Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie sztumskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 200osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the district of Artum. The main result of the project will be to take up employment by 200 people registered in the PUP.The project will include people under 30 years of age qualified to help I (so-called active unemployed) or help profile II (so-called “requiring support”).As part of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will precede an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)

L’objectif de ce projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes de moins de 30 ans qui sont sans emploi dans le district de Stuttgart. Le principal résultat du projet sera le début de l’emploi par 200personnes inscrites à l’OLP.Le projet soutiendra les personnes de moins de 30 ans éligibles au profil d’aide I (appelé «chômeur actif») ou au profil d’aide II (appelé «soutien requis»).Dans le cadre du projet, pour chacun des participants, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, de la prédisposition et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Jugendliche unter 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Stuttgart arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts ist der Beginn der Beschäftigung durch 200 Personen, die in der PLO registriert sind.Das Projekt wird Personen unter 30 Jahren unterstützen, die für das Beihilfeprofil I (sogenannte aktive Arbeitslose) oder das Hilfsprofil II (sogenannte Unterstützungsbedürftige) in Betracht kommen.Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Prädisposition und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen. Het doel van het project is de arbeidskansen te vergroten voor jongeren onder de 30 jaar die werkloos zijn in het district Stuttgart. Het belangrijkste resultaat van het project is het begin van de werkgelegenheid door 200 personen die in de PLO zijn ingeschreven.Het project zal mensen onder de 30 jaar ondersteunen die in aanmerking komen voor steunprofiel I (zogenaamde actieve werklozen) of steunprofiel II (zogenaamde ondersteuningsbehoefte).In het kader van het project wordt voor elk van de deelnemers een specifiek aanbod van professionele activering voorafgegaan door een analyse van de vaardigheden, aanleg en professionele problemen van de betrokken deelnemer. Op basis hiervan zal de PLO naar behoren geselecteerde diensten en arbeidsmarktinstrumenten uitvoeren als bedoeld in de Wet ter bevordering van instellingen voor werkgelegenheid en arbeidsmarkt.
