Celem projektu jest podniesienie umiejętności praktycznych 215 uczniów w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez udział w wysokiej jakości stażach zaw. u pracodawców. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie l. 215 ucz., którzy podniosą, nabędą lub uzupełnią umiejętności praktyczne po opuszczeniu programu. Natomiast osiągniętymi produktami będzie l. 215 ucz. szkół zaw. (technikum), objętych wsparciem w programie, którzy odbędą wysokiej jakości staże u pracodawców. Grupą docelową projektu będą uczniowie szkół zaw. - technikum: ZS Nr 2 w Rypinie, ZS Nr 3 w Rypinie, ZS Nr 4 w Nadrożu, dla których org. prow. jest Powiat Rypiński oraz Liceum Plastycznego, kt. organem prow. jest Gmina Miasta Rypin. Gł. problemem grupy docelowej jest niski poziom prow. prakt. nauki zaw. w szkołach, mała liczba praktyk oraz brak współpracy z pracodawcami, a co za tym idzie brak kontaktu z potencjalnymi przyszłymi miejscami wykonywania zawodu. Ucz. nie mają możliwości bezp. poznania przyszłych stanowisk swojej pracy zaw. Zajęcia szkolne nie zapewniają ucz. konfrontacji zdobytych wiadomości z umiejętnościami oraz predyspozycjami niezbędnymi do wykonywania zawodu. Staże zaw. u prac. w wymiarze 150 h dla każdego ucz. są gł. zad., które zostanie zrealizowane w ramach projektu. Skala działań prow. w szkołach równolegle z real. projektu (nakłady śr. na ich real.) nie ulegnie zmniejszeniu w stosunku do skali działań (nakładów) prow. przez szkoły w okr. 12 m-cy poprzedzających rozp. realizacji projektu . Pozwolą na poznanie charakt. pracy zaw. a także wzmocnią szanse ucz. na rynku pracy, dzięki poszerzeniu wł. umiejętności zaw. W trakcie real. proj. zostaną zapewnione odp. warunki pracy u prac., u których będą real. staże zaw. Baza lokalowa oraz sprzęt dla ZZ zostaną zapewnione przez wnioskodawcę. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les compétences pratiques de 215 étudiants dans des conditions de travail réelles en participant à des stages de qualité avec des employeurs. Le principal résultat du projet sera de l. 215 étudiants qui élèveront, acquerront ou compléteront les compétences pratiques après avoir quitté le programme. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die praktischen Fähigkeiten von 215 Studierenden unter realen Arbeitsbedingungen durch die Teilnahme an hochwertigen Praktika bei Arbeitgebern zu verbessern. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist L. 215 Studenten, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm praktische Fähigkeiten erwerben, erwerben oder ergänzen. Het doel van het project is om de praktische vaardigheden van 215 studenten in reële arbeidsomstandigheden te verbeteren door deel te nemen aan hoogwaardige stages bij werkgevers. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is l. 215 studenten die na het verlaten van het programma praktische vaardigheden zullen opvoeden, verwerven of aanvullen. Aan de andere kant zullen de verkregen producten 1 215 lessen op scholen zijn. (techniek), ondersteund door het programma, die hoogwaardige stages bij werkgevers zal ondergaan. De doelgroep van het project is studenten op scholen. Techniek: ZS nr. 2 in Rypin, ZS nr. 3 in Rypin, ZS nr. 4 in Nadrożu, waarvoor het district Ripiński en de Hogeschool voor Kunsten, de provinciale autoriteit van de stad Rypin. Het belangrijkste probleem van de doelgroep is het lage onderwijsniveau op scholen, het lage aantal stages en het gebrek aan samenwerking met werkgevers, en dus het gebrek aan contact met potentiële toekomstige praktijklocaties. Zij hebben niet de mogelijkheid om toekomstige standpunten van hun werk aan het licht te brengen.
