Przez Mławę przebiegają dwa szlaki komunikacyjne TEN-T: kolejowy E65 i drogowy DK7 lecz z uwagi na brak odpowiedniej infrastruktury technicznej nie są one ze sobą odpowiednio powiązane. Dzięki realizacji projektu wybudowana zostanie infrastruktura drogowa, która będzie powiązana z planowanym do budowy w ramach odrębnego przedsięwzięcia obiektem nowego dworca zintegrowanego kolejowo-autobusowego w miejsce istniejącego przystanku osobowego. Wybudowana w ramach projektu droga długości 1,16km, łącząca ul. Kościuszki z ul. Sienkiewicza wraz z kanalizacją deszczową, oświetleniem, chodnikami i ścieżką rowerową zapewni niezbędne połączenie węzła przesiadkowego w tym planowanego do budowy dworca zintegrowanego z siecią drogową miasta. Miasto Mława dysponuje opracowaną dokumentacją projektową i posiada pozwolenie na budowę. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa spójności Miasta Mława z siecią TEN-T, dzięki skomunikowaniu węzła przesiadkowego z resztą miasta. Szczegółowe cele projektu to: 1) zmniejszenie natężenia ruchu pojazdów na ul. Kościuszki; 2) zmniejszenie natężenia ruchu na ulicach najbardziej obciążonych ruchem; 3) rozwój społeczno-gospodarczy poprzez zapewnienie lepszego dostępu do klientów oraz do miejsca prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej; 4) zapewnienie dogodnego dojazdu do węzła przesiadkowego; 5) poprawa bezpieczeństwa ruchu samochodowego, rowerowego i ruchu pieszych; 6) poprawa warunków użytkowania przez osoby niepełnosprawne; 7) poprawa dostępności zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej regionu; Grupą docelową są mieszkańcy Mławy oraz okolicznych terenów Północnego Mazowsza i południa województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, dla których Mława stawowi centrum życia gospodarczego i kulturalnego. Grupą docelową są też turyści odwiedzające Mławę, zwiedzający lokalne atrakcje i zabytki czy też oglądający rekonstrukcję bitwy pod Mławą z 1939r. Z uwagi na przedmiot projektu, którym jest budowa drogi etapy realizacji projektu są typowe dla tego rodzaju zadań. (Polish)

There are two TEN-T routes across Mława: the railway E65 and the road DK7 are not adequately interconnected due to the lack of adequate technical infrastructure. Thanks to the implementation of the project, road infrastructure will be built, which will be linked to the planned construction of the new railway and bus station in place of the existing passenger stop. A 1.16 km long road built as part of the project, connecting ul. Kosciuszko from ul. Sienkiewicza together with rain drainage, lighting, pavements and bicycle path will provide the necessary connection of the interchange node, including the planned railway station integrated with the road network of the city. The city of Mława has developed design documentation and has a building permit. The main objective of the project is to improve the coherence of the City of Mława with the TEN-T network, thanks to the communication of the interchange node with the rest of the city. The specific objectives of the project are: 1) reduction of vehicle traffic on ul. Kosciuszko, 2. reducing traffic on the most traffic-laden streets; 3) socio-economic development by ensuring better access to customers and to the place of business; 4) providing convenient access to the interchange node; 5) improving the safety of motor, cycling and pedestrian traffic; 6) improving the conditions of use by disabled persons; 7) improving the external and internal accessibility of the region; The target group is the inhabitants of Mława and the surrounding areas of Northern Mazovia and the southern region of Warmia-Mazury, for whom Mława ponds the centre of economic and cultural life. The target group is also tourists visiting Mława, visiting local attractions and monuments or watching the reconstruction of the Battle of Mława from 1939. Il existe deux voies de communication RTE-T à travers Mława: le rail E65 et la route DK7, mais en raison du manque d’infrastructures techniques adéquates, ne sont pas correctement reliés entre eux. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, des infrastructures routières seront construites, qui seront liées à la construction prévue d’une nouvelle gare ferroviaire et routière intégrée dans le cadre d’un projet distinct à la place de l’arrêt de voyageurs existant. Route de 1,16 km de long construite dans le cadre du projet, reliant ul. Kosciuszko d’ul. Dank der Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Straßeninfrastruktur gebaut, die an den geplanten Bau eines neuen integrierten Eisenbahn- und Busbahnhofs als Teil eines separaten Projekts an Stelle der bestehenden Haltestelle gekoppelt ist. 1,16 km lange Straße im Rahmen des Projekts gebaut, die ul. Kosciuszko aus ul. Sienkiewicza wird zusammen mit Regenwasser Kanalisation, Beleuchtung, Pflaster und Radweg die notwendige Verbindung des Verbindungsknotenpunktes gewährleisten, einschließlich der geplanten Station für den Bau einer integrierten Station mit dem Straßennetz der Stadt. Die Stadt Mława hat Designdokumentation entwickelt und verfügt über eine Baugenehmigung. Die Zielgruppe ist auch Touristen, die Mława besuchen, lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten und Denkmäler besuchen oder den Wiederaufbau der Schlacht von Mława 1939 beobachten. Dankzij de uitvoering van het project zal wegeninfrastructuur worden aangelegd, die zal worden gekoppeld aan de geplande bouw van een nieuw geïntegreerd spoorweg- en busstation als onderdeel van een afzonderlijk project ter vervanging van de bestaande passagiershalte. 1,16 km lange weg gebouwd als onderdeel van het project, verbinding ul. Kosciuszko uit ul.
