Celem firmy AG MOTORS Sp. z o.o. jest wprowadzenie na rynek w latach 2020/2021 autorskiej,oryginalnej w skali międzynarodowej konstrukcji ramy rowerowej wyznaczającej nowe standardy w zakresie technologii wykonania,stanowiącej swoistą awangardę techniczną,konkurującej z obecnymi na rynku produktami przez podwyższone parametry mechaniczne,jakościowe,użytkowe.Niniejszy projekt to nowatorskie podejście badawcze i biznesowe do zagadnienia projektowania-jego przedmiot stanowi pozyskanie nowej wiedzy na styku takich dziedzin nauki, jak mechanika,inżynieria materiałowa,wzornictwo przemysłowe i design,mających praktyczne zastosowanie w konstrukcjach technicznych tworzonych na rzecz branży rowerowej.Zaplanowano do realizacji szereg prac B+R,część z nich realizowana będzie we współpracy z jednostkami naukowymi(rozwój synergii i transferu wiedzy między przedsiębiorstwem i ośrodkami B+R).Bezpośrednim rezultatem projektu będzie rama rowerowa o nowatorskiej konstrukcji,wytworzona z użyciem nowego rodzaju materiałów.O jej istotnej nowości stanowić będą cechy i właściwości,takie jak obniżenie masy roweru o min.500g,wzrost wartości skoku w przedziale 15–30mm w stos.do ramy sztywnej,wzrost wytrzymałości na zmęczenie o min.10%,konkurencyjna cena w por.do produktów dostępnych na rynku.W wyniku realizacji projektu firma wprowadzi na rynek innowację produktową(skala międzynarodowa-komercjalizacja wyników badań poprzez wdrożenie do własnej działalności)i nietechnologiczną(skala firmy),co przełoży się na szereg korzyści ekonomicznych(wzrost przychodów)i pozaekonomicznych(zwiększenie potencjału rozwojowego firmy,poszerzenie udziału w rynku,wejście na nowe rynki zbytu).Projekt wpisuje się w cele I osi priorytetowej i działania 1.2 RPO WP pozwoli firmie zwiększyć aktywność B+R(realizacja nowego projektu B+R,zwiększenie nakładów na B+R).Zgodnie z wymogami projekt obejmuje badania przemysłowe i prace rozwojowe do momentu stworzenia prototypu,walidacji i pierwszej produkcji. The goal of AG MOTORS Sp. z o.o. is the introduction to the market in the years 2020/2021 of the proprietary, international design of the bicycle frame, setting new standards in terms of manufacturing technology, being a kind of technical avant-garde, competing with the products available on the market due to increased mechanical, quality and usability parameters. research and business approach to the issue of design - its subject is to acquire new knowledge at the meeting point of such fields of science as mechanics, material engineering, industrial design and design, having practical application in technical constructions created for the bicycle industry. A number of B + works have been planned for implementation. R, some of them will be implemented in cooperation with scientific units (development of synergy and transfer of knowledge between the enterprise and R&D centers). The direct result of the project will be a bicycle frame with an innovative structure, made with the use of a new type of materials. The new features will include features and properties, such as reducing the weight of the bike by at least 500g, increasing the stroke value in the range of 15-30mm when used with a rigid frame, increasing the fatigue strength by at least 10%, competitive price compared to available products As a result of the project implementation, the company will introduce product innovation (international scale - commercialization of research results through implementation into its own business) and non-technological (company scale) innovation, which will translate into a number of economic (increase in revenues) and non-economic benefits (increasing the development potential) Companies, expanding market share, entering new markets). The project is in line with the objectives of priority axis I and Measure 1.2 of the Pomorskie ROP will allow the company to increase its R&D activity (implementation of a new R&D project, increasing expenditure on R&D). L’objectif de AG MOTORS Sp. z o.o. est de lancer dans les années 2020/2021 la construction originale, internationalement originale d’un cadre de bicyclette fixant de nouvelles normes dans le domaine de la technologie de construction, qui constitue une avant-garde technique spécifique, en concurrence avec les produits présents sur le marché grâce à des paramètres mécaniques, de qualité et utilisables accrus.
