Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie robót budowlanych dla 5 instalacji fotowoltaicznych w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie Miasta Jasło:- instalacja w Jasielskim Domu Kultury o mocy 50,40 kW (168 szt. paneli PV o mocy jednostkowej 300 Wp),- instalacja w Miejskim Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej o mocy 30,78 kW (108 szt. paneli PV o mocy jednostkowej285 Wp),- instalacja w Przedszkolu Miejskim nr 11 o mocy 12,50 kW (44 szt. paneli PV o mocy jednostkowej 285 Wp),- instalacja w Przedszkolu Miejskim nr 13 o mocy 15,00 kW (60 szt. paneli PV o mocy jednostkowej 300 Wp),- instalacja w Szkole Podstawowej nr 4 o mocy 10,26 kW (36 szt. paneli PV o mocy jednostkowej 285 Wp). Łączna produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE: 105,79 MWh. Łączna liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE: 5 szt. Celem głównym realizacji niniejszego projektu jest poprawa bezpieczeństwa energetycznego Miasta Jasło. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych: 1) zwiększenie poziomu produkcji energii z odnawialnych źródeł energii w generacji rozproszonej na terenie Jasła,2) zwiększoną efektywność energetyczną w budynkach użyteczności publicznej,3) poprawę jakości powietrza poprzez spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych oraz zanieczyszczeń powietrza.Instalacje składają się z m.in. : modułów fotowoltaicznych monokrystalicznych, inwertera (falownik 3 fazowy), okablowania, automatyki sterującej. We wszystkich budynkach instalacja fotowoltaiczna będzie podłączona do sieci odbiorczej w rozdzielniach w budynkach. Sumaryczna moc zainstalowana wszystkich instalacji OZE w ramach projektu wyniesie 118,94 kW, tj 0,11894 MW ? 0,11 MW. (Polish)

The object of the project is the execution of construction works for 5 photovoltaic installations in public buildings in the City of Jasło:- installation in Jasielski House of Culture with a capacity of 50.40 kW (168 PV panels with unit capacity 300 Wp),- installation in the Municipal Social Welfare Centre with a capacity of 30.78 kW (108 units of PV unit capacity 285 Wp) – installation in kindergarten no. Total electricity production from newly built/new RES installations: 105,79 MWh. Total number of RES generation units built: 5 pcs The main objective of this project is to improve the energy security of the City of Jasło. The main objective will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives: 1) Increasing the level of energy production from renewable energy sources in the distributed generation in Jasła,2) increased energy efficiency in public buildings, 3) improving air quality by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants.Installations consist of among others. : monocrystalline photovoltaic modules, inverter (3 phase wave), wiring, control automation. In all buildings, the photovoltaic installation will be connected to the reception network in switching rooms in buildings. Production totale d’électricité à partir de nouvelles capacités de production d’installations SER: 105,79 MWh. Nombre total d’unités de production d’électricité SER construites: 5 pièces L’objectif principal de ce projet est d’améliorer la sécurité énergétique de la ville de Jasło. L’objectif principal sera atteint par la réalisation des objectifs spécifiques: 1) l’augmentation du niveau de production d’énergie à partir de sources d’énergie renouvelables dans la production distribuée à Jasła, 2) l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique dans les bâtiments publics, 3) l’amélioration de la qualité de l’air en réduisant les émissions de gaz à effet de serre et les polluants atmosphériques. modules photovoltaïques monocristallins, onduleur (3 phases), câblage, automatisation du contrôle. Gesamtstromerzeugung aus neu gebauten/neuen Erzeugungskapazitäten von EE-Anlagen: 105,79 MWh. Gesamtzahl der gebauten EE-Stromerzeugungseinheiten: 5 Stück Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Energieversorgungssicherheit der Stadt Jasło. Das Hauptziel wird durch die Verwirklichung der spezifischen Ziele erreicht: 1) Erhöhung der Erzeugung von Energie aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen bei der dezentralen Erzeugung in Jasła, 2) Steigerung der Energieeffizienz in öffentlichen Gebäuden, 3) Verbesserung der Luftqualität durch Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen und Luftschadstoffe. monokristalline Photovoltaik-Module, Wechselrichter (3-Phasen-Wechselrichter), Verdrahtung, Steuerungsautomatisierung. In allen Gebäuden wird die PV-Anlage an das Empfangsnetz in den Schalttafeln der Gebäude angeschlossen. Totale elektriciteitsproductie uit nieuw gebouwde/nieuwe opwekkingscapaciteit van RES-installaties: 105,79 MWh. Totaal aantal gebouwde eenheden voor de opwekking van elektriciteit uit hernieuwbare bronnen: 5 stuks Het hoofddoel van dit project is de energiezekerheid van de stad Jasło te verbeteren. De hoofddoelstelling zal worden bereikt door de specifieke doelstellingen te verwezenlijken: 1) verhoging van de productie van energie uit hernieuwbare energiebronnen in de gedistribueerde opwekking in Jasła, 2) verhoging van de energie-efficiëntie in openbare gebouwen,3) verbetering van de luchtkwaliteit door vermindering van de uitstoot van broeikasgassen en luchtverontreinigende stoffen.Installaties bestaan onder meer uit. monokristallijne fotovoltaïsche modules, omvormer (3-fase omvormer), bedrading, controleautomatisering. In alle gebouwen wordt de PV-installatie aangesloten op het ontvangende netwerk in de schakelborden in de gebouwen. De totale geïnstalleerde capaciteit van alle RES-installaties in het kader van het project zal 118,94 kW bedragen, d.w.z. 0,11894 MW? 0,11 MW. (Dutch)
