Celem głównym projektu jest dostosowanie oferty szkolnictwa zawodowego do potrzeb rynku pracy w pow. puławskim. Uzupełnia go cel pomocniczy: poprawa jakości i efektywności kształcenia zawodowego w pow. puławskim. Do osiągnięcia ww. celów przyczyni się realizacja zadań: *Modernizacja i dostosowanie pracowni technologii gastronomicznej w SOSW (m.in. dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan i wentylacji), laboratorium diagnostyczne i anatomiczno-zootechnicznej w ZS3 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan) oraz p. fryzjerskiej w ZS1 (dostosowanie stanowisk pracy ucznia, przebudowa instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan). *Wyposażenie w nowoczesny sprzęt w oparciu o rekomendacje KOWEZiU 33 pracowni/warsztatów dla 19 zawodów (w tym większość to inteligentne specjalizacje) Zarówno prace modernizacyjne jaki i wyposażenie przyczynią się do zindywidualizowania podejścia do ucznia (mniejsze grupy uczniów). Projekt obejmuje koszty promocji, prac przygotowawczych, nadzorów i zarządzania projektem. W ramach projektu wdrożony zostanie system badania losów absolwentów i pomocy kandydatom/uczniom w wyborze kierunku/specjalizacji. Kluczowym rezultatem projektu jest rzeczywista liczba użytkowników infrastruktury, która w XII 2019r. wyniesie 1244 uczniów. Wskaźnik produktu to 8 wspartych obiektów, wyposażonych w 299 szt. sprzętu i potencjał wspartej infrastruktury obejmujący 1258 uczniów. Bezpośrednią grupą docelową są uczniowie, pośrednio z rezultatów projektu będą korzystali przedsiębiorcy funkcjonujący na terenie pow. puławskiego, nauczyciele i mieszkańcy. Podstawowym efektem realizacji projektu jest wzmocniona współpraca z lokalnymi przedsiębiorcami, wzmocnienie kształcenia zawodowego (zwiększenie zdawalności egzaminów zawodowych) oraz większa popularyzacja szkolnictwa zawodowego. Dzięki projektowi zwiększy się liczba wykwalifikowanych specjalistów w branżach pożądanych na lokalnym rynku pracy. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to adapt the offer of vocational education to the needs of the labour market in the Puławy district. It is complemented by ancillary objective: improving the quality and effectiveness of vocational training in the Puławy region. The achievement of the following objectives will contribute to the achievement of the following objectives: *Modernisation and adaptation of catering technology laboratory in SOSW (including adaptation of student workstations, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage systems), diagnostic and anatomical-zootechnical laboratory in ZS3 (adaptation of the student’s workstations, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage system) and the barber’s office in ZS1 (adaptation of the student’s workstation, reconstruction of electrical installations, water and sewerage system). *Equipment with modern equipment based on KOWEZiU recommendations 33 workshops/workshops for 19 professions (most of which are intelligent specialisations) Both modernisation and equipment will contribute to individualising the approach to the student (less groups of students). The project covers the costs of promotion, preparatory work, supervision and project management. Within the framework of the project, a system will be implemented to examine the fate of graduates and help candidates/students in choosing the direction/specialisation. The key result of the project is the actual number of users of the infrastructure, which will reach 1244 pupils in XII 2019. The product index is 8 supported facilities, equipped with 299 pieces of equipment and the potential of supported infrastructure comprising 1258 pupils. The direct target group is students, indirectly the results of the project will be used by entrepreneurs operating in the Puławy area, teachers and residents. The main effect of the project is enhanced cooperation with local entrepreneurs, strengthening vocational training (increasing the passing of vocational exams) and increasing the popularisation of vocational education. L’objectif principal du projet est d’adapter l’offre de formation professionnelle aux besoins du marché du travail dans la région de Puławy. Il est complété par un objectif subsidiaire: améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité de la formation professionnelle dans la région de Puławy. La mise en œuvre des tâches suivantes contribuera à la réalisation de ces objectifs: *Modernisation et adaptation du laboratoire de technologie de la restauration à SOSW (par exemple adaptation des postes de travail des étudiants, reconstruction d’installations électriques, canaux d’eau et ventilation), laboratoire de diagnostic et anatomique-zootechnique en ZS3 (ajustement des postes de travail des étudiants, reconstruction des installations électriques, canalisations d’eau) et coiffeur en ZS1 (ajustement des postes de travail des étudiants, reconstruction des installations électriques, canal d’eau). *Équipement avec des équipements modernes basés sur les recommandations de KOWEZiU 33 studios/ateliers pour 19 professions (la plupart d’entre eux sont des spécialisations intelligentes) Les travaux de modernisation et l’équipement contribueront à individualiser l’approche de l’étudiant (petits groupes d’étudiants). Le projet couvre les coûts de promotion, de préparation, de supervision et de gestion du projet. Le projet mettra en place un système de suivi des diplômés et aidera les candidats et les étudiants à choisir leur direction/spécialisation. Le principal résultat du projet est le nombre réel d’utilisateurs de l’infrastructure, qui touchera 1244 étudiants en décembre 2019. L’indicateur de réalisation est de 8 installations bénéficiant d’un soutien, équipées de 299 équipements et de la capacité de l’infrastructure soutenue couvrant 1258 étudiants. Le groupe cible direct est constitué d’étudiants et, indirectement, les résultats du projet seront utilisés par les entrepreneurs de la région de Puławy, les enseignants et les résidents. Le principal effet du projet est le renforcement de la coopération avec les entrepreneurs locaux, le renforcement de la formation professionnelle (augmentation de la réussite des examens professionnels) et la vulgarisation de l’enseignement professionnel. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Anpassung des Ausbildungsangebots an die Bedürfnisse des Arbeitsmarktes in der Region Puławy. Sie wird durch ein subsidiäres Ziel ergänzt: Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz der Berufsbildung in der Region Puławy. Die Durchführung der folgenden Aufgaben wird zur Erreichung dieser Ziele beitragen: *Modernisierung und Anpassung des Catering-Technologielabors in SOSW (z. B. Anpassung von Studentenarbeitsplätzen, Rekonstruktion elektrischer Installationen, Wasserkanal und Lüftung), Diagnose- und anatomisch-zootechnisches Labor in ZS3 (Anpassung von Studentenarbeitsplätzen, Rekonstruktion elektrischer Anlagen, Wasserkannen) und Friseur in ZS1 (Anpassung der Studentenarbeitsplätze, Rekonstruktion elektrischer Anlagen, Wasserkanal). *Ausrüstung mit moderner Ausrüstung auf der Grundlage von Empfehlungen der KOWEZiU 33 Studios/Workshops für 19 Berufe (die meisten davon sind intelligente Spezialisierungen) Sowohl Modernisierungsarbeiten als auch Ausrüstung tragen zur Individualisierung des Ansatzes für den Schüler (kleinere Gruppen von Studenten) bei. Das Projekt deckt die Kosten für die Förderung, die Vorbereitungsarbeiten, die Überwachung und das Management des Projekts ab. Das Projekt wird ein Graduiertenverfolgungssystem implementieren und den Kandidaten/Studierenden dabei helfen, ihre Richtung/Spezialisierung zu wählen. Das wichtigste Ergebnis des Projekts ist die tatsächliche Zahl der Nutzer der Infrastruktur, die im Dezember 2019 1244 Studierende erreichen wird. Der Output-Indikator ist 8 unterstützte Einrichtungen, ausgestattet mit 299 Geräten und der Kapazität der unterstützten Infrastruktur für 1258 Studenten. Die direkte Zielgruppe sind Studierende, und indirekt werden die Ergebnisse des Projekts von Unternehmern, die in der Region Puławy tätig sind, sowie von Lehrern und Bewohnern genutzt. Die Hauptwirkung des Projekts ist die verstärkte Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Unternehmern, die Stärkung der beruflichen Bildung (Verbesserung der Absolvierung von Berufsprüfungen) und die Steigerung der Popularisierung der beruflichen Bildung. Das Projekt wird die Zahl der qualifizierten Fachkräfte in den auf dem lokalen Arbeitsmarkt gewünschten Branchen erhöhen. (German)

De belangrijkste doelstelling van het project is het aanpassen van het aanbod van beroepsonderwijs aan de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt in de regio Puławy. Het wordt aangevuld met een subsidiaire doelstelling: verbetering van de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de beroepsopleiding in de regio Puławy. De uitvoering van de volgende taken zal bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van deze doelstellingen: *Modernisering en aanpassing van het laboratorium voor cateringtechnologie in SOSW (bv. aanpassing van de werkplekken van studenten, reconstructie van elektrische installaties, waterkanaal en ventilatie), diagnostisch en anatomisch-zoötechnisch laboratorium in ZS3 (aanpassing van de werkstations van studenten, reconstructie van elektrische installaties, waterblikken) en kapper in ZS1 (aanpassing van de werkstations van studenten, reconstructie van elektrische installaties, waterkanaal). *Apparatuur met moderne apparatuur op basis van aanbevelingen van KOWEZiU 33 studio’s/workshops voor 19 beroepen (meestal slimme specialisaties) Zowel moderniseringswerken als apparatuur zullen bijdragen aan het individualiseren van de aanpak van de student (kleinere groepen studenten). Het project dekt de kosten van promotie, voorbereidende werkzaamheden, toezicht en beheer van het project. Het project zal een volgsysteem voor afgestudeerden implementeren en kandidaten/studenten helpen hun richting/specialisatie te kiezen. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is het werkelijke aantal gebruikers van de infrastructuur, dat in december 2019 1244 studenten zal bereiken. De outputindicator is 8 ondersteunde faciliteiten, uitgerust met 299 apparatuur en de capaciteit van de ondersteunde infrastructuur voor 1258 studenten. De directe doelgroep is studenten, en indirect zullen de resultaten van het project worden gebruikt door ondernemers die actief zijn in de regio Puławy, leraren en bewoners. Het belangrijkste effect van het project is de versterking van de samenwerking met lokale ondernemers, het versterken van de beroepsopleiding (verhogen van het behalen van beroepsexamens) en het vergroten van de popularisering van het beroepsonderwijs.
