La Operación OT6-DV-A0008-OP01D, en el marco de la Línea de Actuación A0008 del Plan de Implementación de la EDUSI (LA 4.1.1. “Plan de Rehabilitación de edificios históricos” de la EDUSI) pretende el desarrollo de acciones que permitan la recuperación y puesta en valor de dos de las edificaciones con valor histórico – cultural recogidos, identificados y localizados en el Catálogo de Bienes Protegidos del Plan General Municipal de la Ciudad de Don Benito. _x000D_ 1.- Edificación de propiedad Municipal sita en la Plaza de España nº 11 de Don Benito (Antigua Casa de los Guillén) (Ref. catastral 2258521TJ5125N0001DK), identificada en el Catálogos de Bienes Protegidos del Plan General Municipal vigente en Villanueva de la Serena con los números 022 (arquitectura civil tipo residencial), nº 023 y nº 024 (elementos escudos), Plano 5/F3, para su destino a usos socio-cultural. _x000D_ 2.- Edificación de propiedad Municipal sita en Calle Doña Consuelo Torres nº 6 de Don Benito (Teatro Imperial) (Ref. catastral 2357039TJ5125N0001MK), identificada en la LA 4.1.1. de la EDUSI, y en el Catálogo de Bienes Protegidos del Plan General Municipal vigente en Don Benito con el número 039. Plano 5/F3, para su destino a uso cultural – teatro._x000D_ Las intervenciones focalizarán su interés en la promoción del valor cultural de las edificaciones que se refleja en las Fichas de Catalogación del Plan General Municipal, respetando el tipo de protección y las limitaciones de alteración de elementos.
