Projekt „Kultura Pod Napięciem” polega na adaptacji dwóch istniejących obiektów na cele kulturowe. Adaptacja budynku starej elektrowni uchroni go od całkowitej degradacji, a tym samym zniknięcia z mapy historycznej miasta. Inwestycja ta uporządkuje centrum Ostrowi i zwiększy jego atrakcyjność. Budynek starej elektrowni na stałe wpisze się w świadomość mieszkańców dotyczącą historii elektryfikacji Ostrowi Mazowieckiej. Będzie to kolejny bodziec do tworzenia więzi emocjonalnej mieszkańców z ich miastem. Obiekt elektrowni zostanie również zagospodarowany na cele ośrodka dokumentowania dziejów Ziemi Ostrowskiej i Północno – Wschodniego Mazowsza. Zaadoptowany budynek będzie pełnił funkcje wystawiennicze oraz gromadzenia, pozyskiwania, opracowywania i upowszechniania materiałów dotyczących dziejów miast osadzonych w historii północno – wschodniego Mazowsza. Drugim obiektem który będzie zaadoptowany w ramach projektu jest Dom Rodziny Pileckich. W obiekcie powstanie miejska instytucja kultury: Muzeum- Dom Rodziny Pileckich w Ostrowi Mazowieckiej. W ramach realizacji projektu będą prowadzone prace modernizacyjne i renowacyjne, które przyczynią się do zahamowania procesu degradacji domu, pozwalając na zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego dla przyszłych pokoleń. Połączenie funkcjonalne obu obiektów pozwoli na pełne przedstawienie oferty kulturowej miasta i regionu. Realizacja projektu ma na celu upowszechnienie dostępu do zasobów kultury poprzez adaptację obydwu obiektów w połączeniu z ich historią. Grupę docelową stanowią m.in.: mieszkańcy Miasta Ostrów Mazowiecka oraz okolicznych miejscowości oraz całego Ostrołęckiego Obszaru Problemowego - subregionu ostrołęckiego, środowiska artystyczne, w tym teatralne i muzyczne działające na terenie miasta i powiatu oraz artyści i zespoły artystyczne z całego województwa, podmioty z sektora kreatywnego. The project “Culture Under Voltage” consists of adapting two existing objects to cultural purposes. The adaptation of the old power plant building will protect it from total degradation and thus disappear from the historical map of the city. This investment will order Ostrowi’s centre and increase its attractiveness. The building of the old power plant will permanently enter into the awareness of residents about the history of electrification Ostrowiecka. This will be another incentive to create an emotional bond between residents and their city. The facility will also be developed for the purposes of documenting the history of Ostrowska and North-Eastern Mazovia. The adopted building will perform exhibition functions and collection, acquisition, development and dissemination of materials concerning the history of cities embedded in the history of north-eastern Mazovia. The second object to be adopted within the project is the Pilecki Family House. In the building there will be an urban cultural institution: Museum- House of the Pilecki Family in Ostrów Mazowiecka. As part of the project, modernisation and renovation works will be carried out, which will help to halt the process of degradation of the house, allowing the preservation of cultural heritage for future generations. The functional combination of both facilities will allow for a full presentation of the cultural offer of the city and region. The aim of the project is to promote access to cultural resources by adapting both objects in conjunction with their history. The target group shall include: residents of the City of Ostrów Mazowiecka and surrounding towns and the whole Ostrołęckie Problem Area – the Ostrołęckie subregion, artistic environments, including theatre and music operating in the city and county, as well as artists and artistic ensembles from the entire voivodship, entities from the creative sector. Le projet «Culture sous tension» consiste à adapter deux objets existants à des fins culturelles. L’adaptation de l’ancien bâtiment de la centrale la protégera de toute dégradation et disparaîtra ainsi de la carte historique de la ville. Cet investissement va commander le centre d’Ostrowi et le rendre plus attrayant. La construction de l’ancienne centrale s’inscrira en permanence dans la prise de conscience de l’histoire de l’électrification d’Ostrów Mazowiecka. Ce sera un autre stimulant pour créer un lien émotionnel entre les résidents et leur ville. L’usine sera également utilisée pour documenter l’histoire d’Ostrów et du nord-est de la Mazovie. Le bâtiment adopté effectuera des fonctions d’exposition ainsi que la collecte, l’acquisition, le développement et la diffusion de matériaux relatifs à l’histoire des villes habitées dans l’histoire de la Mazovie du nord-est. Le deuxième objet à adopter dans le cadre du projet est la Maison familiale Pilecki. Une institution culturelle urbaine sera créée dans l’établissement: Musée- Maison de la famille Pilecki à Ostrów Mazowiecka. Dans le cadre du projet, des travaux de modernisation et de rénovation seront réalisés, ce qui contribuera à enrayer la dégradation de la maison, ce qui permettra la préservation du patrimoine culturel pour les générations futures. La combinaison fonctionnelle des deux installations permettra une présentation complète de l’offre culturelle de la ville et de la région. L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir l’accès aux ressources culturelles par l’adaptation des deux sites en relation avec leur histoire. Le groupe cible comprend: résidents de la ville d’Ostrów Mazowiecka et des villes environnantes et de toute la zone problématique d’Ostrołęckie — la sous-région d’Ostrów, environnements artistiques, y compris le théâtre et la musique opérant dans la ville et le district, ainsi que des artistes et ensembles artistiques de toute la province, entités du secteur créatif. Das Projekt „Kultur unter Spannung“ besteht in der Anpassung von zwei vorhandenen Objekten an kulturelle Zwecke. Die Anpassung des alten Kraftwerksgebäudes wird es vor vollständiger Degradation schützen und damit von der historischen Karte der Stadt verschwinden. Diese Investition wird das Zentrum von Ostrowi anordnen und attraktiver machen. Der Bau des alten Kraftwerks wird dauerhaft in das Bewusstsein der Bewohner für die Geschichte der Elektrifizierung Ostrów Mazowiecka einfließen. Dies wird ein weiterer Anreiz sein, eine emotionale Verbindung zwischen den Bewohnern und ihrer Stadt zu schaffen. Die Anlage wird auch verwendet, um die Geschichte von Ostrów und Nordostmazovia zu dokumentieren. Das angenommene Gebäude wird Ausstellungsfunktionen sowie die Sammlung, Beschaffung, Entwicklung und Verbreitung von Materialien in Bezug auf die Geschichte der Städte, die in der Geschichte der nordöstlichen Mazovia bewohnt sind, durchführen. Die funktionale Kombination beider Einrichtungen ermöglicht eine vollständige Präsentation des kulturellen Angebots der Stadt und der Region. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu kulturellen Ressourcen durch die Anpassung beider Standorte in Verbindung mit ihrer Geschichte zu fördern. Die Zielgruppe umfasst: Bewohner der Stadt Ostrów Mazowiecka und die umliegenden Städte und das gesamte Ostrołęckie Problemgebiet – die Ostrów Subregion, künstlerische Umgebungen, einschließlich Theater und Musik in der Stadt und Bezirk, sowie Künstler und künstlerische Ensembles aus der ganzen Provinz, Einrichtungen aus der Kreativbranche. Het project „Cultuur onder spanning” bestaat uit het aanpassen van twee bestaande objecten aan culturele doeleinden. De aanpassing van de oude energiecentrale gebouw zal het beschermen tegen volledige afbraak en dus verdwijnen van de historische kaart van de stad. Deze investering zal het centrum van Ostrowi bestellen en aantrekkelijker maken. De bouw van de oude centrale zal permanent passen in het bewustzijn van de bewoners van de geschiedenis van Ostrów Mazowiecka elektrificatie. Dit zal een andere stimulans zijn om een emotionele band te creëren tussen bewoners en hun stad. De plant zal ook gebruikt worden om de geschiedenis van Ostrów en Noordoost Mazovia te documenteren. Het aangenomen gebouw zal tentoonstellingsfuncties uitvoeren, evenals de verzameling, verwerving, ontwikkeling en verspreiding van materialen die verband houden met de geschiedenis van de steden die in de geschiedenis van het noordoosten van Mazovia worden bewoond.
