Celem projektu jest pomoc człowiekowi przewlekle choremu w odzyskaniu możliwie największego zakresu sprawności i niezależności oraz poprawa jakości jego życia a także zaangażowanych członków rodziny (bliskich)w Zakładzie Opiekuńczo – Leczniczym funkcjonującym w strukturach Szpitala Lipno. Cel ten planuje się osiągnąć poprzez przebudowę i remont pomieszczeń wraz z ich dostosowaniem do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz zakup wyposażenia, aparatury i sprzętu medycznego. Obecnie ZOL zlokalizowany jest na I i III piętrze budynku "A" Szpitala Lipno. Realizacja projektu umożliwi przeniesienie części ZOL-u z I piętra na III. Po realizacji projektu Oddział znajdzie się na jednym poziomie tj. tylko na III piętrze. Chcąc podwyższyć jakość świadczonych usług pielęgnacyjno - opiekuńczych zaplanowano między innymi: montaż instalacji przyzywowych i monitorujących pobyt pacjentów na oddziale oraz zainstalowanie paneli łóżkowych zasilająco- oświetleniowych w salach chorych. Ponadto w ramach inwestycji przewiduje się zakup aparatury i sprzętu medycznego takich jak np.: fotele do ćwiczeń i masażu, aparat do fizykoterapii, lampa biotron. Ważne jest również to, że zrealizowana w ramach projektu przebudowa i remont ZOL-u oraz zakupiony sprzęt i aparatura medyczna wykorzystane będą w ramach wdrażanego przez Wnioskodawcę systemu koordynowanej opieki zdrowotnej.Wartość projektu wynosi: 3 691 459,81 PLN (brutto) w tym kwota dotacji: 2 609 910,21 PLN. Okres realizacji od lipca 2017r. do 31 października 2019r. Dzięki planowanej przebudowie i remoncie ZOL -u a także zakupowi aparatury i sprzętu medycznego na powierzchni użytkowej 1168,20m2 zlokalizowane zostanie 25 sal chorych, które dysponować będą 72 łóżkami. This objective is planned to be achieved by reconstructing and renovating the premises together with their adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities and the purchase of equipment, apparatus and medical equipment. Currently, ZOL is located on the first and third floor of the building “A” Lipno Hospital. The implementation of the project will allow the transfer of parts of ZOL from the first floor to the third floor. After the implementation of the project, the branch will be on one level, i.e. only on the third floor. In order to improve the quality of care and care services, among other things: installation of call installations and monitoring of patients’ stay in the ward and installation of bed and lighting panels in patient rooms. In addition, the investment envisages the purchase of medical equipment and equipment such as: exercise and massage chairs, physical therapy apparatus, biotron lamp. It is also important that the reconstruction and renovation of ZOL and purchased medical equipment and equipment will be used as part of the integrated health care system implemented by the Applicant.The value of the project is: PLN 3 691 459,81 (gross) including the amount of the grant: 2 609 910,21 PLN. L’objectif du projet est d’aider le malade chronique à retrouver la plus grande gamme possible de conditionnement physique et d’indépendance, et d’améliorer la qualité de sa vie ainsi que les membres de la famille concernés (près) du Département des soins et du fonctionnement médicinal de l’hôpital Lipno. Pour ce faire, il faut reconstruire et rénover les locaux et les adapter aux besoins des personnes handicapées et acheter du matériel médical, des appareils et du matériel. Actuellement, ZOL est situé aux premier et troisième étages du bâtiment «A» de l’hôpital Lipno. La mise en œuvre du projet permettra le transfert de parties de la ZOL du premier étage au troisième étage. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, la Direction générale sera située à un niveau, c’est-à-dire seulement au troisième étage. Afin d’améliorer la qualité des services d’infirmerie et de soins fournis, entre autres: installation d’installations d’accueil et de surveillance pour le séjour des patients dans la salle et installation de lit et de panneaux d’alimentation et d’éclairage dans les salles de maladie. En outre, l’investissement prévoit l’achat d’équipements médicaux tels que: chaises d’exercice et de massage, appareils de physiothérapie, lampe à biotron. Il est également important que la reconstruction et la rénovation de ZOL et de l’équipement médical acheté soient utilisées dans le cadre du système de santé coordonné mis en œuvre par la requérante. 3 691 459,81 PLN (brut), y compris le montant de la subvention: 2 609 910.21 PLN. Ziel des Projekts ist es, chronisch kranken Menschen dabei zu helfen, das größtmögliche Spektrum an Fitness und Unabhängigkeit wiederzuerlangen und die Lebensqualität seines Lebens sowie die beteiligten Familienmitglieder (nahe) in der Abteilung für Pflege und medizinische Arbeit im Krankenhaus Lipno zu verbessern. Dies soll erreicht werden, indem die Räumlichkeiten saniert und saniert und an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst und medizinische Geräte, Apparate und Geräte gekauft werden. Derzeit befindet sich ZOL auf der ersten und dritten Etage des „A“-Gebäudes des Lipno-Krankenhauses. Het doel van het project is om de chronisch zieke te helpen het grootst mogelijke scala aan fitness en onafhankelijkheid te herwinnen, en de kwaliteit van zijn leven te verbeteren, evenals de betrokken familieleden (bijna) bij de afdeling Zorg en Geneeskunde in het Lipno-ziekenhuis. Dit moet worden bereikt door de gebouwen te herbouwen en te renoveren en ze aan te passen aan de behoeften van personen met een handicap en door de aankoop van medische apparatuur, apparatuur en uitrusting. Momenteel bevindt ZOL zich op de eerste en derde verdieping van het „A” gebouw van Lipno Hospital. De uitvoering van het project zal de overdracht van delen van de ZOL van de eerste verdieping naar de derde verdieping mogelijk maken.
