Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępności usług społecznych na terenie gminy Janów Lubelski poprzez adaptację budynku na potrzeby utworzenia mieszkań socjalnych oraz mieszkania chronionego. W ramach zakresu rzeczowego projektu przewidziano utworzenie 10-ciu mieszkań (w tym 9 socjalnych i 1 chronione) w budynku objętym przedsięwzięciem. Liczba osób, która zamieszka w utworzonych mieszkaniach wynosi 38, a liczba osób oczekujących na mieszkanie wynosi 49. Budynek objęty projektem nie jest aktualnie użytkowany. Budynek ten posiada dwie kondygnacje nadziemne oraz stropodach. Budynek jest wyposażony w instalacje wod-kan i energetyczną. Inwestycja obejmuje przebudowę budynku oraz przyłącza. Powierzchnia zabudowy 287 m2. Powierzchnia terenu wolnego 1383 m2. Powierzchnia użytkowa 381,87 m2, w tym parter 195,84 m2, I piętro 186,03 m2. Wraz z modernizacją budynku i przyłączami wykonana będzie także kanalizacja sanitarna grawitacyjna o łącznej długości 173,1 m oraz odcinek kanalizacji tłocznej o długości 128,2 m. Dostawa wody realizowana będzie z istniejącej sieci wodociągowej. Zasilanie elektroenergetyczne realizowane będzie z nowoprojektowanego przyłącza kablowego nn. Wystąpi poprawa jakości świadczonych usług poprzez zastosowanie nowoczesnych technologii informacyjnych (sieć komputerowa umożliwiająca podłączenie również sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego i medycznego), a na wypadek zagrożeń bezpieczeństwo obiektów i użytkowników wraz z otoczeniem będzie zapewnione przez wykonanie monitoringu wizyjnego podłączonego do sieci miejskiej. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the availability of social services in the Janów Lubelski commune by adapting the building to create social housing and protected housing. As part of the project’s material scope, 10 apartments (including 9 social and 1 protected) will be created in the building covered by the project. The number of people to live in the created apartments is 38 and the number of people waiting for the apartment is 49. The building is not currently in use. The building has two floors and stropods. The building is equipped with water-channel and energy installations. The investment includes reconstruction of the building and connections. Surface area of 287 m². Free area of 1383 m². Usable area of 381.87 m², including ground floor 195.84 m², first floor 186.03 m². Along with the modernisation of the building and connections, there will also be a gravity sanitary sewer system with a total length of 173.1 m and a section of pressure drainage with a length of 128.2 m. The supply of water will be made from the existing water supply network. The power supply will be implemented from a newly designed nn cable connection. There will be an improvement in the quality of services provided through the use of modern information technologies (a computer network that also enables the connection of rehabilitation and medical equipment), and in case of threats, the safety of facilities and users together with the environment will be ensured by the execution of video surveillance connected to the urban network. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à accroître la disponibilité des services sociaux dans la municipalité de Janów Lubelski grâce à l’adaptation du bâtiment pour la création de logements sociaux et d’un appartement protégé. Le champ d’application matériel du projet prévoit la création de 10 appartements (dont 9 sociaux et 1 protégés) dans le bâtiment couvert par le projet. Le nombre de personnes vivant dans les logements créés est de 38 et le nombre de personnes en attente de logement est de 49. Le bâtiment couvert par le projet n’est pas actuellement utilisé. Le bâtiment dispose de deux étages hors-sol et de rénovations. Le bâtiment est équipé d’installations de canalisation d’eau et d’énergie. L’investissement comprend la reconstruction du bâtiment et le raccordement. Superficie du bâtiment de 287 m². Surface libre 1 383 m². Surface utilisable 381,87 m², y compris rez-de-chaussée 195,84 m², 186,03 m² au premier étage. Parallèlement à la modernisation du bâtiment et des raccordements, il y aura également un système d’assainissement par gravité d’une longueur totale de 173,1 m et une section du réseau d’assainissement sous pression d’une longueur de 128,2 m. L’approvisionnement en eau sera assuré à partir du réseau d’approvisionnement en eau existant. L’alimentation sera faite à partir de la nouvelle connexion de câble nn. Il y aura une amélioration de la qualité des services fournis par l’utilisation des technologies de l’information modernes (réseau informatique permettant également la connexion d’équipements de réhabilitation et médicaux) et, en cas de menaces, la sécurité des installations et des utilisateurs ainsi que des environs sera assurée par la mise en place d’une vidéosurveillance connectée au réseau urbain. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, die Verfügbarkeit sozialer Dienstleistungen in der Gemeinde Janów Lubelski durch die Anpassung des Gebäudes für die Schaffung von Sozialwohnungen und eine geschützte Wohnung zu erhöhen. Der materielle Umfang des Projekts sieht die Schaffung von 10 Wohnungen (darunter 9 sozial und 1 geschützt) in dem von dem Projekt abgedeckten Gebäude vor. Die Zahl der Personen, die in den geschaffenen Wohnungen leben, beträgt 38 und die Zahl der Personen, die auf Wohnungen warten, 49. Das vom Projekt abgedeckte Gebäude ist derzeit nicht in Betrieb. Das Gebäude verfügt über zwei Obergeschosse und Renovierungen. Das Gebäude ist mit Wasser- und Energieanlagen ausgestattet. Die Investition umfasst den Wiederaufbau des Gebäudes und die Verbindung. Baufläche von 287 m². Freie Fläche 1 383 m². Nutzfläche 381,87 m², einschließlich Erdgeschoss 195,84 m², 186,03 m² 1. Stock. Zusammen mit der Modernisierung des Gebäudes und der Anschlüsse wird es auch eine Schwerkraftentsorgung mit einer Gesamtlänge von 173,1 m und einen Abschnitt des Druckkanalisationssystems mit einer Länge von 128,2 m geben. Die Wasserversorgung erfolgt aus dem bestehenden Wasserversorgungsnetz. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt aus dem neu konzipierten Kabelanschluss nn. Het aantal personen dat in de gecreëerde woningen woont is 38 en het aantal personen dat op huisvesting wacht is 49. Het gebouw waarop het project betrekking heeft, is momenteel niet in gebruik. Het gebouw heeft twee bovengrondse verdiepingen en renovaties. Het gebouw is uitgerust met waterafvoer- en energie-installaties. De investering omvat de wederopbouw van het gebouw en de verbinding. Bouwoppervlakte van 287 m². Vrije oppervlakte 1 383 m². Bruikbare oppervlakte 381,87 m², inclusief begane grond 195,84 m², 186,03 m² eerste verdieping. Samen met de modernisering van het gebouw en de aansluitingen zal er ook een zwaartekrachtsaneringssysteem zijn met een totale lengte van 173,1 m en een gedeelte van het rioleringssysteem met een lengte van 128,2 m. De watervoorziening zal worden uitgevoerd vanuit het bestaande waterleidingnet. Voeding zal worden gemaakt van de nieuw ontworpen kabelverbinding nn. De kwaliteit van de dienstverlening zal worden verbeterd door het gebruik van moderne informatietechnologieën (computernetwerk waarmee ook revalidatie- en medische apparatuur kan worden aangesloten) en in geval van bedreigingen zal de veiligheid van voorzieningen en gebruikers in combinatie met de omgeving worden gewaarborgd door het uitvoeren van videobewaking die verbonden is met het stedelijke netwerk.
