A lo largo de los años 2014, 2015 y 2016 se ha llevado a cabo la integración del sistema de Gestión de Solicitudes de Ayuda de la Política Agrícola Común (PAC) 2014-2020 con los distintos sistemas, aplicaciones y servicios informáticos horizontales de gestión de la Administración Electrónica del Gobierno de Aragón, todo ello en el marco jurídico de la nueva reforma de la PAC. Para ello se formalizó el encargo a la empresa pública TRAGSATEC denominado “Desarrollo de la Integración de la PAC 2015 con los Servicios de Administración Electrónica del Gobierno de Aragón”. Posteriormente, habiendo terminado la integración dentro del alcance definido en el citado encargo, resulta necesario realizar trabajos de soporte y mantenimiento evolutivo de estas_x000D_ integraciones informáticas, debido a los cambios que se producen de forma continua en el proyecto de desarrollo y mantenimiento del sistema de gestión de solicitudes PAC 2014-2020, por un lado, como por los cambios que se producen en los propios sistemas, aplicaciones y servicios informáticos horizontales de gestión de la administración electrónica del Gobierno de Aragón. Au cours des années 2014, 2015 et 2016, l’intégration du système de gestion des demandes d’aide 2014-2020 de la politique agricole commune (PAC) avec les différents systèmes, applications et services informatiques horizontaux de la gestion de l’administration en ligne du gouvernement d’Aragon a été réalisée, le tout dans le cadre juridique de la nouvelle réforme de la PAC. À cette fin, la commission a été officialisée à l’entreprise publique TRAGSATEC intitulée «Développement de l’intégration de la PAC 2015 avec les services d’administration électronique du gouvernement d’Aragon». Im Laufe der Jahre 2014, 2015 und 2016 wurde die Integration des Systems zur Verwaltung der gemeinsamen Agrarpolitik (GAP) 2014-2020 mit den verschiedenen Systemen, Anwendungen und horizontalen IT-Diensten der Regierung von Aragon im Rahmen der neuen GAP-Reform durchgeführt. Zu diesem Zweck wurde die Kommission dem öffentlichen Unternehmen TRAGSATEC mit dem Titel „Entwicklung der Integration der GAP 2015 mit den elektronischen Verwaltungsdiensten der Regierung von Aragon“ formalisiert. Nachdem die Integration in den im oben genannten Auftrag definierten Umfang abgeschlossen ist, ist es notwendig, die Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung der Computerintegrationen dieser_x000D_ aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Änderungen im Projekt der Entwicklung und Wartung des Anwendungsmanagementsystems PAC 2014-2020 einerseits sowie der Veränderungen, die in den Systemen, Anwendungen und dem horizontalen IT-Servicemanagement der Regierung von Aragon auftreten, durchzuführen. In de jaren 2014, 2015 en 2016 is de integratie van het beheersysteem voor steunaanvragen 2014-2020 van het gemeenschappelijk landbouwbeleid (GLB) 2014-2020 met de verschillende systemen, toepassingen en horizontale IT-diensten van het beheer van e-overheid van de regering van Aragon uitgevoerd, allemaal in het rechtskader van de nieuwe GLB-hervorming. Daartoe werd de commissie geformaliseerd aan het overheidsbedrijf TRAGSATEC getiteld „Development of the Integration of the CAP 2015 with the Electronic Administration Services of the Government of Aragon”. Na voltooiing van de integratie binnen het toepassingsgebied van de bovengenoemde opdracht, is het noodzakelijk om ondersteuning en evolutionair onderhoud van deze_x000D_ computerintegraties uit te voeren, als gevolg van de veranderingen die zich voortdurend voordoen in het project voor de ontwikkeling en het onderhoud van het applicatiebeheersysteem PAC 2014-2020, enerzijds, en de veranderingen die zich voordoen in de systemen, toepassingen en het horizontale beheer van IT-diensten van de regering van Aragon.
