of sanitary installations, including: central heating disassembly works, installation of radiators, insulation, pipelines made of steel pipes, construction works and installation of solar installations. replacement of window and door carpentry; warming of walls below and above the ground; warming the walls of the school pedestal; warming the ceiling over the last floor of the school building; warming of the roof of the gym; overhaul of the lightning protection system; the development of post-executive audits; modernisation of sanitary installations, including: the main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of two educational buildings, the gymnasium building at PSP No.4 in Nisko – Podwolin and the ZS No. 3 building in Nisko. For the purposes of the direct project include:- reducing the demand of buildings for energy;- reducing the consumption of thermal energy;- reducing CO2 emissions;- an increase in the production of heat based on RES installations (solar collectors);- lower heating costs of buildings;- the development of low-carbon economy in the municipality and the town of Nisko. Thermomodernisation obejmuje:Budynek salle de gymnastique au PSP No 4: remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes; isolation des murs au-dessus du sol; isolation du plafond avec granulé; le réchauffement du toit; l’élaboration d’un audit as-construit; modernisation du système sanitaire, y compris: travaux de démontage, installation de radiateurs, isolation, canalisations de tuyaux en acier, travaux de construction et installation d’installations solaires. remplacement de la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes; isolation des murs au-dessous et au-dessus du sol; isolation des murs du socle de l’école; le réchauffement du plafond au dernier étage du bâtiment de l’école; réchauffement du toit de la salle de sport; remise à neuf des installations de foudre; l’élaboration d’un audit as-construit; modernisation du système sanitaire, y compris: travaux de démontage, installation de radiateurs, isolation, canalisations de tuyaux en acier, travaux de construction et installation d’un système solaire. L’objectif principal du projet est d’augmenter l’efficacité énergétique de deux bâtiments éducatifs, la construction du gymnase au PSP No 4w Nisku — Podwolin et le bâtiment ZS no 3 à nisk. Les objectifs directs du projet comprennent:- la réduction de la demande énergétique des bâtiments;- la réduction de la consommation de chaleur;- la réduction des émissions de CO2;- l’augmentation de la production de chaleur à partir des installations SER (capteurs solaires);- la réduction du coût du chauffage des bâtiments;- le développement d’une économie à faible intensité de carbone dans la municipalité et la ville de Nisko. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung von zwei Bildungsgebäuden der Gemeinde und der Stadt Nisko. Der Umfang der Arbeiten wurde auf der Grundlage zuvor vorbereiteter Energieaudits festgelegt. Das Projekt ist Teil des strategischen Handlungsansatzes der Gemeinde im Rahmen des emissionsarmen Wirtschaftsplans für die Gemeinde und die Stadt Nisko. Ziel des Projekts ist die tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes der Gymnastikhalle an der Public Primary School Nr. 4 in nisk – Podwolin und der Bau des Schulkomplexes Nr. 3 in Nisko. Thermomodernisierung obejmuje:Budynek Gymnastikraum im PSP Nr. 4: Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlereien; Isolierung der Wände über dem Boden; Isolierung der Decke mit Granulat; Erwärmung des Daches; Entwicklung eines as-built Audits; Modernisierung des sanitären Systems, einschließlich: Demontagearbeiten, Installation von Heizkörpern, Isolierung, Rohrleitungen aus Stahlrohren, Bauarbeiten und Installation von Solaranlagen. Austausch von Fenster- und Türtischlereien; Isolierung der Wände unter und über dem Boden; Isolierung der Wände des Schulsockels; Erwärmung der Decke über der letzten Etage des Schulgebäudes; Erwärmung des Daches des Fitnessstudios; Sanierung von Blitzlichtanlagen; Entwicklung eines as-built Audits; Modernisierung des sanitären Systems, einschließlich: Demontagearbeiten, Installation von Heizkörpern, Isolierung, Rohrleitungen aus Stahlrohren, Bauarbeiten und Installation eines Sonnensystems.
