PRZEDMIOTEM PROJEKTU jest uruchomienie produkcji seryjnej innowacyjnego uchwytu dedykowanego dla monitorów o zróżnicowanych gabarytach oraz kształtach wykorzystywanych w ścianach wideo. Kluczowe cechy wyróżniające nowy produkt wśród produktów subsydiarnych występujących na świecie to: -Serwisowy dostęp do monitora poprzez automatyczne odsunięcie od ściany, co jest nowatorskim rozwiązaniem ułatwiającym prace montażowe, serwisowe oraz przeglądy techniczne. -Regulacja ustawienia położenia monitora w różnych płaszczyznach, co umożliwia osiem punktów regulacyjnych. Tylko takie zastosowanie w pełni pozwala na idealne dopasowanie monitora na ścianie wideo. -Niestandardowa budowa oraz przemyślane rozwiązania konstrukcyjne zapewniają zabezpieczenie monitora przed niekontrolowanym otwarciem. -Blokada antykradzieżowa - uchwyt posiada blokadę antykradzieżową, co wyróżnia go na tle innych standardowo użytkowanych uchwytów. -Pochylenie monitora, co znacząco ułatwia pracę podczas serwisowania ściany wideo. -Prowadnice zapewniające łatwe oraz szybkie wyjmowanie monitora podczas czynności montażowych i serwisowych. -Pełna powtarzalność pozycjonowania poprzez zastosowane układy regulacyjne zapewniające powtarzalność ustalenia monitora. -Układ Położenie środka - bardzo prosty w obsłudze i bezinwazyjny układ ustalający położenie środka ściany wideo bez potrzeby stosowania dodatkowych urządzeń lub czynności wspomagających. -Siła zacisku - system umożliwiający regulację siły wyjmowania monitora ze ściany wideo. -Zabezpieczenie przed niekontrolowanym otwarciem. KLUCZOWE CELE PROJEKTU to implementacja wyników prac B+R poprzez ich komercjalizację i generowanie przychodów ze sprzedaży nowych dla rynku produktów. W efekcie realizacji projektu zostaną także utworzone nowe miejsca pracy, w tym dla pracowników wysoko wykwalifikowanych. Otrzymane wsparcie UE przyczyni się do poprawy pozycji konkurencyjnej Spółki na arenie międzynarodowej oraz do rozwoju potencjału MŚP w województwie lubelskim. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to launch serial production of an innovative handle dedicated to monitors of varying dimensions and shapes used in video walls. The key features of the new product among the subsidised products in the world are: —Service access to the monitor by automatic removal from the wall, which is an innovative solution for ease of installation, service and technical inspections. —Adjusting the position of the monitor in different planes, which allows eight control points. Only this application fully allows for a perfect matching of the monitor on the video wall. —Custom construction and thought-out design solutions provide protection against uncontrolled opening of the monitor. —The anti-theft block – the handle has an anti-theft lock, which distinguishes it from other standard handles. —The monitor tilt, which significantly facilitates work during video wall servicing. —The guides ensure easy and quick removal of the monitor during installation and servicing operations. —Full positioning repeatability by means of control systems used to ensure the repeatability of the monitor. —The position of the centre – very easy to use and non-invasive arrangement that determines the position of the centre of the video wall without the need for additional devices or supporting activities. —Cupple force – system that allows you to adjust the removal force of the monitor from the video wall. —Security against uncontrolled opening. The key objectives of the project are the implementation of R & D results by commercialising them and generating new sales revenues for the product market. As a result of the project, new jobs will also be created, including for highly skilled workers. The EU support received will contribute to the improvement of the Company’s competitive position on the international stage and to the development of the potential of SMEs in the Lubelskie voivodship. L’objet du PROJECT est le lancement de la production en série d’une poignée innovante dédiée aux moniteurs de différentes dimensions et formes utilisées dans les murs d’images. Les principales caractéristiques qui distinguent le nouveau produit parmi les produits subventionnés dans le monde sont les suivantes: —Service d’accès au moniteur par enlèvement automatique du mur, qui est une solution innovante pour faciliter l’assemblage, la maintenance et les inspections techniques. —Ajuster le réglage de la position du moniteur dans différents plans, ce qui permet huit points de réglage. Seule une telle utilisation permet la parfaite correspondance de l’écran sur le mur vidéo. —La construction personnalisée et des solutions de conception réfléchies garantissent que le moniteur est protégé contre l’ouverture incontrôlée. —Anti-vol serrure — la poignée a un verrou antivol, ce qui le distingue des autres poignées utilisées de série. —Inclination du moniteur, ce qui facilite considérablement le travail lors de l’entretien du mur vidéo. Guides pour l’enlèvement facile et rapide du moniteur pendant les opérations d’assemblage et de service. Reproductibilité complète du positionnement à travers les systèmes de commande utilisés pour assurer la répétabilité du moniteur. —Arrangement — un système très simple à utiliser et non envahissant qui détermine la position du centre du mur d’images sans avoir besoin d’appareils supplémentaires ou d’activités de soutien. —La force de serrage — un système qui vous permet d’ajuster la puissance de retirer le moniteur du mur vidéo. —Protection contre l’ouverture incontrôlée. Le CELE DE PROJET CLÉ est la mise en œuvre des résultats de la R & D en les commercialisant et en générant des revenus provenant de la vente de nouveaux produits pour le marché. Le projet créera également de nouveaux emplois, y compris pour les travailleurs hautement qualifiés. Gegenstand des PROJECT ist die Serienproduktion eines innovativen Griffs, der sich auf Monitore unterschiedlicher Abmessungen und Formen in Videowänden spezialisiert hat. Die wichtigsten Merkmale, die die neue Ware unter den in der Welt zu findenden Subventionsprodukten unterscheiden, sind: —Service-Zugang zum Monitor durch automatische Entfernung von der Wand, die eine innovative Lösung ist, um Montage, Wartung und technische Inspektionen zu erleichtern. —Die Einstellung der Position des Monitors in verschiedenen Ebenen anpassen, was acht Einstellpunkte ermöglicht. Nur eine solche Verwendung ermöglicht die perfekte Abstimmung des Monitors an der Videowand. — Kundenspezifische Konstruktion und durchdachte Designlösungen sorgen dafür, dass der Monitor gegen unkontrollierte Öffnung geschützt ist. —Anti-Diebstahl-Verriegelung – der Griff hat ein Diebstahlschutzschloss, das ihn von anderen handelsüblichen Griffen unterscheidet. —Inklination des Monitors, was das Arbeiten bei der Wartung der Videowand erheblich erleichtert. Anleitungen zur einfachen und schnellen Entfernung des Monitors während Montage- und Servicearbeiten. —Vollständige Reproduzierbarkeit der Positionierung durch die Steuersysteme, mit denen die Wiederholbarkeit des Monitors gewährleistet wird. Arrangement – ein sehr einfach zu bedienendes und nicht-invasives System, das die Position des Zentrums der Videowand ohne zusätzliche Geräte oder Unterstützungsaktivitäten bestimmt. —Die Spannkraft – ein System, das es Ihnen ermöglicht, den Monitor von der Videowand zu entfernen. —Schutz gegen unkontrollierte Öffnung. Key PROJECT CELE ist die Umsetzung von FuE-Ergebnissen durch die Vermarktung und Erzielung von Einnahmen aus dem Verkauf neuer Produkte für den Markt. Durch das Projekt werden auch neue Arbeitsplätze geschaffen, auch für hochqualifizierte Arbeitskräfte. Het onderwerp van het PROJECT is de lancering van de serieproductie van een innovatieve handgreep voor monitoren van verschillende afmetingen en vormen die in videowanden worden gebruikt. De belangrijkste kenmerken die het nieuwe product onderscheiden tussen de subsidieproducten in de wereld zijn: —De diensttoegang tot de monitor door automatische verwijdering van de muur, die een innovatieve oplossing is om assemblage, onderhoud en technische inspecties te vergemakkelijken. —Pas de instelling van de positie van de monitor in verschillende vlakken aan, die acht aanpassingspunten toestaat.
