Rozwój oferty kulturowej regionu (w tym jego obszarów przygranicznych) jest jednym z celów RPO WO 2014-2020 koniecznych do osiągnięcia, dla skutecznego wzrostu potencjałów woj. opolskiego. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont zabytkowego ratusza celem zwiększenia dostępności zasobów kulturowych. ZAKRES PROJEKTU Do zakresu rzeczowego projektu należy: 1. Remont budynku ratusza, 2. Zakup wyposażenia. 3. Promocja projektu. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie Gminy Baborów, która położona jest w Powiecie Głubczyckim - na terenie OSI Obszary Przygraniczne. Budynek ratusza jest w chwili obecnej nieużytkowany ze względu na zły stan techniczny. Liczba odwiedzających obiekt obecnie wynosi – 0 osób. Wnioskodawca przewiduje, ze w ciągu 1 roku od zakończenia realizacji projektu, liczba odwiedzających obiekt wzrośnie do 2500 osób. Efektem realizacji projektu będzie odremontowany, zabytkowy 1 budynek dawnego ratusza i zmieniony sposób użytkowania obiektu z ratusza na obiekt kultury. Wnioskodawca zamierza utworzyć w budynku dom kultury i izbę regionalną stanowiącą "mini muzeum". Budynek ratusza został wpisany do Rejestru Zabytków Województwa Opolskiego decyzją nr 1823/66 z dnia 19.10.1966 oraz do Gminnej Ewidencji Zabytków. Ratusz położony jest w samym centrum miasta, w układzie urbanistycznym wpisanym do Rejestru Zabytków Województwa Opolskiego (Nr rej. 195/56) - podlega zatem szczególnej ochronie konserwatorskiej. The development of the region’s cultural offer (including its border areas) is one of the objectives of the RPO WO 2014-2020 necessary to achieve effective growth of the potential of the Opole Voivodeship. The object of the project is the renovation of the historic town hall in order to increase the availability of cultural resources. Scope of the project The project’s material scope includes: 1. Refurbishment of City Hall, 2. The purchase of equipment. 3. Promotion of the project. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Babor, which is located in the Głubczycki District – within the OSI Border Areas. The building of the town hall is currently unused due to poor technical condition. The number of visitors is currently – 0 people. The applicant expects that within 1 years of completion of the project, the number of visitors will increase to 2500 people. The project will result in a renovated historic 1 building of the former town hall and a changed way of using the building from the town hall to the cultural object. The applicant intends to set up a ‘mini museum’ cultural centre and a regional chamber in the building. The building of the town hall was entered in the Register of Monuments of the Opolskie Voivodship by decision No 1823/66 of 19.10.1966 and in the Municipal Register of Monuments. The town hall is located in the very centre of the city, in the urban layout entered in the Register of Monuments of the Opolskie Voivodeship (No. 195/56) – is therefore subject to special conservation protection. Le développement de l’offre culturelle de la région (y compris ses zones frontalières) est l’un des objectifs du PO ROP 2014-2020 nécessaire à la réalisation, pour la croissance effective du potentiel de la voïvodie Opolskie. L’objet du projet est la rénovation de l’hôtel de ville historique afin d’accroître la disponibilité des ressources culturelles. Portée du projet La portée substantielle du projet comprend: 1. Rénovation de l’hôtel de ville, 2. Achat de matériel. 3. Promotion du projet. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans la municipalité de Babory, située à Powiecie Głubczycki, dans les zones frontalières OSI. Le bâtiment de l’hôtel de ville est actuellement inutilisé en raison d’un mauvais état technique. Le nombre de visiteurs de l’établissement est actuellement de — 0 personne. Le demandeur s’attend à ce que le nombre de visiteurs de l’établissement augmente à 2500 personnes dans l’année suivant la fin du projet. Le projet aboutira à la rénovation d’un bâtiment historique de l’ancienne mairie et à un changement de façon d’utiliser l’édifice de l’hôtel de ville en un objet culturel. La requérante a l’intention d’établir dans la construction une maison culturelle et une chambre régionale constituant un «mini-musée». Le bâtiment de la mairie a été inscrit au registre des monuments de la voïvodie d’Opolskie par la décision no 1823/66 du 19.10.1966 et au registre des monuments municipaux. L’Hôtel de Ville est situé au centre de la ville, dans un plan urbain inscrit au Registre des Monuments de la Voïvodie d’Opolskie (Règl. 195/56) — fait donc l’objet d’une protection spéciale de conservation. Die Entwicklung des kulturellen Angebots der Region (einschließlich ihrer Grenzgebiete) ist eines der Ziele des OP OP 2014-2020, das erforderlich ist, um das Potenzial der Woiwodschaft Opolskie wirksam auszubauen. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Renovierung des historischen Rathauses, um die Verfügbarkeit kultureller Ressourcen zu erhöhen. Projektumfang Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts umfasst: 1. Renovierung des Rathausgebäudes, 2. Kauf von Ausrüstung. 3. Förderung des Projekts. Das Projekt wird in der Gemeinde Babory in Powiecie Głubczycki – an den Grenzgebieten der OSI – durchgeführt. Das Rathausgebäude ist aufgrund eines schlechten technischen Zustands derzeit ungenutzt. Die Besucherzahl der Anlage beträgt derzeit 0 Personen. Die Klägerin geht davon aus, dass die Zahl der Besucher der Anlage innerhalb eines Jahres nach Ende des Projekts auf 2500 Personen ansteigt. Das Ergebnis des Projekts ist ein renoviertes, historisches 1 Gebäude des ehemaligen Rathauses und eine veränderte Art der Nutzung des Gebäudes vom Rathaus zu einem Kulturobjekt. Die Klägerin beabsichtigt, im Gebäude ein Kulturhaus und eine regionale Kammer zu errichten, die ein „Minimuseum“ bildet. Das Rathausgebäude wurde mit Beschluss Nr. 1823/66 vom 19.10.1966 in das Denkmalregister der Woiwodschaft Opolskie eingetragen. Das Rathaus befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, in einem Stadtplan eingetragen in das Denkmalregister der Woiwodschaft Opolskie (Reg. 195/56) – unterliegt daher einem besonderen Erhaltungsschutz. Het doel van het project is de renovatie van het historische stadhuis om de beschikbaarheid van culturele hulpbronnen te vergroten. Reikwijdte van het project De materiële reikwijdte van het project omvat: 1. Renovatie van het stadhuisgebouw, 2. Aankoop van apparatuur. 3. Bevordering van het project. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd in de gemeente Babory, gelegen in Powiecie Głubczycki, in de grensgebieden van de OSI. Het gemeentehuisgebouw is momenteel ongebruikt als gevolg van slechte technische staat. Het aantal bezoekers aan de faciliteit is momenteel — 0 personen. Verzoekster verwacht dat het aantal bezoekers aan de faciliteit binnen een jaar na het einde van het project zal toenemen tot 2500 personen. Het resultaat van het project is een gerenoveerd, historisch 1 gebouw van het voormalige stadhuis en een andere manier om het gebouw te gebruiken van het stadhuis naar een cultureel object. Verzoekster is voornemens in het gebouw een cultuurhuis en een regionale kamer te vestigen die een „minimuseum” vormen. Het gemeentehuis werd ingeschreven in het register van monumenten van het woiwodschap Opolskie bij besluit nr. 1823/66 van 19.10.1966 en in het Gemeentelijk Monumentenregister. Het stadhuis is gelegen in het centrum van de stad, in een stedenbouwkundig plan ingeschreven in het Register van Monumenten van het woiwodschap Opolskie (Reg. 195/56) — is derhalve onderworpen aan een speciale bescherming van het behoud.
