Nowe kryteria dla produktów ekologicznych posiadających oznakowanie UE wymogło na firmie w celu utrzymania na rynku produktów ekologicznych z oznakowanie ECOLABEL rozpoczęcia prac nad nowymi recepturami serii ekologicznej. Jednak firma widząc duży potencjał tego typu produktów oprócz opracowania nowych receptur dla już istniejących produktów idzie o krok do przodu i planuje opracować receptury dla całkowicie nowych wyrobów. Rezultatem projektu będzie łącznie dwanaście nowych produktów, w których zostaną zastosowane nowe surowce, które będą musiały spełnić zaostrzone kryteria dla wyrobów ekologicznych. Główną cechą, która odróżnia te surowce od innych jest to, że pozyskuje się je z certyfikowanych upraw zgodnie z filozofią zrównoważonej produkcji. Ma to na celu ścisłą kontrolę nad łańcuchem dostaw i cyklem życia produktu. Celem takiego podejścia jest ograniczenie negatywnego oddziaływania na środowisko, w tym na glebę, różnorodność biologiczną, zasoby węgla organicznego i ochronę zasobów naturalnych poprzez zapobieganie nadmiernej eksploatacji obszarów uprawnych i kontroli łańcucha dostaw. Ekologiczność produktów, nad którymi będą prowadzone prace nie ogranicza się tylko do pozyskiwania surowców. Produkty ekologiczne w odróżnieniu od innych produktów muszą charakteryzować się również ekologicznością w czasie całego cyklu życia produkcji a w szczególności w momencie, kiedy najbardziej oddziaływają na środowiska. W ramach współpracy z wykonawcą zostaną przeprowadzone badanie nad opracowanie i optymalizacją receptur dwunastu produktów. Wykazanie ich odpowiedniej skuteczności tak, aby te produkty mogło spełnić wymogi certyfikacji dla oznakowania ECOLABEL i mogły zaspokoić zapotrzebowanie rynku na wyroby ekologiczne. (Polish)

The new criteria for eco-labelled products required the company to maintain eco-labelled eco-products on the market to start developing new recipes of the eco-series. However, the company seeing the high potential of this type of products in addition to developing new recipes for already existing products goes one step ahead and plans to develop recipes for completely new products. The project will result in a total of twelve new products using new raw materials that will have to meet the stricter criteria for organic products. The main feature that distinguishes these raw materials from others is that they are harvested from certified crops in accordance with the philosophy of sustainable production. This is aimed at tight control over the supply chain and the life cycle of the product. The aim of this approach is to reduce the negative impact on the environment, including soil, biodiversity, organic carbon and the conservation of natural resources by preventing over-exploitation of crop areas and on supply chain control. The environmental performance of products on which work will be carried out is not limited to the extraction of raw materials. Organic products, unlike other products, must also have environmental performance throughout the life cycle of production and, in particular, when they are most affected by the environment. Within the framework of cooperation with the contractor, a study will be carried out on the development and optimisation of recipes of twelve products. Demonstrate their effectiveness so that these products can meet the certification requirements for ECOLABEL and can meet the market demand for organic products. (English)

Les nouveaux critères applicables aux produits biologiques étiquetés dans l’UE obligent l’entreprise à maintenir sur le marché les produits biologiques portant le label ECOLABEL pour commencer à travailler sur de nouvelles formules de la série biologique. Cependant, l’entreprise voyant le grand potentiel de ce type de produits en plus de développer de nouvelles recettes pour les produits existants va un pas en avant et prévoit de développer des recettes pour des produits complètement nouveaux. Le projet aboutira à un total de douze nouveaux produits utilisant de nouvelles matières premières, qui devront satisfaire aux critères plus stricts pour les produits biologiques. La principale caractéristique qui distingue ces matières premières des autres est qu’elles sont obtenues à partir de cultures certifiées selon la philosophie de la production durable. Il s’agit de contrôler strictement la chaîne d’approvisionnement et le cycle de vie du produit. L’objectif de cette approche est de réduire les incidences négatives sur l’environnement, y compris sur les sols, la biodiversité, les ressources en carbone organique et de protéger les ressources naturelles en prévenant la surexploitation des zones cultivées et le contrôle de la chaîne d’approvisionnement. La performance environnementale des produits sur lesquels les travaux seront réalisés ne se limite pas à l’approvisionnement en matières premières. Les produits biologiques, contrairement aux autres produits, doivent également avoir des performances environnementales tout au long de leur cycle de vie de production, en particulier lorsqu’ils ont le plus d’impact sur l’environnement. Dans le cadre de la coopération avec le contractant, une étude sera menée sur le développement et l’optimisation des recettes de douze produits. Démontrer leur efficacité appropriée afin que ces produits puissent satisfaire aux exigences de certification pour l’étiquette ECOLABEL et répondre à la demande du marché pour les produits biologiques. Die neuen Kriterien für ökologische/biologische Erzeugnisse mit EU-Kennzeichnung verlangten, dass das Unternehmen mit dem ECOLABEL-Label Bio-Produkte auf dem Markt halten musste, um mit der Arbeit an neuen Formeln der Bio-Serie zu beginnen. Allerdings geht das Unternehmen, das das große Potenzial dieser Art von Produkten sieht, neben der Entwicklung neuer Rezepturen für bestehende Produkte einen Schritt nach vorne und plant, Rezepte für völlig neue Produkte zu entwickeln. Das Projekt wird insgesamt zwölf neue Produkte mit neuen Rohstoffen zur Folge haben, die die strengeren Kriterien für Bio-Produkte erfüllen müssen. Das Hauptmerkmal, das diese Rohstoffe von anderen unterscheidet, ist, dass sie nach der Philosophie der nachhaltigen Produktion aus zertifizierten Kulturen gewonnen werden. Dies ist eine strikte Kontrolle der Lieferkette und des Produktlebenszyklus. Ziel dieses Ansatzes ist es, negative Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt, einschließlich Boden, biologische Vielfalt, organische Kohlenstoffressourcen, zu verringern und natürliche Ressourcen zu schützen, indem eine übermäßige Nutzung von Anbauflächen und die Kontrolle der Lieferkette verhindert werden. Die Umweltverträglichkeit der Produkte, an denen die Arbeiten durchgeführt werden, beschränkt sich nicht auf die Beschaffung von Rohstoffen. Bio-Produkte müssen im Gegensatz zu anderen Produkten auch während ihres gesamten Produktionslebenszyklus eine Umweltleistung aufweisen, insbesondere wenn sie die meisten Umweltauswirkungen haben. Im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Auftragnehmer wird eine Studie über die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Rezepturen von zwölf Produkten durchgeführt. Op grond van de nieuwe criteria voor EU-gelabelde biologische producten moest het bedrijf biologische producten met het ECOLABEL-label op de markt houden om te beginnen met het werken aan nieuwe formules van de biologische serie. Echter, het bedrijf dat het grote potentieel van dit type producten ziet in aanvulling op het ontwikkelen van nieuwe recepten voor bestaande producten gaat een stap vooruit en is van plan om recepten voor volledig nieuwe producten te ontwikkelen. Het project zal resulteren in in totaal twaalf nieuwe producten die nieuwe grondstoffen gebruiken, die zullen moeten voldoen aan de strengere criteria voor biologische producten. Het belangrijkste kenmerk dat deze grondstoffen onderscheidt van andere is dat ze worden verkregen uit gecertificeerde gewassen volgens de filosofie van duurzame productie. Dit is om de toeleveringsketen en de levenscyclus van het product strikt te controleren. Het doel van deze aanpak is de negatieve gevolgen voor het milieu, onder meer voor de bodem, de biodiversiteit en de biologische koolstofvoorraden, te verminderen en natuurlijke hulpbronnen te beschermen door overexploitatie van bebouwde gebieden en controle van de toeleveringsketen te voorkomen. De milieuprestaties van de producten waaraan werkzaamheden zullen worden verricht, zijn niet beperkt tot het betrekken van grondstoffen. Biologische producten moeten, in tegenstelling tot andere producten, ook gedurende hun hele productiecyclus milieuprestaties hebben, vooral wanneer ze de meeste milieueffecten hebben. In het kader van de samenwerking met de contractant zal een studie worden uitgevoerd naar de ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van recepten van twaalf producten. Aantonen dat zij doeltreffend zijn, zodat deze producten kunnen voldoen aan de certificeringseisen voor het ECOLABEL-label en kunnen voldoen aan de marktvraag naar biologische producten. (Dutch)
