Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu zamierza zakupić centrum obróbcze, które pozwoli na wprowadzenie innowacyjnego procesu produkcyjnego. Dzięki wdrożonemu procesowi firma będzie mogła wprowadzić do oferty innowacyjny na skalę międzynarodową produkt w postaci armatury regulacyjnej, wyposażonej w elementy klatkowo-labiryntowe w celu wyeliminowania kawitacji i odparowania jako przyczyny drgań i hałasu w instalacjach wysokociśnieniowych w elektrowniach. Eliminacja szkodliwych zjawisk przepływu czynnika to także potwierdzona krytyczna niezawodność, dłuższa żywotność zaworu i niższe koszty utrzymania. Hałas jest kluczowym problemem ochrony środowiska i jest zjawiskiem nieodłącznie związanym z przepływem czynnika przez zawór. Wprowadzony produkt znacznie zwiększy możliwości konkurencyjne firmy. Projekt będzie realizował następujące wskaźniki kluczowe dla projektu - produkty realizacji projektu: - Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) - 1 680 000,00 zł kwota środków prywatnych w ramach projektu, - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 przedsiębiorstwo, gdyż wnioskodawca będzie oferował innowacyjną armaturę regulacyjną ograniczającą hałas, - Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy - 1 przedsiębiorstwo, gdyż wnioskodawca będzie oferował powyższe wyroby, których do tej pory nie było w jego ofercie, Pozostałych wskaźników, którymi są: - Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami, - Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami / doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych, - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, - Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami / doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych - kobiety, -Liczba osób objętych szkoleniami / doradztwem w zakresie kompetencji cyfrowych - mężczyźni, wnioskodawca nie realizuje. The applicant intends to purchase a machining centre within the framework of the project, which will allow the introduction of an innovative production process. Thanks to the implemented process, the company will be able to introduce an internationally innovative product in the form of regulatory fittings, equipped with cage-labyrinth elements to eliminate cavitation and evaporation as a cause of vibration and noise in power plants. Elimination of harmful factor flow phenomena is also confirmed critical reliability, longer valve life and lower maintenance costs. Noise is a key environmental problem and is inherent in the flow of the factor through the valve. The product introduced will significantly increase the company’s competitive opportunities. The project will implement the following key indicators for the project – the products of the project realisation: — Private investments supplementing public support to enterprises (grants) – PLN 1 680 000.00 amount of private funds under the project, – Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the market – 1 company, as the applicant will offer innovative noise control fixtures, – Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 company, as the applicant will offer the above products, which were not yet available, other indicators, which are: — Number of facilities tailored to the needs of people with disabilities, – Number of persons covered by training/advising in the field of digital competence, – Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvements for persons with disabilities – - Number of people covered by training/advising in the field of digital competence – women, -Number of people covered by training/advising in the field of digital competence – men, applicants are not implemented. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante a l’intention d’acheter un centre d’usinage qui permettra l’introduction d’un processus de production innovant. Grâce au processus mis en œuvre, l’entreprise sera en mesure d’introduire dans l’offre un produit innovant à l’échelle internationale sous forme de raccords régulateurs, équipés d’éléments de cage-labyrinthe pour éliminer la cavitation et l’évaporation comme cause de vibrations et de bruit dans les installations à haute pression dans les centrales électriques. L’élimination des phénomènes d’écoulement d’agents nocifs est également une fiabilité critique confirmée, une durée de vie plus longue et des coûts d’entretien réduits. Le bruit est une préoccupation environnementale essentielle et un phénomène inhérent au flux de l’agent à travers la vanne. Le produit introduit augmentera considérablement les capacités concurrentielles de l’entreprise. Le projet mettra en œuvre les indicateurs clés suivants pour le projet — résultats de la mise en œuvre du projet: — Investissement privé complétant le soutien public aux entreprises (subventions) — 1 680 000,00 PLN montant des fonds privés dans le cadre du projet, — Nombre d’entreprises bénéficiant d’un soutien pour introduire de nouveaux produits sur le marché — 1 entreprise, puisque le demandeur proposera des raccords innovants de réduction du bruit, — Nombre d’entreprises aidées à introduire de nouveaux produits pour l’entreprise — 1 entreprise, étant donné que le demandeur proposera les produits susmentionnés, qui n’ont pas encore été proposés par le demandeur, les autres indicateurs, à savoir: — Nombre d’installations adaptées aux besoins des personnes handicapées, — Nombre de personnes couvertes par une formation/conseil en matière de compétences numériques, — Nombre de projets qui ont financé les coûts d’aménagement raisonnable pour les personnes handicapées, — Nombre de personnes couvertes par une formation/conseil dans le domaine des compétences numériques — femmes, — Nombre de personnes couvertes par une formation/conseil dans le domaine des compétences numériques — hommes, demandeurs non mis en œuvre. Im Rahmen des Projekts beabsichtigt der Antragsteller, ein Bearbeitungszentrum zu erwerben, das die Einführung eines innovativen Produktionsprozesses ermöglicht. Dank des umgesetzten Prozesses wird das Unternehmen in der Lage sein, international ein innovatives Produkt in Form von Regelarmaturen einzuführen, das mit Käfig-Labyrinth-Elementen ausgestattet ist, um Kavitation und Verdunstung als Ursache für Vibrationen und Geräusche in Hochdruckanlagen in Kraftwerken zu beseitigen. Die Eliminierung schädlicher Stoffflussphänomene ist auch eine bestätigte kritische Zuverlässigkeit, eine längere Ventillebensdauer und geringere Wartungskosten. Lärm ist ein zentrales Umweltproblem und ist ein Phänomen, das dem Durchfluss des Agenten durch das Ventil innewohnt. Das eingeführte Produkt wird die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens erheblich steigern. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Schlüsselindikatoren für das Projekt – Ergebnisse der Projektdurchführung – umgesetzt: — Private Investitionen zur Ergänzung der öffentlichen Unterstützung von Unternehmen (Zuschüsse) – Höhe der privaten Mittel in Höhe von 1 680 000,00 PLN im Rahmen des Projekts, – Zahl der Unternehmen, die unterstützt werden, um neue Produkte auf den Markt zu bringen – 1 Unternehmen, da der Antragsteller innovative lärmmindernde Armaturen anbieten wird, – Zahl der Unternehmen, die unterstützt werden, um neue Produkte für das Unternehmen einzuführen – 1 Unternehmen, da der Antragsteller die oben genannten Produkte anbieten wird, die vom Antragsteller noch nicht angeboten wurden, die übrigen Indikatoren: — Anzahl der an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepassten Einrichtungen, – Zahl der Personen, die durch Ausbildung/Beratung im Bereich der digitalen Kompetenz abgedeckt sind, – Zahl der Projekte, die die Kosten angemessener Vorkehrungen für Menschen mit Behinderungen finanziert haben, – Zahl der Personen, die durch Ausbildung/Beratung in digitalen Kompetenzen abgedeckt sind – Frauen, – Zahl der Personen, die durch Ausbildung/Beratung in digitalen Kompetenzen abgedeckt sind – männlich, Antragsteller nicht umgesetzt. In het kader van het project is de aanvrager voornemens een bewerkingscentrum aan te schaffen dat de invoering van een innovatief productieproces mogelijk maakt. Dankzij het geïmplementeerde proces zal het bedrijf in staat zijn om in het aanbod een innovatief product op internationale schaal te introduceren in de vorm van reglementaire fittingen, uitgerust met kooi-labyrinth-elementen om cavitatie en verdamping als oorzaak van trillingen en lawaai in hogedruk-installaties in elektriciteitscentrales te elimineren. Eliminatie van schadelijke agent flow fenomenen is ook een bevestigde kritische betrouwbaarheid, langere kleplevensduur en lagere onderhoudskosten. Lawaai is een belangrijk milieuprobleem en is een verschijnsel dat inherent is aan de stroom van de agent door de klep. Het geïntroduceerde product zal de concurrentiekracht van het bedrijf aanzienlijk vergroten. Het project zal de volgende kernindicatoren voor het project — outputs voor de uitvoering van het project — implementeren: — Particuliere investeringen ter aanvulling van de overheidssteun aan ondernemingen (subsidies) — 1 680 000,00 PLN aan particuliere middelen in het kader van het project, — Aantal ondernemingen dat wordt ondersteund om nieuwe producten op de markt te brengen — 1 onderneming, aangezien de aanvrager innovatieve geluidsarmaturen zal aanbieden, — Aantal ondernemingen dat wordt ondersteund om nieuwe producten voor de onderneming in te voeren — 1 onderneming, aangezien de aanvrager bovengenoemde producten zal aanbieden, die nog niet door de aanvrager zijn aangeboden, de resterende indicatoren, te weten: — Aantal faciliteiten aangepast aan de behoeften van personen met een handicap, — Aantal personen dat wordt gedekt door een opleiding/advies op het gebied van digitale competentie, — Aantal projecten dat de kosten van redelijke aanpassingen voor personen met een handicap heeft gefinancierd, — Aantal personen dat wordt gedekt door een opleiding/advies op het gebied van digitale competenties — vrouwen, — Aantal personen dat onder een opleiding/advies op het gebied van digitale competenties valt — mannelijk, aanvrager niet uitgevoerd.
