Bezpośrednim celem Projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia w ZSP Nr 1 a tym samym poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia absolwentów na rynku pracy. Cel główny osiągnięty będzie w wyniku realizacji celów szczegółowych: a) poprawienie warunków kształcenia zawodowego poprzez doposażenie pracowni specjalistycznych; b) dostosowanie kształcenia uczniów do wymogów rynku pracy poprzez kursy kwalifikacyjne, zajęcia specjalizacyjne, zajęcia z języka obcego zawodowego; c) zapoznanie się uczestników projektu z lokalnym rynkiem pracy poprzez staże i praktyki u pracodawców; d) podwyższenie kompetencji kluczowych i umiejętności niezbędnych na rynku pracy poprzez dodatkowe matematyczno - przyrodnicze zajęcia wyrówawcze. Grupę docelową stanowi 140 uczniów Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych Nr 1 w Łowiczu, kształcący się w Technikum 4-letnim w zawodzie elektryk, mechanik, mechatronik, informatyk i mechanik pojazdów samochodowych oraz w Zasadniczej Szkole Zawodowej i Szkole Branżowej I stopnia w zawodach; mechanik pojazdów samochodowych i kierowca mechanik. W wyniku Reformy Systemu Oświaty, po przekształceniu struktury ZSP Nr 1 w Łowiczu, w projekcie będą mogli uczestniczyć również uczniowie 5-letnich klas Technikum. Drugą grupą docelową projektu będą nauczyciele kształcenia zawodowego. W szkole pracuje 16 nauczycieli zawodu, którzy uczą w minimum jednym zawodzie: elektryk (K:0, M:3), mechanik (K:0, M:3), mechatronik (K:2, M:0), informatyk(K:1, M:2), mechanik pojazdów samochcodowych (K:1, M:2), inne (K:1, M:0). Wsparciem objętych zostanie 8 nauczycieli - po 2 z każdej branży zawodowej. (Polish)

The direct objective of the Project is to increase the quality of education in ZSP No. 1 and thus improve the employability of graduates on the labour market. The main objective will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives: improving the conditions of vocational training by retrofitting specialist workshops; B) adapting pupils’ training to the requirements of the labour market through qualification courses, specialisation courses, classes in a foreign language; C) familiarising the project participants with the local labour market through traineeships and apprenticeships with employers; d) Increasing key competences and skills needed in the labour market through additional mathematical and natural equalisation classes. The target group consists of 140 pupils of the School of High Schools No. 1 in Łowicz, educated in 4 years in the profession of electrician, mechanic, mechatronics, computer scientist and mechanics of motor vehicles, as well as in the Basic Vocational School and first-degree Industry School; motor vehicle mechanic and mechanic driver. As a result of the Education System Reform, after the transformation of the structure of ZSP No. 1 in Łowicz, students of 5-year-old Technikm classes will also be able to participate in the project. The second target group of the project will be vocational training teachers. There are 16 professional teachers in the school who teach at least one profession: electrician (K:0, M:3), mechanic (K:0, M:3), mechatronics (K:2, M:0), computer engineer (K:1, M:2), mechanic of motor vehicles (K:1, M:2), others (K:1, M:0). 8 teachers will be supported – 2 from each professional sector. L’objectif direct du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation dans le PAI no 1 et donc d’améliorer l’employabilité des diplômés sur le marché du travail. L’objectif principal sera atteint par la réalisation des objectifs spécifiques: l’amélioration des conditions de formation professionnelle par l’aménagement d’ateliers spécialisés; B) l’adaptation de l’enseignement des élèves aux exigences du marché du travail par des cours de qualification, des activités de spécialisation et des cours professionnels de langues étrangères; C) familiariser les participants au projet avec le marché du travail local par le biais de stages et de stages auprès des employeurs; D) l’amélioration des compétences et aptitudes clés nécessaires sur le marché du travail au moyen de classes de péréquation mathématiques et naturelles supplémentaires. Le groupe cible est composé de 140 élèves du complexe secondaire no 1 à Łowicz, qui ont été formés à l ' école technique de 4 ans dans la profession d ' électricien, de mécanicien, de mécatronique, d ' informaticien et de mécanicien automobile, ainsi qu ' à l ' école professionnelle générale et à l ' école d ' industrie du premier degré en compétition; mécanicien de véhicules automobiles et mécanicien conducteur. Suite à la réforme du système éducatif, après la transformation de la structure du ZSP no 1 à Łowicz, le projet sera également ouvert aux étudiants des classes techniques de 5 ans. Le deuxième groupe cible du projet sera celui des enseignants de l’enseignement professionnel. L’école compte 16 enseignants qui enseignent au moins une profession: électricien (K:0, M:3), mécanicien (K:0, M:3), mécatronique (K:2, M:0), informaticien (K:1, M:2), mécanicien automobile (K:1, M:2), autre (K:1, M:0). 8 enseignants bénéficieront d’un soutien — 2 de chaque secteur professionnel. Das direkte Ziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Qualität der Bildung im ISP Nr. 1 zu verbessern und damit die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Absolventen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern. Das Hauptziel wird durch die Verwirklichung der spezifischen Ziele erreicht: Verbesserung der Bedingungen der Berufsausbildung durch Nachrüstung von Fachwerkstätten; B) Anpassung der Schülerausbildung an die Erfordernisse des Arbeitsmarktes durch Qualifizierungskurse, Spezialisierungsaktivitäten, berufsbildende Fremdsprachenkurse; C) die Projektteilnehmer durch Praktika und Praktika bei Arbeitgebern mit dem lokalen Arbeitsmarkt vertraut machen; D) Verbesserung der auf dem Arbeitsmarkt erforderlichen Schlüsselkompetenzen und Kompetenzen durch zusätzliche mathematische und natürliche Ausgleichsmaßnahmen. Die Zielgruppe besteht aus 140 Schülern des Komplexes der Sekundarschule Nr. 1 in Łowicz, die an der Technischen Schule von 4 Jahren im Beruf Elektriker, Mechaniker, Mechatronik, Informatiker und Kfz-Mechaniker sowie an der allgemeinen Berufsschule und der 1. Industrieschule in Wettbewerben ausgebildet wurden. Kfz-Mechaniker und Fahrermechaniker. Als Ergebnis der Reform des Bildungssystems, nach der Transformation der Struktur des ZSP Nr. 1 in Łowicz, wird das Projekt auch Studenten von 5-jährigen technischen Klassen offen sein. Die zweite Zielgruppe des Projekts wird Berufsbildungslehrer sein. Es gibt 16 Lehrer in der Schule, die mindestens einen Beruf unterrichten: Elektriker (K:0, M:3), Mechaniker (K:0, M:3), Mechatronik (K:2, M:0), Informatiker (K:1, M:2), Kraftfahrzeugmechaniker (K:1, M:2), andere (K:1, M:0). 8 Lehrkräfte werden unterstützt – 2 aus jedem Berufsbereich. De directe doelstelling van het project is de kwaliteit van het onderwijs in ISP nr. 1 te verbeteren en zo de inzetbaarheid van afgestudeerden op de arbeidsmarkt te verbeteren. De hoofddoelstelling zal worden bereikt door de specifieke doelstellingen te verwezenlijken: verbetering van de voorwaarden voor de beroepsopleiding door de aanpassing van gespecialiseerde werkplaatsen; B) het leerlingenonderwijs aanpassen aan de behoeften van de arbeidsmarkt door middel van kwalificatiecursussen, specialisatieactiviteiten, beroepsonderwijs vreemde talen; C) de deelnemers aan het project vertrouwd te maken met de lokale arbeidsmarkt door middel van stages en stages bij werkgevers; D) verbetering van de sleutelcompetenties en vaardigheden die op de arbeidsmarkt nodig zijn door aanvullende wiskundige en natuurlijke egalisatieklassen. De doelgroep bestaat uit 140 studenten van het Middelbare Schoolcomplex nr. 1 in Łowicz, opgeleid aan de Technische School van 4 jaar in het beroep van elektricien, monteur, mechatronica, computerwetenschapper en automonteur, evenals aan de General Vocational School en de 1e graad Industrieschool in wedstrijden; motorvoertuig monteur en bestuurder monteur. Als gevolg van de hervorming van het onderwijssysteem zal het project, na de transformatie van de structuur van ZSP nr. 1 in Łowicz, ook openstaan voor studenten van 5 jaar oude Technische klassen. De tweede doelgroep van het project is leraren in het beroepsonderwijs. Er zijn 16 leraren op de school die ten minste één beroep onderwijzen: elektricien (K:0, M:3), monteur (K:0, M:3), mechatronica (K:2, M:0), computerwetenschapper (K:1, M:2), motorvoertuig monteur (K:1, M:2), andere (K:1, M:0). 8 leerkrachten zullen worden ondersteund — 2 per beroepssector.
