Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób od 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wołowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku powyżej 30 roku życia, które zostały zakwalifikowane do I profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub II profilu pomocy (tzw. bezrobotni wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu przeprowadzona zostanie analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych każdego uczestnika. Następnie na tej podstawie każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej. Będzie to podłożem do realizacji przez PUP odpowiednio dobranych usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których jest mowa w Ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Wszystkie uczestniczki i uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęci (założenie/aktualizacja) IPD, którego realizacja ma doprowadzić do poprawy ich sytuacji w kierunku umożliwiającym im podjęcie zatrudnienia. Uczestnicy projektu dostaną ofertę aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującej wsparcie w postaci: staży, szkoleń, jednorazowych środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed in the Wolów County. The project will support people over the age of 30 who are eligible for the first aid profile (so-called active unemployed) or the second aid profile (so-called unemployed requiring support). The project will analyse the skills, predispositions and professional problems of each participant. On this basis, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented to each participant. This will be the basis for the implementation by PUPs of appropriately selected services and labour market instruments, referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. All participants and participants in the project will be included (establishment/update) of the IPD, the implementation of which is intended to improve their situation in the direction of employment. Participants of the project will receive an offer of professional activation including support in the form of: traineeships, trainings, one-off measures for starting a business. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Wolów. Le projet soutiendra les personnes âgées de plus de 30 ans qui ont été sélectionnées pour le profil de premiers secours (les soi-disant chômeurs actifs) ou le deuxième profil d’aide (les «chômeurs au chômage»). Le projet analysera les compétences, les aptitudes et les problèmes professionnels de chaque participant. Sur cette base, chaque participant recevra alors une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle. Cela servira de base à la mise en œuvre par les OLP de services et d’instruments du marché du travail dûment sélectionnés, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Tous les participants et participants au projet seront couverts (créés/mis à jour) par un DPI dont la mise en œuvre vise à améliorer leur situation dans la direction de l’emploi. Les participants au projet recevront une offre d’activation professionnelle comprenant un soutien sous la forme: stages, formation, mesures ponctuelles de création d’entreprise. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Menschen ab 30 Jahren zu erhöhen, die im Bezirk Wolów arbeitslos sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Personen über 30 Jahren unterstützt, die für das erste Hilfsprofil (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das zweite Hilfsprofil ausgewählt wurden (sogenannte Arbeitslosen, die Unterstützung benötigen). Im Rahmen des Projekts werden die Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme jedes Teilnehmers analysiert. Auf dieser Grundlage wird jedem Teilnehmer ein spezifisches Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung vorgelegt. Dies wird die Grundlage für die Umsetzung der im Gesetz über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen genannten ordnungsgemäß ausgewählten Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente durch die PLO bilden. Alle Teilnehmer und Projektteilnehmer werden durch ein IPD abgedeckt (aufgelegt/aktualisiert) mit dessen Umsetzung ihre Situation in Richtung Beschäftigung verbessert werden soll. Die Projektteilnehmer erhalten ein Angebot zur beruflichen Aktivierung einschließlich Unterstützung in Form von: Praktika, Schulungen, einmalige Unternehmensgründungsmaßnahmen. (German)

Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor mensen vanaf 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Wolów. Het project zal steun verlenen aan mensen ouder dan 30 jaar die zijn geselecteerd voor het EHBO-profiel (de zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of het tweede steunprofiel (zogenaamde werklozen die steun nodig hebben). Het project zal de vaardigheden, bekwaamheden en professionele problemen van elke deelnemer analyseren. Op basis daarvan wordt aan elke deelnemer een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorgelegd. Dit zal de basis vormen voor de tenuitvoerlegging door de PLO’s van naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten als bedoeld in de wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt. Alle deelnemers en projectdeelnemers worden behandeld (opgericht/bijgewerkt) door een IPD waarvan de uitvoering bedoeld is om hun situatie in de richting van de werkgelegenheid te verbeteren. De deelnemers aan het project ontvangen een aanbod van professionele activering, inclusief ondersteuning in de vorm van: stages, opleiding, eenmalige maatregelen voor het opstarten van een bedrijf.
