Przedmiotem wniosku o dofinansowanie jest budowa naziemnego parkingu „Parkuj i Jedź” w Bieniewicach. Teren inwestycji położony jest na działce ewidencyjnej nr 210/4, obręb 0004. Miejsce realizacji inwestycji to teren położony od południa wzdłuż drogi powiatowej 4107W relacji Błonie – Dębówka (ul. Bieniewicka / ul. Błońska) w Bieniewicach, natomiast od północy teren graniczy z pasem kolejowym. Parking P+R został zlokalizowany bezpośrednio przed przejazdem kolejowym na ulicy Błońskiej od strony sołectwa Bieniowice, w bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie stacji kolejowej Witanów. Projekt zakłada budowę 70 stanowisk postojowych dla samochodów osobowych oraz 2 miejsca parkingowe przeznaczone dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz 30 miejsc parkingowych dla rowerów. Planowany parking podziemny „Parkuj i Jedź” będzie posiadał następujące elementy wyposażenia: - zadaszenie nad miejscami parkingowymi dla rowerów, - monitoring, - oświetlenie. Inwestycja podzielona jest na 3 zadania. Parking będzie objęty wspólną identyfikacją wizualną przewidzianą dla wszystkich parkingów tworzonych w ramach ZIT WOF. Przedsięwzięcie swoim zakresem obejmuje również działania promocyjno-informacyjne zgodne z obowiązkami informacyjnymi beneficjenta realizującego projekt w ramach Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Mazowieckiego na lata 2014-2020. W ramach projektu zastosowano mechanizmy uwzględniające wszystkich użytkowników, zgodnie z zasadami uniwersalnego projektowania. Projekt jest zgodny z dokumentem „Analiza możliwości rozwoju systemów parkingów „Parkuj i Jedź” dla Warszawskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego do roku 2023”. Dzięki realizacji inwestycji powstanie: 1 obiekt "Parkuj i Jedz" z 70 stanowiskami postojowych dla samochodów, 1 obiekt przystosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami z 2 miejscami parkingowymi dla os. z niepełnosprawnościami oraz 1 obiekt "Bike&Ride" posiadający 30 miejsc parkingowych dla rowerów. The subject of the application for funding is the construction of the ground car park “Parkuj i Edź” in Bieniewice. The investment area is located on the registration plot no. 210/4, part 0004. The location of the investment is an area located from the south along the county road 4107 In relation to Błonie – Dębówka (ul. Bieniewicka/ul. Błońska) in Bieniewice, while to the north the area is bordered by a railway strip. The P+R car park was located directly in front of the railway crossing on Błońska Street from the village of Bieniowice, in the immediate vicinity of the Witanów railway station. The project involves the construction of 70 parking spaces for passenger cars and 2 parking spaces for people with disabilities and 30 parking spaces for bicycles. The planned underground car park “Park and Eat” will have the following equipment: — roof over parking spaces for bicycles, – monitoring, – lighting. The investment is divided into 3 tasks. The parking lot will be covered by a common visual identification provided for all parking lots created within the framework of the WOF ZIT. The project also includes promotion and information activities in accordance with the information obligations of the beneficiary implementing the project under the Regional Operational Programme of the Mazovian Voivodship for the years 2014-2020. The project uses mechanisms that take account of all users, in accordance with the principles of universal design. The project is in accordance with the document "Analysis of the possibilities of development of parking systems "Park and Eat" for the Warsaw Functional Area until 2023. Thanks to the implementation of the investment, the following will be created: 1 facility "Park and Eat" with 70 parking stations for cars, 1 facility adapted to the needs of people with disabilities with 2 parking spaces for people with disabilities and 1 facility "Bike&Ride" with 30 parking spaces for bicycles. L’objet de la demande de financement est la construction d’un parking au sol «Parkuj i Jedź» à Bieniewice. La superficie de l’investissement est située sur la parcelle cadastrale no 210/4, superficie 0004. Le lieu de mise en œuvre de l’investissement est la zone située du sud le long de la route de district 4107 W relation Błonie — Dębówka (ul. Bieniewicka/ul. Błońska) à Bieniewice, tandis qu’au nord, la région est bordée par une voie ferrée. Le parking P+R était situé juste avant le passage à niveau sur la rue Błońska depuis le village de Bieniowice, à proximité immédiate de la gare de l’accueil. Le projet prévoit la construction de 70 places de stationnement pour les voitures particulières et de 2 places de stationnement pour les personnes handicapées et de 30 places de stationnement pour les vélos. Le parking souterrain prévu «Parkuj i Ride» sera équipé des équipements suivants: — toit sur les places de stationnement pour vélos, — surveillance, — éclairage. L’investissement est divisé en 3 tâches. Le parking sera couvert par l’identification visuelle commune fournie pour toutes les aires de stationnement créées dans le cadre de l’ITI WOF. Le champ d’application du projet comprend également des actions de promotion et d’information conformément aux obligations d’information du bénéficiaire mettant en œuvre le projet dans le cadre du programme opérationnel régional pour la voïvodie de Mazowieckie pour la période 2014-2020. Le projet utilise des mécanismes qui incluent tous les utilisateurs, conformément aux principes de conception universelle. Le projet est conforme au document «Analyse du développement possible des systèmes de stationnement»Parkuj et Ride«pour la zone fonctionnelle de Varsovie jusqu’en 2023». Grâce à la mise en œuvre de l’investissement: 1 installation «Parkuj i JEDZ» avec 70 places de stationnement pour voitures, 1 installation adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées avec 2 places de stationnement pour personnes handicapées et 1 objet «Bike &Ride» avec 30 places de stationnement pour vélos. Gegenstand des Förderantrags ist der Bau eines Parkplatzes „Parkuj i Jedź“ in Bieniewice. Die Fläche der Investition befindet sich auf Katastergrundstück Nr. 210/4, Fläche 0004. Ort der Durchführung der Investition ist das Gebiet von Süden entlang der Kreisstraße 4107 W Beziehung Błonie – Dębówka (ul. Bieniewicka/ul. Błońska) in Bieniewice, während im Norden das Gebiet von einer Eisenbahnspur begrenzt wird. Der Parkplatz P+R befand sich direkt vor der Bahnüberfahrt auf der Błońska Straße vom Dorf Bieniowice, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs der Begrüßung. Das Projekt umfasst den Bau von 70 Parkplätzen für Personenkraftwagen und 2 Parkplätze für Menschen mit Behinderungen und 30 Stellplätze für Fahrräder. Die geplante Tiefgarage „Parkuj i Ride“ verfügt über folgende Ausstattung: — Dach über Parkplätzen für Fahrräder, – Überwachung, – Beleuchtung. Die Investition ist in 3 Aufgaben unterteilt. Der Parkplatz wird durch die gemeinsame visuelle Identifizierung für alle im Rahmen der ITI WOF geschaffenen Parkplätze abgedeckt. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst auch Werbe- und Informationsmaßnahmen gemäß den Informationspflichten des Begünstigten, der das Projekt im Rahmen des regionalen operationellen Programms für die Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie für den Zeitraum 2014-2020 durchführt. Das Projekt verwendet Mechanismen, die alle Benutzer umfassen, im Einklang mit den Grundsätzen des universellen Designs. Das Projekt steht im Einklang mit dem Dokument „Analyse der möglichen Entwicklung von Parkanlagen“Parkuj und Ride„für den Warschauer Funktionsbereich bis 2023“. De plaats van uitvoering van de investering is het gebied gelegen vanuit het zuiden langs de districtsweg 4107 W relatie Błonie — Dębówka (ul. Bieniewicka/ul. Błońska) in Bieniewice, terwijl het gebied in het noorden grenst aan een spoorbaan. De P+R parkeerplaats was direct voor de spoorwegovergang op Błońska straat vanaf het dorp Bieniowice, in de directe omgeving van het treinstation van de ontvangst.
