Projekt zlokalizowany będzie w mieście Bobowa, Gmina Bobowa, pow. gorlicki, woj. małopolskie. Działka 399/4 znajduje się w płn-zach części miasta. Bezpośrednie otoczenie Parku stanowią ważne ośrodki życia społeczno-gospodarczego miasta: targowisko, sklepy, restauracje, droga woj. nr 981, linia i stacja kolejowa. Od centrum miasta przyszły park oddalony jest zaledwie o 1,5km. Na projekt złożą się roboty i usługi wg kategorii: 1) Wynagrodzenia za opracowanie planów i projektów: opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej i studium wykonalności - nieinfrastrukturalne. 2) Roboty budowlane - infrastrukturalne; wg kosztorysu 8 zadań: roboty agrotechniczne, zakładanie zieleni, rośliny, układ komunikacyjny, droga technologiczna, oczko wodne z fontanną, mała architektura, sieć wodociągowa i przyłącza. Wniosek o uzyskanie pozwolenia na budowę z 28.12.2016 r. 3) Informacja i promocja - nieinfrastrukturalne. 4) Nadzór budowlany - nieinfrastrukturalne. Zgodnie z "Wytycznymi w zakresie kwalifikowalności" za kwalifikowane uznano wydatki nieinfrastrukturalne oraz wydatki na: roboty agrotechniczne, zakładanie zieleni, rośliny. Realizacja części zadań infr. objęta jest limitem 30% udziału w wydatkach kwalifikowanych (wk): układ komunikacyjny, droga technologiczna, oczko wodne z fontanną, mała architektura zostały zaliczone do wk wyłącznie do wysokości 30% udziału. Niekwalifikowane zadanie: sieć wodociągowa i przyłącza. Wszystkie zostaną poniesione przez Gminę Bobowa, która jest właścicielem nieruchomości i będzie właścicielem powstałego majątku. Sposób i struktura zarządzania projektem w fazie realizacji związane są z Jednostką Realizującą Projekt. (Polish)

The project will be located in the town of Bobowa, Bobowa Municipality, Gorlicki, Małopolskie Voivodeship. Plot 399/4 is located in north-west part of the city. The immediate surroundings of the Park are important centers of the city’s socio-economic life: marketplace, shops, restaurants, road no. 981, line and railway station. The future park is only 1.5 km from the city centre. The project will consist of works and services according to the following categories: 1) Remunerations for drawing up plans and projects: development of project documentation and feasibility study – non-infrastructured. 2) Construction works – infrastructure; according to the estimate of 8 tasks: agrotechnical robots, greenery, plants, communication system, technological road, water mesh with fountain, small architecture, water supply network and connections. Application for construction permit from 28.12.2016 3) Information and promotion – non-infrastructured. 4) Construction supervision – non-infrastructured. Under the ‘Eligibility Guidelines’, non-infrastructural expenditure and expenditure for: agrotechnical robots, greenery, plants. The implementation of part of the infr. tasks is subject to a limit of 30 % of the share in eligible expenditure (wk): the communication system, the technological road, the water mesh with the fountain, the small architecture was included in the wk only up to 30 % of the share. Ineligible task: water mains and connections. All of them will be borne by Bobov Municipality, which owns the property and owns the property. Conformément aux «lignes directrices pour l’éligibilité», les dépenses autres que les infrastructures et les dépenses pour: robots agrotechniques, plantation de verts, plantes. L’exécution d’une partie des tâches inf. est soumise à la limite de 30 % des dépenses éligibles (wk): le système de communication, la route technologique, le maillage d’eau avec la fontaine, la petite architecture n’ont été inclus dans le wk que jusqu’à 30 % de la part. Tâche non qualifiée: approvisionnement en eau et raccordements. Tous seront à la charge de la municipalité de Bobowa, qui est propriétaire de la propriété et sera propriétaire de la propriété qui en résulte. Das Projekt umfasst Arbeiten und Dienstleistungen nach Kategorien: 1) Vergütung für die Erstellung von Plänen und Projekten: Entwicklung von Projektdokumentation und Machbarkeitsstudie – Nicht-Infrastruktur. 2) Bauarbeiten – Infrastruktur; nach Kostenvoranschlag von 8 Aufgaben: agrotechnische Arbeiten, Pflanzung von Grün, Kommunikationssystem, technologische Straße, Wassernetz mit Brunnen, kleine Architektur, Wasserversorgungsnetz und Verbindungen. Antrag auf Erteilung einer Baugenehmigung vom 28.12.2016 3) Information und Förderung – Nichtinfrastruktur. 4) Bauaufsicht – Nicht-Infrastruktur. Gemäß den „Förderungsleitlinien“ sind Ausgaben für Nichtinfrastrukturen und Ausgaben für Folgendes vorgesehen: agrotechnische Roboter, Pflanzgrün, Pflanzen. Für die Durchführung eines Teils der Fr.-Aufgaben gilt die Obergrenze von 30 % der zuschussfähigen Ausgaben (wk): das Kommunikationssystem, die technologische Straße, das Wassernetz mit dem Brunnen, die kleine Architektur waren nur bis zu 30 % des Anteils in der wk enthalten. Nicht qualifizierte Aufgabe: Wasserversorgung und Anschlüsse. Alle werden von der Gemeinde Bobowa getragen, die das Eigentum besitzt und die daraus resultierende Immobilie besitzen wird. Het project zal bestaan uit werken en diensten per categorie: 1) Bezoldiging voor het opstellen van plannen en projecten: ontwikkeling van projectdocumentatie en haalbaarheidsstudie — niet-infrastructuur. 2) Bouwwerken — infrastructuur; volgens de kostenraming van 8 taken: agrotechnische werken, planten groen, communicatiesysteem, technologische weg, waternetwerk met fontein, kleine architectuur, watervoorziening netwerk en verbindingen. Aanvraag bouwvergunning van 28.12.2016 3) Voorlichting en promotie — niet-infrastructuur. 4) Bouwtoezicht — niet-infrastructuur. Volgens de „subsidiabiliteitsrichtsnoeren”, uitgaven voor niet-infrastructuur en uitgaven voor: agrotechnische robots, het planten van greens, planten. De uitvoering van een deel van de taken is beperkt tot 30 % van de subsidiabele uitgaven (wk): het communicatiesysteem, de technologische weg, het waternetwerk met de fontein, de kleine architectuur werden slechts tot 30 % van het aandeel in de wk opgenomen.
