Zgodnie z przeprowadzoną analizą wsparciem zostanie objęte Samorządowe Przedszkole "Krasnoludek" w Brańszczyku (dalej P)woj.Mazowieckie.Gł.cel projektu (dalej pr)jest zwiększenie w okresie VII.2017-VIII.2018 dostępności do eduk przedszk poprzez stworzenie 25(13K/12M) miejsc wych przedszk dla dzieci w wieku 3-4 lata,rozszerzenie oferty OWP o dod zajęcia logopedyczne zwiększające szanse eduk oraz wyrównujące zdiagnozowane deficyty(8os,4K/4M),doskonalenie umiejętności n-la OWP odo pracy z dziećmi w wieku przedszk,w tym w szczególności z dziećmi ze spec potrzebami eduk.Nowe miejsca przedszk w ramach pr zostaną utworzone dla dzieci 3-4 letnich w 2017r.w wyniku adaptacji istniejącej bazy oświat na ter P.W celu zwiększenia dostępnych w P miejsc zostaną zakupione meble,pomoce dydak niezbędne do wspomagania rozwoju dzieci.Realiz wsparcia na rzecz danego OWP została poprzedzona diagnozą przygotowaną w III.2017r przez OWP i zatwierdzoną przez organ prowadzący OWP - Gminę Brańszczyk.Beneficjent oświadcza,że realiz zajęć dod dla dzieci jest uzupełnieniem działań przewidzianych do realizndziałań w OWP w typie operacji A:tworzenie nowych miejsc wych.przedszk.Wnioskodawca (dalej Wn) oświadcza,że pr nie jest zakończony w rozumieniu z art.65 ust.6 rozporządzenia ogólnego.W ramach pr zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki:-wskaźnik rezult bezpośr:l-ba n-li,którzy uzyskali kwalif lub nabyli kompet po opuszczeniu programu;wzrost l-by dzieci objętych wsparciem w ramach eduk przedszk na ter gminy;l-ba utworzonych miejsc wych przedszk,które funkcjonują 2 lata po uzyskaniu dofin ze środków EFS;-wkaźnik prod:l-ba miejsc wych przedszk dofinansowanych w progr;l-ba dzieci objętych w ramach progr dod zajęciami zwiększającymi ich szanse eduk w ed-cji przedskolnej;l-ba n-li objętych wsparciem w progr.W ramach pr zostaną zrealizow poniższe zadania:stworzenie nowego oddziału wych przedszk,organizacja dod zajęć dla dzieci.Beneficjent składa nie więcej niż 1 wniosek o dof.Okres realiz pr nie przekracza 18 m-cy. Selon l’analyse effectuée, un soutien sera apporté à la maternelle «krasnoludek» de Brańszczyk (ci-après P)woj.Mazowieckie.Le projet (ci-après dénommé «pr») vise à accroître la disponibilité des fronts à l’éducation au cours de la période VII.2017-VIII.2018 en créant 25 places (13K/12M) de front pour les enfants âgés de 3 à 4 ans, afin d’étendre l’offre de l’OLP avec des thérapies vocales supplémentaires qui augmentent les chances d’éducation et d’égaliser les déficits diagnostiqués (8os,4K/4M), L’amélioration des compétences n-la PLO depuis le travail avec les enfants d’âge préscolaire, en particulier les enfants ayant des besoins éducatifs particuliers.De nouveaux places pour le front dans le cadre seront créées pour les enfants de 3 à 4 ans en 2017 grâce à l’adaptation de la base éducative existante au ter P.Afin d’augmenter les places disponibles en P, le mobilier sera acheté, les supports pédagogiques nécessaires pour soutenir le développement des enfants.Le réalisme du soutien à une OLP donnée a été précédé d’un diagnostic préparé en III.2017 par l’OLP et approuvé par l’organisme responsable de l’OWP — Municipalité de Brańszczyk. la mise en œuvre d’activités d’évitement en faveur des enfants est un complément aux activités prévues pour la mise en œuvre d’actions à l’OLP dans le type d’opération A: la création de nouveaux lieux en première ligne.Le demandeur (ci-après dénommé «Wn») déclare qu’elle n’est pas achevée au sens de l’article 65, paragraphe 6, du règlement général.Dans le cadre de pr, des indicateurs seront atteints:-indicateur des résultats bezpośr:l-ba n-li, qui ont obtenu une qualification ou acquis un compet après avoir quitté le programme; la croissance des enfants soutenus par l’éducation préscolaire;l-ba a créé des places dans le front,qui fonctionnent deux ans après l’obtention d’un financement du FSE;-indicateur prod:l-ba lieux de front cofinancés par le progr;l-ba enfants inclus dans le seuil avec des classes augmentant leurs chances d’éducation en édition pré-lope; L-ba n-li soutenu dans le progr.Dans le cadre du projet sera mis en œuvre la nouvelle branche des fronts suivants, organisation des ajouts de classes pour enfants.Le bénéficiaire ne présente pas plus d’une demande pour dof.La période de mise en œuvre du projet ne dépasse pas 18 mois. Nach der durchgeführten Analyse wird der Kindergarten „krasnoludek“ in Brańszczyk (nachfolgend P)woj.Mazowieckie unterstützt.Ziel des Projekts (im Folgenden „P“) ist es, die Verfügbarkeit von Stirnen für die Bildung im Zeitraum VII.2017-VIII.2018 durch Schaffung von 25 (13K/12M) Stirnplätzen für Kinder im Alter von 3-4 Jahren zu erhöhen, das Angebot der PLO um zusätzliche Sprachtherapien zu erweitern, die die Chancen auf Bildung erhöhen und diagnostizierte Defizite ausgleichen (8os,4K/4M), Verbesserung der Fähigkeiten n-la PLO seit der Arbeit mit Kindern im Vorschulalter, insbesondere Kindern mit besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen.Neue Plätze für die Stirn innerhalb des Rahmens werden für 3-4 Jahre alte Kinder im Jahr 2017 infolge der Anpassung der bestehenden Bildungsbasis an ter P geschaffen.Um die verfügbaren Plätze in P zu erhöhen, werden die Möbel gekauft, die zur Unterstützung der Entwicklung von Kindern notwendigen Lehrhilfen. die Durchführung von Dodging-Aktivitäten für Kinder ist eine Ergänzung zu den für die Durchführung von Maßnahmen der PLO in der Art der Operation A: Schaffung neuer Plätze im Vordergrund.Der Antragsteller (nachstehend „Wn“ genannt) erklärt, dass er nicht im Sinne von Artikel 65 Absatz 6 der Allgemeinen Verordnung abgeschlossen ist.Im Rahmen von pr werden Indikatoren erreicht:-Indikator der Ergebnisse bezpośr:l-ba n-li, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm eine Qualifikation erworben oder ein Kompet erworben haben; das Wachstum von Kindern, die durch Vorschulbildung gefördert werden; l-ba schuf Plätze in den Stirnen,die zwei Jahre nach Erhalt der Mittel aus dem ESF betrieben werden;-Indikator prod:l-ba Orte der Stirn, die von den Progr;l-ba-Kindern kofinanziert werden, die in der Schwelle enthalten sind, wobei Klassen, die ihre Bildungschancen in Pre-Slope-Ausgaben erhöhen, L-ba n-li unterstützt im Rahmen des Projekts.Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die folgende neue Zweigstelle der Stirn umgesetzt werden, Organisation der Ergänzungen von Klassen für Kinder.Der Begünstigte reicht nicht mehr als 1 Antrag für dof.Der Zeitraum der Durchführung des Projekts darf 18 Monate nicht überschreiten. Volgens de uitgevoerde analyse zal steun worden verleend aan de „krasnoludek” kleuterschool in Brańszczyk (hierna P)woj.Mazowieckie.Het doel van het project (hierna „pr” genoemd) is de beschikbaarheid van voorhoofden voor het onderwijs in de periode VII.2017-VIII.2018 te vergroten door 25(13K/12M) plaatsen van voorhoofden voor kinderen van 3-4 jaar te creëren, het aanbod van de PLO uit te breiden met extra spraaktherapieën die de kansen op onderwijs vergroten en gediagnosticeerde tekorten verkleinen (8os,4K/4M), verbetering van de vaardigheden n-la PLO sinds het werken met kinderen van voorschoolse leeftijd,in het bijzonder kinderen met speciale onderwijsbehoeften.Nieuwe plaatsen voor voorhoofd binnen het kader zullen worden gecreëerd voor 3-4 jaar oude kinderen in 2017 als gevolg van de aanpassing van de bestaande onderwijsbasis aan ter P.Om de beschikbare plaatsen in P te verhogen, het meubilair zal worden gekocht, de onderwijshulpmiddelen die nodig zijn om de ontwikkeling van kinderen te ondersteunen.Het realisme van de steun voor een bepaalde PLO werd voorafgegaan door een diagnose opgesteld in III.2017 door de PLO en goedgekeurd door de instantie die de OWP — gemeente Brańszczyk.
