W ramach projektu zostaną sfinansowane płaca zasadnicza wraz z kwalifikowalnymi elementami wynagrodzeń (tj.dodatek stażowy, za stopień służbowy, zadaniowy, służby zagranicznej, nagrody, wynagrodzenie chorobowe, dodatkowe wynagrodzenie roczne, składki na Fundusz Pracy oraz składki na ubezpieczenia społeczne płacone przez pracodawcę, ekwiwalent za urlop, płatny urlop szkoleniowy) pracowników UOKiK zatrudnionych w celu działania na rzecz zapewnienia zgodności z przepisami prawa unijnego projektów pomocy publicznej lub pomocy de minimis, finansowanych ze środków funduszy strukturalnych, rozwoju systemu monitorowania takiej pomocy i zapewnienia jej przejrzystości oraz pracowników odpowiedzialnych za zwalczanie praktyk ograniczających konkurencję w projektach finansowanych ze środków UE, a także dodatki zadaniowe pracowników odpowiedzialnych za obsługę projektu. Łącznie od stycznia do grudnia 2018 r. finansowane będą wynagrodzenia 88 pracowników (co daje w sumie 203,09 etatomiesięcy). Dodatkowo w tym okresie finansowane będą dodatki zadaniowe 2 pracowników realizujących obsługę finansową oraz sprawozdawczość projektu POPT. Podana poniżej lista stanowisk pracy ma charakter indykatywny. (Polish)

The project will finance basic wages, together with eligible elements of remuneration (i.e. traineeship allowance, for service degree, task force, foreign service, rewards, sickness remuneration, additional annual salary, contributions to the Labour Fund and social security contributions paid by the employer, equivalent for leave, paid training leave) of employees employed in order to ensure compliance with the provisions of EU law and the provision of structural aid measures responsible for the implementation of such a system of public aid, or for the financial assistance of staff de minimis. A total of 88 employees will be financed from January to December 2018 (a total of 203,09 etamonths). In addition, during this period the allowances of 2 employees providing financial support and reporting of the POPT project will be financed. The list of jobs listed below is indicative. (English)

Le projet financera le salaire de base ainsi que les éléments salariaux éligibles (c’est-à-dire stage, grade, tâche, services étrangers, prix, salaire de maladie, salaire annuel supplémentaire, cotisations patronales au Fonds du travail et cotisations de sécurité sociale, allocation de vacances, congés de formation payés) des employés de l’UOKiK travaillant à assurer le respect de la législation de l’UE sur les aides d’État ou les projets d’aide de minimis financés par les Fonds structurels, la mise en place d’un système de suivi de ces aides et de la transparence, et le personnel chargé de lutter contre les pratiques anticoncurrentielles dans les projets financés par l’UE, ainsi que des allocations de tâches pour le personnel du projet. Au total, de janvier à décembre 2018, 88 salaires des salariés seront financés (un total de 203,09 salariés à temps plein). En outre, au cours de cette période, les indemnités de tâches de 2 employés assurant des services financiers et l’établissement de rapports sur le projet OPPT seront financées. Das Projekt finanziert den Grundlohn zusammen mit den förderfähigen Lohnelementen (z. B. Praktika, Besoldungsgruppe, Aufgaben, ausländische Dienstleistungen, Preise, Krankengeld, zusätzliches Jahresgehalt, Arbeitgeberbeiträge zum Arbeitsfonds und Sozialversicherungsbeiträge, Urlaubszulage, bezahlter Ausbildungsurlaub) von UOKiK-Mitarbeitern, die die Einhaltung des EU-Rechts über staatliche Beihilfen oder De-minimis-Beihilfen, die aus den Strukturfonds finanziert werden, gewährleisten, die Entwicklung eines Systems zur Überwachung dieser Beihilfen und Transparenz sowie das für die Bekämpfung wettbewerbswidriger Praktiken bei EU-finanzierten Projekten zuständige Mitarbeiter sowie Aufgabenzulagen für Projektmitarbeiter. Insgesamt werden von Januar bis Dezember 2018 88 Mitarbeitergehälter finanziert (insgesamt 203,09 Vollzeitbeschäftigte). Darüber hinaus werden in diesem Zeitraum die Vergütungen für 2 Mitarbeiter, die Finanzdienstleistungen und Berichterstattung über das OPPT-Projekt erbringen, finanziert. Het project zal het basisloon financieren samen met de in aanmerking komende loonelementen (d.w.z. stage, rang, taak, buitenlandse diensten, prijzen, ziekengeld, extra jaarsalaris, werkgeversbijdragen aan het Arbeidsfonds en socialezekerheidsbijdragen, vakantiegeld, betaald opleidingsverlof) van UOKiK-medewerkers die zich inzetten voor de naleving van de EU-wetgeving inzake staatssteun of de-minimissteunprojecten die door de structuurfondsen worden gefinancierd, de ontwikkeling van een systeem voor toezicht op dergelijke steun en transparantie, en personeel dat verantwoordelijk is voor de bestrijding van concurrentieverstorende praktijken in door de EU gefinancierde projecten, alsook taaktoelagen voor projectpersoneel. Van januari tot december 2018 zullen in totaal 88 werknemerssalarissen worden gefinancierd (in totaal 203,09 voltijdse werknemers). Daarnaast zullen gedurende deze periode de taaktoelagen van 2 werknemers die financiële diensten verrichten en de verslaglegging over het OPPT-project worden gefinancierd.
