Celem głównym planowanego projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska dzięki uporządkowaniu gospodarki wodociągowej w Gminie Ułęż. W ramach projektu "Poprawa infrastruktury wodociągowej w Gminie Ułęż" gmina planuje zrealizować przedsięwzięcie inwestycyjne, które będzie obejmowało swoim zakresem modernizację stacji wodociągowych w Białkach Dolnych i Zosinie polegającą na modernizacji budynków, wymianie urządzeń technologicznych uzdatniania wody, wymianie instalacji elektrycznej, modernizacji ogrodzenia placu, utwardzeniu placu, uzupełnienie zieleni istniejącej, rekonstrukcji studni nr 1 w Białkach Dolnych. Projekt zakłada także montaż wodomierzy z wyższą klasą metrologiczną, odpornych na działanie pola magnetycznego i wyposażonych w nakładkę do odczytu radiowego, który umożliwia odczyt wskazań w przypadku utrudnienia dostępu lub braku obecności odbiorcy. System odczytu radiowego ponadto umożliwia odczyt na określoną datę , określenie awarii na instalacji wewnętrznej (stały wyciek), określenie czasu przyłożenia magnesu, określenia daty niepożądanej ingerencji w wodomierz . Dodatkowo zostanie wykorzystany system ICT wspomagający zarządzanie gospodarką wodną. Zastosowanie radiowego odczytu wodomierzy pozwoli na lepszą kontrolę i zmniejszenie zużycia wody.Grupą docelową omawianego projektu będą mieszkańcy gminy Ułęż, którzy będą korzystać z rezultatów realizacji przedsięwzięcia czyli lepszej jakości dostarczanej wody. Projekt jest korzystny ze względu na realizację celów środowiskowych jakimi są obniżenie niekontrolowanych strat i poprawa jakości wody pitnej oraz podniesienie jakości życia mieszkańców. (Polish)

The main objective of the planned project is to improve the quality of the environment by ordering the water supply management in the Ułęż Municipality. As part of the project “Improving water supply infrastructure in the Ułęż Municipality”, the municipality plans to implement an investment project, which will include modernisation of water supply stations in Dolny and Zosin proteins, consisting of modernisation of buildings, replacement of technological equipment for water treatment, replacement of electrical installations, modernisation of the square fence, hardening of the square, addition of existing greenery, reconstruction of well No. 1 in Dolny proteins. The project also includes the installation of water meters with a higher metrological class, resistant to magnetic field and equipped with a radio reading overlay, which allows to read the indications in case of obstruction of access or absence of the recipient. The radio reading system also allows you to read for a specified date, determine the failure on the internal installation (permanent leakage), determine the time of application of the magnet, determine the date of undesirable interference with the water meter. In addition, an ICT system supporting water management will be used. The use of radio water meter reading will allow for better control and reduction of water consumption.The target group of the project will be residents of the municipality of Ułęż, who will benefit from the results of the project, i.e. better quality of the water supplied. The project is beneficial due to the achievement of the environmental objectives of reducing uncontrolled losses and improving the quality of drinking water and improving the quality of life of residents. L’objectif principal du projet envisagé est d’améliorer la qualité de l’environnement en ordonnant la gestion de l’approvisionnement en eau dans la municipalité d’Ułęż. Dans le cadre du projet «Amélioration des infrastructures d’approvisionnement en eau dans la municipalité d’Ułęż», la municipalité prévoit la mise en œuvre d’un projet d’investissement, qui comprendra la modernisation des stations d’approvisionnement en eau des basses protéines et de Zosinie, consistant en la modernisation des bâtiments, le remplacement des équipements technologiques pour le traitement de l’eau, le remplacement des installations électriques, la modernisation de la clôture carrée, le durcissement du carré, la reconstitution de la verdure existante, la reconstruction du puits no 1 dans les protéines inférieures. Le projet comprend également l’installation de compteurs d’eau de classe métrologique supérieure, résistants au champ magnétique et équipés d’une superposition de lecture radio, ce qui permet de lire les indications en cas d’empêchement ou d’absence du destinataire. En outre, le système de lecture radio permet de lire à une date spécifiée, de déterminer la défaillance de l’installation interne (fuite constante), de déterminer l’heure d’application de l’aimant, de déterminer la date d’interférence indésirable avec le compteur d’eau. En outre, un système informatique d’appui à la gestion de l’eau sera utilisé. L’utilisation de la lecture radio des compteurs d’eau permettra un meilleur contrôle et une réduction de la consommation d’eau. Hauptziel des geplanten Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Umweltqualität durch die Anordnung der Wasserversorgung in der Gemeinde Ułęż. Im Rahmen des Projekts „Verbesserung der Wasserversorgungsinfrastruktur in der Gemeinde Ułęż“ plant die Gemeinde die Durchführung eines Investitionsvorhabens, das die Modernisierung der Wasserversorgungsanlagen in den unteren Proteinen und Zosinie umfasst, die in der Modernisierung der Gebäude, dem Ersatz der technischen Ausrüstung für die Wasseraufbereitung, dem Ersatz elektrischer Anlagen, der Modernisierung des Platzzauns, der Aushärtung des Platzes, der Wiederauffüllung des bestehenden Grüns, dem Wiederaufbau von Brunnen Nr. 1 in den unteren Proteinen besteht. Das Projekt beinhaltet auch die Installation von Wasserzählern mit einer höheren metrologischen Klasse, resistent gegen Magnetfeld und mit einer Radio-Lese-Overlay ausgestattet, die das Lesen der Indikationen im Falle einer Behinderung des Zugangs oder der Abwesenheit des Empfängers ermöglicht. Darüber hinaus erlaubt das Funklesesystem das Lesen eines bestimmten Datums, die Feststellung des Ausfalls an der internen Anlage (konstante Leckage), die Bestimmung des Zeitpunkts der Anwendung des Magneten, die Bestimmung des Datums der unerwünschten Störung des Wasserzählers. Darüber hinaus wird ein IKT-System zur Unterstützung der Wasserbewirtschaftung eingesetzt. Die Nutzung des Radio-Lesens von Wasserzählern wird eine bessere Kontrolle und Verringerung des Wasserverbrauchs ermöglichen. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts wird die Einwohner der Gemeinde Ułęż sein, die von den Ergebnissen des Projekts profitieren wird, d. h. eine bessere Qualität des Wassers. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het geplande project is de verbetering van de kwaliteit van het milieu door de opdracht te geven voor het beheer van de watervoorziening in de gemeente Ułęż. In het kader van het project „Verbetering van de watervoorzieningsinfrastructuur in de gemeente Ułęż” is de gemeente voornemens een investeringsproject uit te voeren, dat de modernisering van de watervoorzieningsstations in de lagere eiwitten en de Zosinie omvat, bestaande uit de modernisering van gebouwen, de vervanging van technologische installaties voor de waterzuivering, de vervanging van elektrische installaties, de modernisering van de vierkante omheining, de uitharding van het plein, de aanvulling van het bestaande groen, de wederopbouw van put nr. 1 in de lagere eiwitten. Het project omvat ook de installatie van watermeters met een hogere metrologische klasse, bestand tegen magnetisch veld en voorzien van een overlay voor radiolezing, waardoor de indicaties kunnen worden afgelezen in geval van belemmering van de toegang tot of afwezigheid van de ontvanger. Bovendien maakt het radiolezingssysteem het mogelijk om op een bepaalde datum af te lezen, de storing op de interne installatie te bepalen (constante lekkage), het tijdstip van het aanbrengen van de magneet te bepalen, de datum van ongewenste interferentie met de watermeter te bepalen. Daarnaast zal gebruik worden gemaakt van een ICT-systeem ter ondersteuning van het waterbeheer. Het gebruik van radioaflezing van watermeters zal een betere controle en vermindering van het waterverbruik mogelijk maken. De doelgroep van het project is de bewoners van de gemeente Ułęż, die zullen profiteren van de resultaten van het project, d.w.z. een betere kwaliteit van het geleverde water. Het project is gunstig vanwege de milieudoelstellingen, namelijk het verminderen van ongecontroleerde verliezen en het verbeteren van de kwaliteit van drinkwater en het verbeteren van de levenskwaliteit van bewoners.
