Celem generalnym projektu jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności LCM poprzez zaoferowanie nowych innowacyjnych produktów na rynkach dotychczas obsługiwanych oraz na 2 nowych rynkach zagranicznych- węgierskim i niemieckim. LCM działa na rynku magazynowych systemów wysokiego składowania i transportu bliskiego. Dotychczasowa działalność dotyczyła usług montażu, przeglądów technicznych i serwisu systemów magazynowych różnego typu- wnioskodawca ma ugruntowaną pozycję na tym rynku. Dynamiczny ilościowy i technologiczny rozwój sektora logistyki i magazynowania oraz wzrost automatyzacji i skomplikowania systemów to wyzwanie i szansa na aktywną odpowiedź na pojawiające się zapotrzebowania rynku i zdobycie przewagi konkurencyjnej w skali europejskiej. W związku ze zdiagnozowanymi potrzebami oferta wnioskodawcy poprzez realizację projektu zostanie rozszerzona. Zaoferuje on nowe, innowacyjne produkty oparte o własną produkcję podzespołów do budowy systemów magazynowych oraz - w przypadku istniejących magazynów - zautomatyzowane procesy przeglądów technicznych, przebudowy, relokacji i napraw serwisowych z własną produkcją części zamiennych i elementów do modernizacji tych systemów. Dodatkowo zbudowana linia produkcyjna do obróbki metali i lakierowania umożliwi rozszerzenie kręgu odbiorców, oferując realizację zleceń produkcji dla szeroko pojętego przemysłu. Wnioskodawca zabezpieczył zaplecze techniczne w postaci hali produkcyjnej i budynku biurowo-magazynowego, a także zaplecze kapitałowe na pokrycie części kosztów projektu. Musi pozyskać dla pełnej realizacji projektu środki na inwestycję w maszyny, urządzenia oraz wykonanie dedykowanego oprogramowania. Zatrudni także nowych pracowników do obsługi nowej linii technologicznej. Projekt poprzez działanie w sferze produkcji przemysłowej i automatyki wpisuje się w cele RSI WL i RPO WL. Dzięki jego realizacji zostaną osiągnięte cele na poziomie produktu określone w sekcji C.II i cele na poziomie rezultatów określone w sekcji C.III. (Polish)

The general objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the LCM by offering new innovative products on the markets previously served and on 2 new foreign markets – Hungary and Germany. LCM operates in the market for high storage and close-to-use storage systems. Previous activities concerned assembly services, technical inspections and maintenance of different types of storage systems – the applicant has a well-established position in this market. The dynamic quantitative and technological development of the logistics and storage sector and the increase in automation and complexity of systems are a challenge and an opportunity to actively respond to emerging market demands and gain competitive advantage on a European scale. In view of the diagnosed needs, the offer of the applicant through the implementation of the project will be extended. It will offer new, innovative products based on its own production of components for the construction of warehouse systems and, in the case of existing warehouses, automated technical inspection processes, conversions, relocations and repairs with own production of spare parts and components for the modernisation of these systems. In addition, the built production line for metal machining and coating will allow to expand the circle of customers by offering the execution of production orders for the wider industry. The applicant secured technical facilities in the form of a production hall and office and warehouse building, as well as capital facilities to cover part of the project’s costs. It must acquire funds for the full implementation of the project for the investment in machines, devices and the execution of dedicated software. It will also employ new employees to operate the new technology line. The project, through its activities in the field of industrial production and automation, is in line with the objectives of RSI WL and RPO WL. It will achieve the product-level objectives set out in Section C.II and the results level targets set out in Section C.III. (English)

L’objectif général du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de LCM en proposant de nouveaux produits innovants sur les marchés déjà desservis et sur 2 nouveaux marchés étrangers — hongrois et allemands. LCM opère sur le marché de l’entrepôt pour les systèmes de stockage et de transport à proximité. L’activité précédente concernait les services d’assemblage, les inspections techniques et le service de systèmes de stockage de différents types — la requérante a une position bien établie sur ce marché. Le développement quantitatif et technologique dynamique du secteur de la logistique et du stockage ainsi que l’augmentation de l’automatisation et de la complexité des systèmes constituent un défi et une opportunité de répondre activement aux demandes des marchés émergents et de gagner un avantage concurrentiel à l’échelle européenne. En raison des besoins diagnostiqués, l’offre du candidat sera élargie par la mise en œuvre du projet. Elle proposera de nouveaux produits innovants basés sur la production propre de composants pour la construction de systèmes de stockage et, dans le cas des entrepôts existants, des processus automatisés de contrôles techniques, de conversions, de déménagements et de réparations avec production propre de pièces de rechange et de composants pour la modernisation de ces systèmes. En outre, la ligne de production construite pour le travail des métaux et le vernissage permettra l’expansion du public, offrant la réalisation de commandes de production pour l’industrie largement comprise. La requérante a assuré les installations techniques sous la forme d’un hall de production, d’un bâtiment de bureaux et d’entrepôts, ainsi que d’installations d’immobilisations pour couvrir une partie des coûts du projet. Il doit obtenir des fonds pour la mise en œuvre complète du projet pour l’investissement dans les machines, les équipements et l’exécution de logiciels dédiés. Elle embauchera également de nouveaux employés pour exploiter la nouvelle ligne technologique. Le projet, à travers ses activités dans le domaine de la production industrielle et de l’automatisation, est conforme aux objectifs de RSI WL et ROP WL. Sa mise en œuvre permettra d’atteindre les objectifs au niveau des réalisations énoncés à la section C.II et les objectifs au niveau des résultats fixés à la section C.III. (French)

Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von LCM zu steigern, indem neue innovative Produkte auf den bereits bedienten Märkten und in zwei neuen ausländischen Märkten – Ungarisch und Deutsch – angeboten werden. LCM ist im Lagermarkt für hohe Lager- und Nahverkehrssysteme tätig. Die bisherige Tätigkeit betraf Montagedienste, technische Inspektionen und den Service von Lagersystemen verschiedener Typen – der Antragsteller hat eine gut etablierte Position auf diesem Markt. Die dynamische quantitative und technologische Entwicklung des Logistik- und Lagersektors sowie die zunehmende Automatisierung und Komplexität der Systeme sind eine Herausforderung und Gelegenheit, aktiv auf neu entstehende Marktanforderungen zu reagieren und einen Wettbewerbsvorteil auf europäischer Ebene zu erzielen. Aufgrund des diagnostizierten Bedarfs wird das Angebot des Antragstellers durch die Durchführung des Projekts erweitert. Es wird neue, innovative Produkte anbieten, die auf der Eigenfertigung von Komponenten für den Bau von Lagersystemen und – im Falle bestehender Lager – automatisierter Prozesse technischer Inspektionen, Umbauten, Verlegungen und Reparaturen mit eigener Herstellung von Ersatzteilen und Komponenten zur Modernisierung dieser Systeme basieren. Darüber hinaus ermöglicht die gebaute Produktionslinie für die Metallbearbeitung und Lackierung die Erweiterung des Publikums und bietet die Realisierung von Produktionsaufträgen für die weithin verstandene Industrie. Die Klägerin sicherte die technischen Anlagen in Form einer Produktionshalle, eines Büro- und Lagergebäudes sowie Kapitalanlagen zur Deckung eines Teils der Projektkosten ab. Sie muss Mittel für die vollständige Durchführung des Projekts für Investitionen in Maschinen, Ausrüstungen und die Ausführung spezieller Software erhalten. Es wird auch neue Mitarbeiter einstellen, um die neue Technologielinie zu betreiben. Das Projekt steht durch seine Aktivitäten im Bereich industrielle Produktion und Automatisierung im Einklang mit den Zielen von RSI WL und ROP WL. Mit der Umsetzung werden die in Abschnitt C.II genannten Ziele auf Output-Ebene und die in Abschnitt C.III genannten Ziele auf der Ebene der Ergebnisse erreicht. (German)

De algemene doelstelling van het project is het concurrentievermogen van LCM te vergroten door nieuwe innovatieve producten aan te bieden op de reeds bediende markten en op 2 nieuwe buitenlandse markten — Hongaars en Duits. LCM is actief in de magazijnmarkt voor hoge opslag en in de buurt van transportsystemen. De vorige activiteit betrof assemblagediensten, technische inspecties en diensten van verschillende soorten opslagsystemen — verzoekster heeft een vaste positie op deze markt. De dynamische kwantitatieve en technologische ontwikkeling van de logistieke en opslagsector en de toenemende automatisering en complexiteit van systemen vormen een uitdaging en een kans om actief in te spelen op de opkomende vraag van de markt en een concurrentievoordeel op Europese schaal te behalen. Vanwege de gediagnosticeerde behoeften zal het aanbod van de aanvrager worden uitgebreid door de uitvoering van het project. Het zal nieuwe, innovatieve producten aanbieden die gebaseerd zijn op de eigen productie van onderdelen voor de bouw van opslagsystemen en, in het geval van bestaande magazijnen, geautomatiseerde processen van technische inspecties, verbouwingen, verplaatsingen en reparaties met eigen productie van reserveonderdelen en onderdelen voor de modernisering van deze systemen. Bovendien zal de gebouwde productielijn voor metaalbewerking en vernissen de uitbreiding van het publiek mogelijk maken, waardoor de realisatie van productieorders voor de algemeen bekende industrie mogelijk wordt. Verzoekster zorgde voor de technische voorzieningen in de vorm van een productiehal en een kantoor- en magazijngebouw, alsmede kapitaalfaciliteiten om een deel van de projectkosten te dekken. Zij moet middelen verkrijgen voor de volledige uitvoering van het project voor investeringen in machines, apparatuur en de uitvoering van specifieke software. Het zal ook nieuwe werknemers in dienst nemen om de nieuwe technologielijn te exploiteren. Het project is door zijn activiteiten op het gebied van industriële productie en automatisering in overeenstemming met de doelstellingen van RSI WL en ROP WL. De uitvoering ervan zal de in deel C.II vastgestelde doelstellingen op outputniveau en de doelstellingen op het in deel C.III vermelde niveau van de resultaten bereiken. (Dutch)
