Projekt polega na zwiększeniu konkurencyjności Firmy, poprzez wprowadzenie innowacyjnego produktu na rynek oraz poprzez implementację innowacyjnych procesów wytwarzania inwestując w środki trwałe. Prowadzona inwestycja ma odpowiedzieć na potrzebę Przedsiębiorstwa - obniżanie kosztów produkcji i świadczenia usług. Mogą one na tym etapie zostać spełnione jedynie w oparciu o zaawansowane technologie dotyczące stosowania do produkcji surowców ubocznych i odpadów. W celu umożliwienia ich wykorzystania, Firma stale prowadzi szereg prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których efektem wprowadzenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu - Grupa mieszanek mineralno-asfaltowych (MMA) dla dróg lokalnych (gminnych i powiatowych) wykorzystująca technologie recyklingu (odpadów poprodukcyjnych papy, recyklingu odzyskanego kruszywa w postaci przekruszonego brukowca / otoczaków) o obniżonej emisji C02 wskutek wykorzystania technologii asfaltu spienionego". Realizacja przedmiotowej inwestycji jest bezpośrednią odpowiedzią zarówno na zidentyfikowane potrzeby Firmy, jak i na potrzeby rynku. Brak realizacji inwestycji może w dłuższej perspektywie czasu ograniczyć możliwość konkurowania na ryku. Jednocześnie jej realizacja, w oparciu o własne prace badawczo rozwojowe wesprze rozwój technologiczny Przedsiębiorstwa. The project consists of increasing the company’s competitiveness by introducing an innovative product to the market and by implementing innovative manufacturing processes investing in fixed assets. The investment is intended to respond to the Company’s need – to reduce production costs and to provide services. They can only be met at this stage on the basis of advanced technologies for the use of by-products and waste. In order to enable them to be used, the Company continues to carry out a number of research and development projects, which have resulted in the introduction of an innovative product – Group of mineral-asphalt mixtures (MMA) for local roads (community and district) using recycling technologies (post-productive waste of papa, recycled aggregates in the form of a broken cobbler/envelope) with reduced emissions of C02 through the use of foamed asphalt technology”. The realisation of this investment is a direct response both to the identified needs of the Company and to the needs of the market. Failure to realise the investment can reduce the ability to compete in the marketplace in the long term. At the same time, its implementation, based on its own research development, will support the company’s technological development. Le projet consiste à accroître la compétitivité de l’entreprise, en introduisant un produit innovant sur le marché et en mettant en œuvre des procédés de fabrication innovants en investissant dans des actifs immobilisés. L’investissement vise à répondre au besoin de la Société de réduire les coûts de production et de prestation de services. Ils ne peuvent être atteints à ce stade que sur la base de technologies de pointe utilisées dans la production de sous-produits et de déchets. Afin de permettre leur utilisation, la Société mène en permanence un certain nombre d’activités de recherche et de développement, aboutissant à l’introduction d’un produit innovant — le MMA Group of Mineral and Asphalt Mixtures (MMA) pour les routes locales (routes municipales et de district) utilisant des technologies de recyclage (déchets de post-production, recyclage des granulats récupérés sous forme de tabloïdes/poulets concassés) avec une réduction des émissions de C02 dues à l’utilisation de la technologie de l’asphalte moussant.» La mise en œuvre de cet investissement est une réponse directe tant aux besoins identifiés de la Société qu’aux besoins du marché. La non-exécution des investissements peut, à long terme, limiter la capacité de concurrence sur le marché. Dans le même temps, sa mise en œuvre, basée sur ses propres travaux de R & D, soutiendra le développement technologique de l’entreprise. Das Projekt besteht in der Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens, durch die Einführung eines innovativen Produkts auf den Markt und durch die Umsetzung innovativer Fertigungsverfahren durch Investitionen in Anlagegüter. Die Investition soll auf die Notwendigkeit des Unternehmens reagieren, die Kosten für die Produktion und die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen zu senken. Sie können in diesem Stadium nur auf der Grundlage fortschrittlicher Technologien zur Verwendung bei der Herstellung von Nebenprodukten und Abfällen erreicht werden. Um deren Nutzung zu ermöglichen, führt das Unternehmen ständig eine Reihe von Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeiten durch, was zur Einführung eines innovativen Produkts führt – die MMA Group of Mineral and Asphalt Mixtures (MMA) für lokale Straßen (Gemeinde- und Bezirksstraßen) unter Verwendung von Recyclingtechnologien (Postproduktionsabfälle, Recycling von wiederverwerteten Aggregaten in Form von zerkleinerten Lappen/Geflügeln) mit reduzierten C02-Emissionen durch den Einsatz von geschäumter Asphalttechnologie.“ Die Umsetzung dieser Investition ist eine direkte Antwort sowohl auf die ermittelten Bedürfnisse des Unternehmens als auch auf die Bedürfnisse des Marktes. Die Nichtumsetzung von Investitionen kann langfristig die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit auf dem Markt einschränken. Gleichzeitig wird seine Umsetzung auf der Grundlage seiner eigenen F & E-Arbeit die technologische Entwicklung des Unternehmens unterstützen. Het project bestaat uit het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen van de onderneming, door de introductie van een innovatief product op de markt en door het implementeren van innovatieve productieprocessen door te investeren in vaste activa. De investering is bedoeld om tegemoet te komen aan de behoefte van de onderneming om de kosten van productie en dienstverlening te verlagen. Zij kunnen in dit stadium alleen worden verwezenlijkt op basis van geavanceerde technologieën voor gebruik bij de productie van bijproducten en afval. Om het gebruik ervan mogelijk te maken, voert de onderneming voortdurend een aantal onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsactiviteiten uit, wat resulteert in de introductie van een innovatief product — de MMA Group of Mineral and Asphalt Mixtures (MMA) voor lokale wegen (gemeente- en stadswegen) met behulp van recyclingtechnologieën (postproductieafval, recycling van teruggewonnen aggregaten in de vorm van gemalen tabloids/vogels) met verminderde C02-emissies als gevolg van het gebruik van geschuimde asfalttechnologie.” De uitvoering van deze investering is een direct antwoord op de vastgestelde behoeften van de onderneming en op de behoeften van de markt. Het niet uitvoeren van investeringen kan op lange termijn het concurrentievermogen op de markt beperken. Tegelijkertijd zal de tenuitvoerlegging ervan, gebaseerd op zijn eigen O & O-werkzaamheden, de technologische ontwikkeling van het bedrijf ondersteunen.
