Projekt zakłada rozbudowę istniejącej Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Andrychowie. Projektem objęte są tereny wydzielone pod rozbudowę Strefy Aktywności Gospodarczej w Andrychowie, obejmujące obszar położony pomiędzy ulicami: Strefową, Biała Droga, Przemysłową oraz rowem odwadniającym pomiędzy ul.
